I did one of each three players (bar the Frenchies) and then Premiership 81+ and a La Liga 81+ (only because I pulled a La Liga rare dupe).
Two 84s from the three player packs then Fabinho from the Premiership and Ter Stegen from La Liga.
I may have to go balls deep.

If it was last year I'd craft an Icon SBC, seems a bit of a waste to put him in another 81+ though.

So then I bought the cheapest TOTW I could find to make it 2
2. got the exact card I bought to do the TOTW.
bought the Burnley CB to make it 2.
3. Got the Burnley CB
bought some ligue 1 cb named Pablo to make it 2.
4. Got the Burnley CB
So for those keeping score I got 3 Tarkowski's and one Nsame from Young Boys.
The statistical possibilities of that must be insane and I also want to die.
:lol: yeah those are horrible. I have a couple of shithouse untradeable IFs (80-81 range) so I am tempted to do atleast one to make them worth atleast discard.
The worst part is knowing that they're purposefully fucking you over but having the small hope that they eventually feel sorry for you and throw a Cristiano or Messi in there.

I haven't started yet but I score a lot of volleys using lofted through balls from just outside the box.

I did the last volley objective using long punts from the goalkeeper wide to Vazquez then lobbing anyone who tried to bring their keeper out to meet him.

I think it screws the defenders due to the dodgy AI defending and the auto-switching when the ball is in the air.
Works really well against 1 depth guys too.
Just the squad battles ones left for King. Completed 12 of the Trossard clubs while doing the rivals objectives for him, which was nice.
Came up against an absolute hero in one game who armed with a bronze team kept going until it was 9-0, allowing 9 of the 40 required to be chalked off in one game. :drool:
Tempted to do Fabregas and Thiago Silva with a load of duplicates and untradeables I have kicking about. Oh and finish off Tonali.
Oh and does anyone have FIFA19 still installed? I'm thinking about buying this game bi-annually now and curious to see what's still active in FUT in last year's version.

I did the 85 the other day when I packed Laporte the other day and the 84 today when I packed a duplicate untradeable 84.
Doubt I'll ever use him unless I need to crack some Bundesliga first owner stuff out (although I think I'm covered anyway) but I didn't know what else to use the duplicates on.
Also, I've done about 20 of the 82+ players today and bar a couple of 84's have been my best.
The packs in this promo have been absolutely tragic for me, genuinely packed almost nothing.
Ruled Thiago Silva out as it's pointless, but Fabregas would fit in my team (possibly) and I do need a Flashback card as there's inevitably bound to be an objective for them soon.
Little bit of an overall update from me.
I haven't done any of the league specific upgrade packs for this promo - I've been burnt too many times and I don't fancy pumping all of my cards/coins into that right now. I also didn't bother with any promo packs, but I completed a few of the flash SBCs which yielding a few boards and some league SBC fodder. However, opened up some of the objective level reward packs and managed to get an untradeable Ter Stegen. Last week I took 86 Canales as my red player pick, and I was also able to craft POTM Toko-Ekambi, so I'm close to compiling a nice first owner La Liga squad.
For last weekend and FUT Champions, I needed a way to get one more link to Battaglia, so I came up with this:

Baby van Nistelrooy was 180k, and came with a Hunter. He felt quite good to use, could get pushed off the ball occasionally, but deadly finishing and always in the right spot. Battaglia ended up with double figures for goals and assists, and I finished the weekend 11-7.
Not sure whether to maybe use a different Icon and LW for this weekend, or give it another go as I was reasonably pleased with how the team performed.
Looks like a fun team to use :nod: I didn’t get on with RVNs PIM card last year but with a hunter it might have been better.
TOTW is out, people predicting TOTGS on Friday before FUTMAS next week.
