I don't think it means much. It's a public poll about something most people (probably) don't have a solid opinion on.
What people do have an opinion on, is the pennies in their pockets. Which is what this is really showing.

There's no consistency in it beyond wild regular swings from GREAT to SHITE. I guess you could say the peak of the GREATs are lessening and were never that optimistic to begin with. I'd say that's bang on with the miserable British psyche.

I'm far from a doom and glom type, but I think that the economy of the US will get worse in the next 12 months and drag everyone else with it.
Basically zero growth since 2008, I think.
