So I now need to decide whether to do what I can around the flat with calisthenics, start running/golfing regularly for exercise or head north to my parents so I can use the little gym set up I made there.
I’m working from home anyway so can work wherever. Parents are 60 and In good health, no issues that I’m aware of.
Going to give until next Monday/Tuesday to find out whether I’m climbing the walls or not.
If I’m well, I may head north. This could really drag on and other than the independence there’s going to be little benefit being here.
