Goldust is back  Nice surprise for the pre-show
Didn't even occur to me to watch a bit of the pre-show before I go to bed.
What's Goldust up to?
I know it's pretty obvious where all this is going, but I'd love for them to give it to Owens. Reigns is so shit when he has to talk.
Reigns is just a dork isn't he.
Wait the fuck they don't just wheel out Undertaker for WM?
This marks 25 years of the Undertaker(they keep going on about it). I imagine he'll win this and then turn up again for a retirement match just after the Rumble, leading to WM.
Ah right makes sense. I've barely followed wrestling in the past few years, this Tyler Breeze seems a cunt. Gather he's a future talent or summat.
Yeah but the 'I'm so good looking' gimmick never lasts for long. He came through NXT, which is where most of the better guys on the roster are now coming from.
Cheers Gray, you got this on lock. Shame its absolute bollocks currently.
That's improved it a little. :D
Okay, that was pretty great. Ha.
Got to laugh at that ending. A proper shit PPV overall, but the ending was great.
Just like the Lesnar v Reigns match at WM, that was probably the best outcome.
Pretty sure he's legit crying.
Absolutely awful show. They're not even trying anymore.
According to sources close to #WWE, #Cesaro may have torn rotator cuff. If he seeks surgery for this treatment, he could be out of action anywhere from four to six months.
Bad #news for him, and sales of Tyson Kidd sleeves.
Yea that was an awesome show but Sheamus teaming with his gym buddy was the best outcome.
You knew something was up when the parade started, but given how they shat on Sheamus earlier in the night I just figured Triple Haitch would pedigree him and declare himself the winner.
It was pretty crap overall. Wasting Goldust on the pre-show as well fucking hell.
No idea why my post says it was awesome. I assume I meant to write awful. Because it was apart from the ending, and even that was just best case scenario after they booked the tourney badly.
8mins the Roman and Ambrose match was :D
Jobbers all these months and sometimes not on ppv's, now WWE expects us to think Sheamus is a star. Same goes who Bray, no-one gives a fuck about his promos if he can't back it up.
As has been said already, fairly rubbish show but a good ending.
Yep. As soon as all that fuss was getting made something was clearly afoot. I briefly pondered some sort of Reigns heel turn until he was giving it the funny looks before HHH even got in the ring.
When Reigns/Ambrose started as though it were fifteen minutes into a 25 minute match I intentionally avoided looking at the time to see how long might be left because I'd wondered if there was a cash-in coming.
So Sheamus vs. Reigns for the next PPV anyway. Are they building up to having Reigns win his second Rumble in a row or is Cena going to come back and lol his way through that?
When HHH came out I figured it was going to be a lame "HHH pedigrees him" ending leading to a match between those 2 given that HHH Vs Rollins was seemingly planned.
As soon as JBL said Ambrose has cleared the ring to leave Roman alone - You knew a cash in was happening.
So Shitmus has the top belt?
I would laugh but you know...saw that coming. They probably won't give Reigns another legit shot to be fair.
Sheamus dons it when he gets booked properly (not being John O'Cena), so he'll be fine.
Del Rio still has the top belt anyway.
Bored of Del Rio aswell already. What a shit gimmick too. Looks like a right knob standing next Zeb saying feck all holding the flag especially all oiled up like that :D
I liked Sheamus when he was a heel first time around, but they made him such a joke when he became face that it's too late to comeback from that.
The only option they had was to book Roman as a heel with the lack of heels at the moment. Even with all the injuries the product hasn't changed.
Good point (Browning obviously). He's also the best wrestler in the world until Don Cena comes back.
Speaking of which, I'm normally the first to call Dolph Ziggler a waste of time (mate you've been holding your knee for weeks), but what do they expect to gain by having him put Fandango II over? It's not like that twat is going places.
Just to put over the NXT brand - See Adam Rose's first month.
Ziggler said he will retire in 2 years. He'll never be WWE champ now.
Dean Ambrose Challenges Sheamus to Parking Lot Fight Before RAW

Quote:
Pat Patterson battled through 16 men on one hot, sweaty night in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil to become the Intercontinental champion. He was backstage last night, probably with a tear in his eye
Speaking Henry, lol at him getting beaten in about a minute on Raw.
The whole show was a bit pants, though I was surprised by how long the main event went on.
Are Rusev and Barrett like Sheamus' gang or actually part of the Authority or something now?
Apart of European Ultra or whatever shit name it is called.
Have they been referred to as that on telly and I've just missed it/ wound through that bit?
I still don't fully understand the mental disorder I have that makes me spend huge amounts of time reading about the crazy world of professional wrestling despite barely watching it anymore. I've probably spent more time in the last 2 years listening to Lance Storm talking on podcasts than I have watching matches.
I like the idea of a European stable (if it is a stable). Once our referendum campaign gets under way they should have Barrett turn face on them and get Nigel Farage in to manage him.

Was he the Turkey?
Jimmy Fallon's laugh was the fakest thing about that sketch.
Just had a good chat with the independent wrestling promoter from the old louis theroux documentary on facebook. Geezer with the barbed wire in his van and shit, he's a decent bloke.
Apparently he got fired because he said "Cocky Pricks" in a promo
I've just been reading some recent TNA results, and this week's episode of Impact wrapped up the first round of the TNA Championship tournament.
Gail Kim and Awesome Kong are the two qualifiers from the Knockouts group, and therefore are going to be wrestling Tigre Uno and Jessie Godderz in the Round of 16.
What's the point? Did they not have enough male wrestlers for a 32 person tournament? Am I looking for sense in a place that doesn't have any?
TNA has signed a TV deal with POP TV. :D
Didn't Awesome Kong retire the other day?
Asked if he kept in touch with Louis. "Yes I talked to him from time to time for a few years but then we lost contact. the last time he called me he was writing a book about his show, and said he may want to interview me, but i never heard back. We did have fun doing it. I hate i dont hear from him anymore. It was a fun experience"
Told him I'd go to an AIWF show if I was ever in the States. I'm such a loser that I probably would as well.
I think most people worked out who was winning the World Title Series before it even started based on all the tapings they have done. It's fucking laughable how many of the people in it aren't even with the company any more.
That Angle/Undertaker match is still a belter. Wrestlemania 22 up next. Card actually looks pretty solid.
Especially Boogeyman vs, Booker and Sharmell.
I watched Survivor Series last night and you've got to wonder about that ending. I personally think what should have happened is that HHH should have attacked Reigns and just booked a match right there and then for the title between the pair with Hunter winning. The Authority start to become overly powerful and Reigns constantly gets screwed. One night HHH puts title on the line against Reigns with the stipulation that the only way Reigns keeps his job is by HHH losing the title at whatever event. Both put on a hell of a match and HHH wins via another screwy decision as his on screen buddy Sheamus gets involved to cost Reigns his jobs. Celebrates with HHH before turning and cashing in on him. Monday night, HHH is livid and things go from bad to worse as the stipulation was Reigns would only lose his job if HHH lose his title. Sheamus finally gets over.
