I bought this the other day as it was on a lightning deal. I had been eyeing it up for months.

Weight is nice and it's razor sharp. The Damascus pattern isn't as pronounced as the pictures though which is a bit disappointing, it's a lot more subtle.

I've made 'lemon creme fraiche' and 'black sesame' ice creams and a 'blood orange' sherbet so far and they've been absolutely stunning. So much better than shop bought. The machine is brilliant.
