DS’ mom should sign up to the board and post these herself #legend
Jesus, Trev. Turn it off.
The response from TalkSport. :D
:D
Somebody on twitter has leaked Trev’s mobile number and thousands of people have been trying to call him. Going straight to answer phone.
Lagboat.
There's always a fall guy when a monarch dies. Archbishop Thomas Cranmer, the Princes in the Tower, Edmund de la Pole, Trevor Sinclair.
I managed to wake up, drive to work and chill out for 20 minutes before finding out.
Phil fucking De Franco broke the news to me :D
Edit: Apparently it's from January, weak.
The Australian Federal Parliament has been suspended for 2 weeks with Albo and the Governor General to fly to England to meet the King.
Spav must be seething.
Radio update: Radio 2 has retreated to classical music, Radio 1 chanced 'Blinded by your grace'. Bit upbeat for me so I'll be writing to Ofcom.
How's Trevor Sinclair getting on? Done a Marco Boogers yet?
I forgot about the Lizard of Oz. :D

I recall the furore when he touched her shoulder or whatever it was.

The balls on Keating.
96 gun salute eh? Finally some JUSTICE! Well, almost.
Football look like they're choosing to cancel the weekend games even though the government have said they're fine to go ahead.
PL are useless twats.

The absolute cunts.
Next weekend's games too apparently. Best part of a month off for those not involved in internationals.
Balls. I was looking forward to them trying to get an armband on McClean and all.
I'm struggling to see how it is a "mark of respect" to not play.
Cricket and golf seem to be playing from tomorrow, though. The posh boys know how to do it.
On a similar note, I've seen a weird amount of opposition to the King from right wing twitter (because of his pro-green stances). The world is turning upside down.
Same. If she'd died suddenly, at say 50-odd I could understand it more, but she was in her late 90s.
Prince, sorry King Charles could win a lot of public favour if he came out tonight and said please carry on as normal.
Has he defintely gone with Charles 3? I recall there was talk a while back that he'd pick something else when the time came because Charles 1 and 2 were a bit shite.
Is that him gone straight in anyway or is there a big coronation thing that has to be done too?
He's in straight away (as Charles III), presumably will get crowned next year.
The only break in the monarchy since the 800s or whenever England started was when your mate Ollie Cromwell was in charge. Other than that, one succeeds immediately when the previous one dies.
The cool thing about cancelling all the football the day before is everyone who has booked travel and accommodation will definitely get a refund.
Derry City vs Bohs going ahead :uhoh:
He lopped off Charles I's head (real battle of the knobheads, that one), then ruled as Not King for a bit, then when he died Charles II came back.
His infamous Irish campaign was earlier I think, so he's probably remembered there as a general.
Some top tier reporting from the BBC
Is this what we're going to get for the next fortnight?Quote:

Margaret Thompson, 83, says she saw the Queen drive past her on a visit to Cardiff when she was a young child.
She tells us:
Brilliant, it was. That was as near as I got to her, but she looked lovely.”
I looked at Buckingham Palace once. Really makes you think.
I'm sorry for your loss, Margaret.
They really do scrape the barrel. Huw Edwards was having to stall all afternoon yesterday and it got to the point where he was talking about the rain in Aberdeen and if it would affect the Royals driving from the airport to Balmoral ffs
I don’t even know how they can use policing as an excuse in Scotland certainly. There’s hardly any police at any game if not any. Just stewards.
Monday meetings in Edinburgh City centre going to be a fucking nightmare.
On hold to EE and the music being played is hilarious. What a bunch of weird people in this country.
His Majesty's Rugby Football League is still playing. What is football thinking exactly, other than possibly trying to prevent Liverpool from tarnishing the brand?
It's pretty weird that money hasn't prevailed. Whoever does the fixture scheduling is currently in a dark room, weeping, as well.
They've made a pretty colossal error, I think (all other major sports are back on as far as I can see). Bad sport, run by bad people in a cocoon incapable of judging anything on the outside.
There will be great scenes at the rugby codes, cricket, golf et al.
