Feels like the latter to me. A week is just enough time to get properly hooked.
They had the most ever concurrent players at the weekend (80k). I think they're are just jumping on the back of everyone being at home.
If I install it then I'm going to get fuck all done for the next week or so.
You wouldn't have the initial squad and staff sorted in a week.
