Presumably there are FARE observers/twitter informers scrutinising that level of the game in all countries. Or not.
Of course Bulgaria has far more acts of racism per capita than England

The worrying thing about Rashford is that even though his end product has always been a bit ropey he usually looked, whether starting or as a sub, like he had a chance of making something happen but even that's fading.
