Perriman 1 catch for 41 yards after Joe throws it up in double coverage
So good to have a new coordinator.
Fleener
Don't feel quite as bad for dropping Hunter Henry now.
---
Bortles needs to be replaced, as does pretty much the entire Miami team.
That was half an amazing catch by Matthews for the Eagles. Pity he forgot he has two hands.
Cooks loves a long TD.
lol at the corner attempting to cover him.
The Panthers are going to go from 15-1 to 1-15 this year. Even we're destroying them!
All these long bombs so far.
Panthers though. :p
Don't even suggest that Kaepernick is good because he actually saw Torrey Smith wide open this time.
Christ the Panthers are shit today.
Knowing the NFL, Riverboat Ron will be floating away soon.
Can we play the Panthers every week?
Also, can LeSean McCoy play SanFran every week?
This has been vintage McCoy today.
He clearly doesn't like Chip.
He HATES Chip Kelly.
Much love to Shady.
Plus he's a former, and should still be current, Eagle. Fuck Chip Kelly.
Cam needs to exclusively throw to Kelvin Benjamin & Greg Olsen - preferably Benjamin.
I've stayed clear of Panthers skill players until they accept they aren't going near the play-offs this year.
I'm playing Newton and Benjamin in a league because it's the New Orleans defence and yet... :\
Jimmy Smith > Beckham.
This has not been Odell Beckham Jr's season...
Awful throw from Cousins there.
Whilst I'm on the subject of QBs, I'm so glad I'm not starting Eli anymore. The Giants have just been frustrating to watch all season on offence.
OBJ going off injured 1 week before London...
Shady looks to be injured too :uhoh:
Good thing Shady already got his full games worth of points in before half time.
</3
The panthers are doing a miserable job of trying to get back to the Super Bowl. Getting kelvin Benjamin back should mean they're better on offence, rather than dropping eggs all over the shop.
Apparently Shady and Big Ben are cleared to return.
First half we have Beckham tied up to fuck.
Second half, Jimmy Smith leaves due to a concussion and he's now fisting us.
That pass to Mike Wallace was stunning.
It also would never have happened under Trestman as he seemed to hate any pass play that would see the ball thrown more than 5 yards.
I'd have kicked, or gone for a play action as the rush wasn't there.
I know the Super Bowl hangover isn't a new thing but I'm still kind of stunned at Carolina's performance this year. They weren't a fluke last year or a team who squeaked a lot of games. They were a fucking good side.
What the fuck is going on in Miami?
Shady is absolutely fisting Chip Kelly and his defence. It's fucking glorious.
Why do they go 'TRIPLE BOX'? I can barely see what the fuck is happening.
Switch between the fucking games.
If Jay Ajayi wasn't such a cunt it would be nice to cheer him on.
:face:
Beckham :hail:
If Jimmy Smith didn't have to sit out the second half he'd probably be on about 50 yards at best.
Jamaal Charles is back
Packers are going to get walloped here. Though they deserve if for the jerseys.
That not being an interception. :D
Dak will never be picked.
They need to fix the audio in Oakland, my ears are beginning to bleed.
What colour is Jimmy Graham?
I see some interviews from black pride type places but he also says this:
Doesn't clear it up though.Quote:
I WAS THE YOUNGEST, I WAS THE SMALLEST AND I WAS THE ONE WHO LOOKED DIFFERENT. RED HAIR, FRECKLES. THEY DIDN’T KNOW WHAT I WAS—BLACK, WHITE, SPANISH. THEY JUST KNEW I WAS DIFFERENT. AND BECAUSE OF THAT, I FOUGHT EVERY DAY.
Also, wasn't Lacy meant to have slimmed down?
It's like seeing a nose tackle rumble down a pitch.
Speaking of nose tackles.
Dontari Poe has a receiving TD now
Heaviest player with a rushing TD and now a catching one.
Put him in at QB for a sneak and let someone try and stop him.
Get fucked JJ Watt.
Fuck 'em both. It's all about Mitch Unrein.
Obviously it's actually about Mike Vrabel, who scored a TD with every single one of his receptions, as I recall.
But fuck it. Unrein.
Fucking hell.
I just checked out Vrabel. 10 catches, 10 TD's.
It's not even some bullshit stat as he did it quite a bit.
Longest was a 2 yard catch too, the fucking hero.
I knew Vrabel had enough of them for it to be an actual stat.
Sherman's tantrum there. :harold: What a tosser.
Aaron Rodgers isn't even a top 15 QB any more.
Looks to me like the Falcons are the real deal.
That stat was a corker.
Not only does it make me realise that I was wrong (Poe's TD was a rushing one because the pass went backwards) but it also means that he has more rushing TD's than the Packers RBs combined this season.
the Dolphins did a thing! yes!
Play call for Poe's TD is Hungry Pig Right
https://cdn3.vox-cdn.com/uploads/cho...1/FATGUY.0.gif
I could watch it for hours.
Just watched the highlights from this morning.
The Jets D is a disgrace, the holes for the two goal-line TD's that Johnson scored could have seen a bus go through.
Lol again at Fitz as well as Geno who only needed 6 throws to give up an interception.
I think the Jets office have proved themselves very right in not offering Fitz more than a 1 year deal.
At this point they should probably just give Hackenberg a shot.
Lacy out for 'several weeks' and Shields gone on IR.
The season was already pretty close to the U-bend, but someone has just pulled the flusher.
Rodgers looked properly shaky against the Cowboys too. He's usually supreme at home.
One of us should fly out to Green Bay, could probably get a job as backup RB.
I'm sure God will help him. Or some shit.
In more entertaining news, Jets have made Geno Smith their starter against the Ravens.
Fucking yes.
Fitz is the type who would pick us apart (even if he is lobbing around picks for fun).
The last time Geno played us (in 2013) he went 9/22, 127 yards, 0 TD's, 2 picks.
A Geno led Jets team with a shit rushing defence (get Dixon some carries you mooks) is the perfect way to get back on track.
Possible career ender for Dez:

Jesus, that sounds nasty
http://mmqb.si.com/mmqb/2016/10/19/n...the-blind-side
Sounds like a shit film waiting to happen but still: Light.
Worse than Brian Hoyer...
http://www.nfl.com/photoessays/0ap30...-aaron-rodgers
:face:
Lacy has been put on IR as he needs ankle surgery.
Imagine how fat he's going to be next year.
Green Bay needs a big shake up anyway. Lacy going down might help.
They have a once in a generation QB who is being wasted by only having Jordy Nelson to throw to. They have no run game, yet have what looks like a great O-Line. Their defence is piss poor too.
If it were me, I'd fire the OC and DC as well as the head coach. Ship Lacy out at any cost and start again.
This was the best looking defense in years until all the defensive backs went down but it's time to get rid of Capers at least anyway, it's been nearly a decade and poor for most of it.
I really think Rodgers is done now though. Body language-wise he looks shot to bits mentally, and is so dead set on living up to the near perfect stats he was putting up that he's absolutely terrified to take chances any more.
Apparently there have been a number of reports that Rodgers is outright bored. Whether that's of football in general or just means he could do with a change of scenery appears to be unclear. But league scouts don't seem to be surprised by the downtun in form. Of course it's in their interest to seem prescient so how many of those are telling the truth is hard to say.
I'm not sure there's a team out there that could afford him, who would have a shot at trading for him.
Josh Brown is not travelling to London. First Craig David and now this. I want a refund.
That was such a brilliant pick return.
What's with the Thursday Night Football graphics?
It's being hosted by NFL Network (who usually do TNF) and they haven't bothered to get a new one for the international game.
'Almost like a foreign sport' :D
He's just the worst.
Case Keenum has attempted 52, fifty fucking two, passes thus far. Why? I wouldn't even want prime Peyton doing that.
Fourth pick was disgusting.
Whoever has called that many pass plays should be sacked.
10 yard receiving TD for an offensive tackle, that has to be close to a record.
Our special teams actually doing something
What a day.
What a derpy match the Vikings/Eagles one is.
Also, it's fucking nice of Spencer Ware to turn back into a don when Charles finally comes back :moop:
Well my fantasy season is dead to me now :moop:
Twickenham is so shit in just about every way. Please fuck them off next year and just do all the games at Wembley.
Edit- Just seen it's a 3 year deal.... great. Gonna have to be 2 good teams next year for me to bother with that 1.
Mornhingweg started so well but he's gone to the Trestman playbook. 44 passes and only 12 rushes.
Why don't they realise that we're so much better as a run first team and it helps Flacco so much more. This is because it sets up some potential play action plays which Flacco shines in and the defence loads the box which means more one on one opportunities for Flacco to air it out.
Now that our season is all but dead I hope we use Kenneth Dixon more as well as our young guys on defence more.
Matt Judon looks like he might be the real deal he had a lot of QB pressures in our first 3 games then was inactive for the next two but he came up with 2 sacks today.
Melvin Gordon's nose for the endzone is incredible.
Especially as he didn't get a single one in his rookie year.
I went too and agree, something seemed a little off. It wasn't that the game was awful(which it was. Manning and Keenum were worse than dire) but something wasn't quite there. I've not been to another game so I can't tell if it was just the stadium. Still, I got myself some free stuff. Got some Tebow chants for wearing his Eagles jersey too.
I will say though, that was in no way a Rams home game. It was at least 50-60% Giants fans with your usual blend of every other team. Won a bet on first TD scorer too, which was nice.
If the NFL want to know why their ratings are collapsing this season, them putting dour bullshit like this in prime time is a good place to start.
That cardinals game sounds like the worst game of all time.
I regret staying up to see everybody balls up everything they could.
It's a real pain in the arse to get to is the biggest gripe. I went to University not far from there so I know the area well, but even so it wasn't easy. In the end I decided to drive (well, get a lift) to near my old Uni and just get a 10 minute train rather than fucking about with multiple trains and a 2 hour plus journey each way. If it wasn't for my wife having a decent reason to want to drive there by chance, I'd have had a hellish journey I imagine. Even the 10 minute train was somewhat annoying once I got off as the way they handle the roads around the stadium is bizarre. They seem to shut off half of them so you can get nearish the ground but then they don't shut the other half so you get stuck in a massive queue waiting to cross the road which is busier than usual due to the road closures. Wembley is so much simpler in all respects.
Then I got there and the bloke next to me in a Giants jersey looked like he should have been playing on their OL and took up half my fucking seat as well as his own. I'm sure Wembley gives you more room. He seemed to be on his own too otherwise I'd have told him to share with his family/mates. Well I probably wouldn't have, but it was fucking uncomfortable.
The main annoyance for me stadium wise though was the food outlets. They seemed to have about 3 and all in one communal area. After queuing for the entirety of Half time and not making any progress we gave up and headed back. We missed 5 minutes and I was starving, but at least it seems like fuck all happened in that 5 minutes.
The trains getting back were a nightmare too, which is somewhat expected, but at least at Wembley they have multiple queues and they are clearly signposted and move quickly. The amount of people who missed the one small sign that I luckily saw and got in my queue even though they wanted to go the other direction, then had to turn back, causing another queue going backwards..... it was insane.
I still enjoyed it, to be honest, it's live NFL, but yea, compared to the convenience and relative luxury of Wembley, plus the fact it holds 20,000 more, I'm not sure why they've bothered with this.
You are right, it felt like a Giants home game to me. A few Giants chants kind of got going at some points. I do wish the atmosphere was better at all NFL UK games to be honest. You get the same thing with wrestling and anything imported from the US.... the UK fans seem to limit themselves to the bollocks atmosphere of the US crowds they've seen on TV, rather than making it feel more like a proper football game.
Arian Foster is calling it a day. Hugely talented back, just a shame he was made of glass.
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap300...-it-stops-ints
Gotta be worth a try.
Just watched the condensed game of last night's match. So much better with Kubiak back running the offense. Easier situation than the San Diego game but the playcalling was far more responsive.
I'm liking the look of Devontae Booker as well.
Meanwhile, the Texans are desperately trying to find the receipt for Brock Osweiler.
The Texans o-line did a great job and Osweiler got rid of it pronto if things looked like going south so they can't even claim damaged goods.
Had a feeling he'd end the night clean after some of the gobbiness from Denver pass rushers in the week.
I'm glad the NFL House is free because it was a bit rubbish.
Eh?
Did you watch the jags v Titans yesterday?
The score didn't even make it seem as one sided as it actually was. Bortles has such a big wind-up, even when he completed passes he looked like Jeff George.
My opinion of Blake Bortles somehow manages to get even lower with every passing week. He's just awful, and their defence looked pathetic, even from just seeing the highlights this morning. They're absolute trash. Easily the worst team in the division right now, although they're also the one with the most potential by a fair margin.
And somehow Bortles put up basically 30 points in fantasy. Madness.
Shame he can't do a fucking thing for Allen Robinson :panda:
Indeed, the cunt.
One of the guys on NFL.com summed it up pretty well. It's like when your mate gets a new girlfriend you can't stand, and now you can't invite Allen out anymore because Blake's coming. :D
His fantasy score this week is a fucking joke, but luckily I'm not facing him.
Counting on garbage time fantasy scoring is basically the only reason anyone drafted Jaguars players though so nobody else can complain too much.
All you watching the NFL when the Cubs are playing in the World Series. :nono:
I have always found it weird that some Americans enjoy watching professional rounders.
Finally watched the highlights of the Cardinals/Seahawks game and I'm stunned that Hauschka hasn't been cut.
https://cdn2.vox-cdn.com/uploads/cho.../failSNF.0.gif
Missing a 28 yarder by that much at the death of a game shows you've got no bottle.
He just about hit the net.
I thought BBC showed all the London games live?
It's on the fucking red button.
So I need to choose whether to watch it on SD with better studio coverage or in HD with Sky's wank studio.
I'm liking the look of this Rob Kelley.
Eifert
Mike Nugent is having a shocker though. The Kickers Union seems to be rallying around Roberto Aguayo by having its members deliberately miss easy kicks so he doesn't look as bad.
Even so Aguayo still looks bad.
Norman v Green is great. It's killing me fantasy wise but it's good to watch.
That was a great throw but an even better catch.
This has been rather decent.
I really hope that next year the Ravens come over.
It would be great to piss and moan about all our bad play as well as curse our luck as we hit double figures for injuries live.
That was absolutely rubbish by the Bengals when you need to kill a game.
Saints coming next year :joy: I'll have to be sure to get tickets then.
To be fair to the rest of the team, on 2nd down they worked AJ Green inside and he was open for some good yards. Dalton fucked the throw.
Is that the only game confirmed for next year? Still no sign of a Packers game over all the years.
How many different teams have played there now anyway?
Someone needs to fucking score or Sky Sports needs to start the Redzone stream ffs.
Saints @ Dolphins
TBD @ Rams
TBD @ Jaguars
That's what we're getting next year.
Why are Sky showing the London game on Sky Sports 3 and Sky Sports Mix (the Redzone channel)? What is the fucking point you useless shitbags.
Is Redzone on Mix after this? I'm not in my own house so I can't get SS1.
:face:
Jesus, that kick :face:
Kickers :harold:
Icing the kicker. :D
Dalton :harold:
Is this the most exciting London game we've had?
It was much better than the shite offered up by New York and LA last week.
Finally we have Redzone.
Dat pick from Stupar
Aguayo :harold:
I wonder how long until he's cut.
Ty Montgomery and Randall Cobb out tonight. There goes the backfield completely. And with Clay Matthews also gone, I'd be impressed if this was held under a 40 point differential.
Julio Jones up against a 4th and 5th CB defensive backfield :face:
Aguayo's probably going to be booted out of the Kickers' Union at this rate.
The best thing about this isn't the man jumping over the other one but that the defender jumps back in and starts digging him in the ribs :D
Seattlol
Alright guys, this 'miss every kick' shit is getting old now.
Devontae Booker questionable to return with a shoulder injury. Sorry Mahow.
He's had 2 touches! What the hell happened?
No idea, but I assume that means it's Kapri Bibbs & Juwan Thompson at RB now, which is hardly thrilling.
Oakland have broken the record for most penalties in a game, having just picked up their 23rd of the game
Nevermind, it was declined, so technically they're still co-holders at 22. Won't be long before they get another one though...
EDIT: Literally the next play :D
Del Rio, Carr and Roberts
Looks like Booker is back in too.
Geronimo Allison? Seriously?
Also, Wade Phillips just got knocked the fuck out.
I guess that's one way of trying to stop the Denver defence. Hopefully he's okay though.
I could really do without Denver getting many of those pick 6.
The London game was fucking incredible.
AJ Green.
Are the Rams actually confirmed for next year? If they're at Twickenham again I'll sack that off. Thank God my season ticket makes any non-Wembley games optional.
Doesn't feel right hearing Simeian shouting 'OMAHA' there.
How long is that going to take? Fuck the Rams.
Travis Benjamin
This Rodgers fella is decent.
Fuck sake. I'd rather they'd just lost by 30 than that.
The Packers can get fucked. That one challenge has probably cost me my fantasy match. They should have considered that before throwing the flag.
Yeah I really enjoyed Wembley yesterday. Best one I've been to in every sense I'd say, though Broncos wasn't bad. Got myself a new Broncos jersey.
Did we cover Jay Gruden, that's NFL head coach Jay Gruden, saying before last week he didn't know ties were possible?
Andre Johnson has retired.
The thing that bugs me with the London games is that the commentators always go on about how "we'd love to learn what this game is all about" and how the high turnouts are a great sign that the game has some following over here. It's as if we all happened to be walking past in our NFL jerseys and saw some commotion in the stadium, so we decided to go and see what it all was.
That Jamie Collins trade is odd.
Conditional third rounder too. I don't understand that at all.
Being the Patriots you just know that in a years time Collins will be suspended and they'll have a pro bowler out of the third rounder.
The best part is if it's a 4th rounder the pats forfeit it anyway. :D
I really don't understand the trade at all from the Pats point of view.
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap300...o-eat-his-kids
:cab: :DQuote:
"I don't like him," Wolfe told Altitude Sports host Vic Lombardi. "Not the kind of guy I'd hang out with. Ever since I told him I'd eat his kids, just hasn't been the same."
Me winning this week was pretty lol given my lineup
They keep hammering on about a U.K. Franchise too. I just don't get how it would work. This isn't like Toronto deciding they want a piece. It's a 8 hour flight across a time zone to a country that largely doesn't follow the American values.
If a player like Eli doesn't want to go to San Diego, you know there's a fucking host of players (particularly veterans) who would fuck off having to move to Britain.
The sensation / holiday is fine, but to have to do it 8 times, or be based here is just bonkers.
I just don't understand how a London team would work in the long run.
Unless that entire supersonic 3 hours from LDN to NYC jet i heard about becomes a thing, but even then, that has to be pretty taxing on the body to have to do every (other) week.
While I'm getting really pissed off that we (the Dolphins) keep losing home games to London, I doubt the entire "INTERNATIONAL SERIES!" will cease to be anytime soon, given all of the success it has, Spurs new stadium being co-opted with the NFL, etc. etc.
If there was a London franchise I suspect they would play all their home games in back to back weeks and then fuck off to the states for the rest of the year.
The Colts didn't even take a bye week after the London trip, so it could work.
I still doubt it'll happen though.
You'll end up with more games (or possibly the same and some in Germany) but not a full home franchise. It just wouldn't work.
Knile Davis has been cut.
A London franchise could work-ish, it'd just need more jiggery-pokery with the schedules.
More runs of home and road games, bye weeks or carefully-chosen matches after trips to or from anything beyond about Nebraska.
It's just a money thing anyway. Once the NFL thinks there's more money in having a London franchise than one in, say, Jacksonville they'll make it happen.
Lol @ the Bills giving Percy Harvin a million to get off his couch for 8 games.
The Vikings fans must be fuming. Looking like a shit heap when Bridgewater goes down, seething at wasting a first rounder on Bradford before seeing the team look really solid to get to 5-0.
Then back to back losses to the Eagles and the fucking Bears. Rollercoaster.
On the plus side, Xavier Rhodes looks REALLY FUCKING GOOD.
I was falling asleep whilst driving this morning and woke myself up by shouting 'BLUE FORTY TWO' and 'OMAHA'.
Based on this imagine how well I could spark an entire offence.
Some team needs to sign me up.
Problem for Matthews is we literally have no one else. Huff just got arrested, DGB hasn't done anything and Agholor looks piss in the wind. We've had to try and turn him into an outside guy when he is really better in the slot. We have been linked to a trade for Alshon Jeffery and also Torrey Smith to try and get an outside guy, but it's not happening. Our defence is also a few additions away from being a top unit.
Jamaal Charles also just went on IR.
FUCKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK.
Well I guess Pleb did win the trade.
That's the problem with speedsters. I was a bit concerned about will fuller given he's a receiver that is afraid of catching the ball. But turns out that if you just chuck it at him enough times one will eventually stick.
Actually finding a receiver who's a naturally catcher seems to be under rated. See steffon diggs, Chris hogan. Speed isn't all that important.
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap300...se-knile-davis
Harsh :console:Quote:
After being acquired by and then released by the Packers after one game in Wisconsin, Davis was claimed by the Jets at around 4:30 p.m. ET.
However, just 150 minutes later, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported that Davis was in fact being cut by Gang Green and is being replaced by fellow journeyman running back C.J. Spiller.
We've just cut Josh Huff.
He was arrested Tuesday for a small amount of weed on him and unlawful possession of a firearm. His response was "What professional athlete dont have a gun?"
While I'm sure plenty do, not all of them carry hollow point bullets around with them.
That was some catch by Mike Evans, took a fair hit making it too.
Fucking glorious.
The hit
He's in concussion protocol because of it too. You should totally trade him to me now Mahow. His value's only going to drop :)
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap300...out-for-season
Power wanking to the maximum :drool:Quote:
The team announced Saturday that it has placed running back Dexter McCluster on reserve-non football injury (NFI-I) with a fractured forearm. McCluster will miss the remainder of the 2016 season.
NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported that McCluster suffered the injury in an accident at his home.
Knile Davis is back at the Chiefs again. Hopefully he lasts more than a few hours this time.
Big Ben is back.
According to NFL.com, Collins wanted out of New England. Cleveland is the ultimate punishment in fairness.
The rumour when it happened was that he wanted "Von Miller money."
Instead his contract got strip-sacked and taken all the way for Cleveland.
Mosley, Yanda, Stanley, Smith and Suggs are back for us though
Big Ben will get fucked up, we usually lay a couple of big hits on him a game.
I've already picked up and put in the Ravens in my other league.
Carson wentz has started well today.
Mike Wallace :D
90+ yard TD?
That throw from Stafford was woeful.
Fairly happy with my decision to play Eli over Stafford so far :D
Anyone know why Dez Bryant is losing his shit?
Isn't he always?
Yes but usually he finishes by telling Romo that "they the best in the NFL!"
Interesting stat on Jay Ajayi. He almost never gains yards after a tackle, when he gets tagged on or before the line of scrimmage.
However once he gets his legs up to full speed he's gone, his ability to dodge or break tackles massively increases ones he gets past the line.
I guess it's time for the weekly 'Blake Bortles is shit' bit. The pick he threw earlier was hilariously bad, and he's doing his best to avoid getting any points at all so far.
Christ, even though it worked even Powell looked mad.
Fitzmagic
EDIT: The other kind of Fitzmagic  Top pick from a lineman, made even better by the hurdle.
Bortles missing a wide open Allen Robinson. AGAIN. It seems like 70% of the targets Robinson gets are borderline uncatchable at best.
Why can't we play like this every game?
You don't play the Steelers every game is why.
Oh and lol at Kelce getting ejected for throwing his towel at a ref.
Of course I say that and he scores a TD.
Aww, no shutout for Baltimore :(
Costs me 6pts in our league, gains me 8 in another league. I'd rather have the 6 in ours, to be honest. And now Eli throws a pick :D
Only his second TD against the Ravens, in this his 14th game.
That's some boot from Prater.
Jets should've kept Petty in.
I'm not sure what was better.
Golden Tate somehow managing to stay in or the flying mid-air leg drop he put on a Vikings player.
That was some fancy footwork by Tate.
Eli :moop:
That onside kick :D
Boswell trying a rabona onside kick :D
Brilliant :D
It's approaching the level of the Butt Fumble or that Colts play where they put Griff Whalen at QB, psyched themselves out & snapped the ball with a one person O-Line & immediately got buried by about eight dudes.
Speaking of the Colts, they've started rather well today...
Fuck sake :face:
Kaepernick is such good value.
I'm assuming that Goff is absolute dogshit in training which is why he's still on the bench.
Even Brady would look shite in our offence. That drop by kendricks...
That catch by Michael Thomas was fucking brilliant.
He has to be. They aren't making the play-offs so what's the harm in bringing him in? They're going 7-9 until the end of time either way.
It might help the Packers if they stop having Rodgers try long bombs with every single throw.
https://i.kinja-img.com/gawker-media...pdiqfetmga.gif
I could watch it all day.
What the shit is that? David Dunn would be proud.
If he had stacked it, I'd have died of laughter.
Melvin Gordon has exploded today, he's usually (this season at least) only scoring TD's and he's done it against one of the best rushing D's this year.
I just saw. The undefeated guy in my league has him to thank for staying so. 250 total yards!
Watched extended highlights this morning, the Packers absolutely reek.
They really need a RB. With zero ground game to speak of, everyone knows Rodgers is throwing it all day and can plan accordingly.
Lacy is in a contract year and they'd be daft to pick it up.
I don't know what this years draft class will look like, but they'll be picking between 10th and 20th. Not unreasonable to think about taking a RB or two. It doesn't tend to work drafting one early in the 1st round lately. But if it does, look at Dallas. Similarly good o-line and they've gone from fuck all running game to the best in the league.
They really need a receiver or two as well. Rodgers likes to go deep and with Nelson never going to be the same player again, all they have are possession receivers that can't get separation from anyone. Nelson in the slot could still work but they need a #1 to push him there.
And that's all before you get to the shambles of a defense. The middle linebackers aren't good enough, Dix hasn't progressed at all and is just very average, and Julius Peppers still has to play far too many snaps.
[gyfcat]WelloffEcstaticArizonaalligatorlizard[/gyfcat]
That play was a thing of beauty, our best two defensive linemen making shit happen.
Brandon Williams pushing a blocker back to get a deflection and Timmy Jerningan showing some soft hands.
The trot-off by the Raiders punter :D
I fucking love him, he's also incredibly athletic for a fucking punter too:
https://cdn1.vox-cdn.com/uploads/cho...423/king.0.gif
4th and 24 and he picks up 27 easily.
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap300...ug-bit-his-eye
Fuck, that must have stung like a bitch.
There's the Jimmy Graham I was expecting over a year ago!
That was an insane ending to the first half.
5 rushes for 1 yard with 1 TD is a proper run game.
Well in Michael.
The lack of offense in the LSU Alabama game is unreal. How the fuck are the Tide #1 with that QB?
PicksMagic has been benched. They're playing Bryce Petty instead.
Knee injury isn't it?
Yeah but by the sounds of it, it wasn't really a close decision.
The system that saban builds is so established now that the qb position is almost irrelevant. That 5 star recruit lad walked away pretty much for that reason. He's not going to play much, and if he does he's not going to have a chance to excel as a top draft prospect.
The top draft qbs are the ones who go to decent / good teams and make them excellent. the offensive lines that bama put out are effectively NFL caliber, so if you have a decent running back or half way decent receivers any reasonably qb can excel.
See Blake sims.
Bortles :D
I'd sack him off after that effort at trying to stop the TD too. Useless shit.
Demarco Murray is such a beast when used in a non-Eagles system.
I'm not even going to say it this week :D
Demarco can do it all.
I have him and Walker in one team so that's a lovely little play for me.
I'm so glad he didn't do this last week when I was playing Baz :D
Taylor Lewan ejected for pushing an official. Took RedZone three attempts to show the footage of it, mind.
I'd quite like Delanie Walker to stop dominating the Green Bay defence already. Keep chucking it to Fasano.
This season will see McCarthy gone. Hopefully keep Thompson though.
You know who just did a really bad you know what again...
Jay Cutler is trying to make Bortles look good.
That wentz attempted fumble recovery :D
The packers are looking like a less than .5 team here.
He still will I think.
I don't recall a worse Packers defense in the near 25 years I've been watching them. Criminal that Dom Capers has survived year after year after year.
He wont survive taking a pummeling by the Titans. No play-offs this year will open a lot of eyes.
The worrying thing is that Aaron Rodgers is still playing well statistically and her they're getting a beating. Mariota with a 158.3 passer rating.
I fucking love the vikings wideouts. Thielen (undrafted) and diggs (5th round, VALUE) keeping first rounder laquan treadwell in the background.
Rodgers' hail marys are like a punt.
Rodgers is playing out of his skin considering the utter gash he's got to throw too. The worrying thing for the Packers is what would happen if he was back to his early season form.
Winston
What a play.
That defending :D
I'm playing a guy with Mariota, Matthews and Walker. This is all displeasing me greatly.
It's all gone wrong for Michael Thomas today :(
That hit on the Philly punt :D
Allen Robinson coming through late in the season
Marcus Peters is so damn good.
It's just occurred to me that the Detroit Lions are tied for the lead in the NFC North now :D What a collapse from the Vikings.
Kelvin :moop:
The Saints :D / :face:
:rave:
I don't think they're going to have an angle to say he stepped out unless they have an angle they've not shown yet. I actually think his foot edges the line but I don't think you can overturn it from the footage.
That was out but can see how they couldn't overturn it.
I'm barely keeping up with the guy with all the Titans. Seriously need a Rodgers TD throw on this drive.
That's exactly what I didn't need.
That's a ridiculous TD from Johnson.
Not too shabby from Elliot either.
Phillip 'Bortles' Rivers running wild.
Jesus Christ, Rivers has gone full Bortles here.
EDIT: I love that we both made the same reference there :D
Have the Steelers tried & failed a 2pt conversion after every score today?
Zeke behind that line is disgusting.
Ezekiel Elliot keeping us in the playoff hunt
I'm quite excited over the game next week.
Our rush defence is fucking amazing largely because of Brandon Williams and Timmy Jerningan but it's going to be a MASSIVE test for them. Will be interesting to see how they do against the line and Elliot.
Only Crowell (133 yards on 18 carries but 85 came on one run) and Forte (100 on 30 carries) have managed over 100 thus far.
http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com...-extra-points/
Although kickers have sunk the PAT percentage down and the Steelers have done the same to the 2 point conversion.
Bet $30 on Pats at -8...lets go Tom "I Voted for Trump" Brady
Dallas will destroy Baltimore. What a line they've built there.
Alshon Jeffrey done for PED's. 4 games.
Just as well I didn't do that Jeffery/Robinson trade last week :D
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap300...punctured-lung
Gronk has a punctured lung.
Seeing the hit from Earl Thomas I'm not surprised, it looked a big one.
lol at the Bengals.
They're not even waiting for the playoffs to choke this year :harold:
It's amazing that we're looking very likely to win the division because of being less shit then them and the Steelers.
Vikings has taken Blair Walsh outside and shot him. How far he's fallen since that miss.
However the big news is that Jared Goff is to start against the Dolphins. They had previously said they wouldn't do this until they believed they were out of play-off contention. I guess this is them giving up on the season.
If Vinatieri isn't a first ballot Hall of Fame guy then they might as well give up.
The Packers have apparently picked up Christine Michael off waivers.
I'm so glad I dumped him off. Everything Packers seems destined to fail this season.
He'll be back for his eighth spell when Rawls' kneecap drops off.
I don't know what's worse, that these were created or that a lot of people seem to fucking like them.
Started on the new season of A Football Life the other day.
Usually even dicks come across well, this doesn't hold up for Chad 'Ochocinco' Johnson. It makes him out to be an even bigger dick.
Joe Thomas's (middle linebacker for the Packers) Dad is now the oldest guy at 55 to play in a NCAA I division match.
http://www.espn.co.uk/blog/arizona-c.../post?id=23299
Browns to draft him next year.
Sounds like AJ Green might be done for the day already.
'False start, everyone bar the centre'
:D
What a call for the Titans.
That catch from Steve smith sr really was brilliant.
He's still got it.
He's fucking amazing. 999th catch.
I also watched his A Football Life earlier today, for someone who can be a right little shit on a football field he's a seriously nice and likeable person.
Christ, the defence has seriously turned up today.
Pierre garçon / dez Bryant seem to be the biggest knobs about, from what I can tell.
4 PAT's missed already tonight.
I bloody love Xavier Rhodes. Even if he is a Seminole. He's a bloody good db.
Suspect the browns will be cutting two qbs this summer. With the starter with ten plus losses being the one to survive.
Their o-line seems to be more porous than Edam cheese though.
Romo must be a bit concerned he's going to get pumped Cleveland.
It's amazing how shit Cleveland have managed to be for so long. In a system that promotes competitive balance it really is quite something..
11 missed PAT's today.
Which is a record.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lf679c6BG3I
Shakin' Stevens would call that lovely stuff.
There was some serious bullshit calling going on in the Texan's game.
Video replays available and they still make a mess of it. Fantastic.
Thanksgiving games on in a bit...
Vikings against Lions up first. This could get messy.
Cecil isn't there to cut the turkey.
It's ruined.
This anthem :D
If there was a chance to have an anthem protest in the stadium now would be the time.
Fucking hell, Aretha. Tone it down a bit, we want to watch the pissing game.
The network producers must be seething right now.
That was terrible.
I'm so glad I'm not facing Stafford this week.
Should of took the sack.
No he shouldn't, he threw it out.
Seeing that again I guess throwing it out was the best option.
That Pass Inference flag was a bit lol.
Forgot the games started early on Thanksgiving :moop:
The turkey's back
It's not the same without Cecil.
This game is trash.
Whatever happened to Kev Cadle?
He wrote this:
http://www.kevincadle.com/Kevincadle...adleslide1.jpg
Then left to promote it I believe.
http://www.kevincadle.com/Kevincadle/
He still lists himself as a presenter and did a bit today for Sky Sports.
Eric Kendricks doesn't get enough respect, he's easily a top 10 MLB.
Lol at Bradford.
What a shit game.
Big college game now in Michigan at Ohio state.
mon the buckeyes.
4th and 7 on your own 20, down 10-7 early in the 3rd quarter. Yeah urban. Great idea to try a fake punt. You're now 17-7 down in a low offense game. Brilliant.
Not convinced either of these qbs have a shot in the NFL.
Barrett is just too much of a scrambler and speight is careless. Jt barett probably needs to do a braxton Miller / Julian edelman transformation if he wants a future.
And there goes michigans season. Oh how much they'll regret that loss to Iowa.
Bama, Ohio state, Clemson and then a conversation between Washington, penn state, Michigan,Wisconsin, Colorado Oklahoma and maybe Oklahoma state.
If penn state win then the winner of them and Colorado/washington would have a serious huff if they, as Conference champion, were overlooked for both Ohio state and michigan (not champions)
Genuinely thought that Matt Barkley was on a couch somewhere.
I think it says a lot that he's actually the Bears's third QB.
That was a tidy drive from Arizona.
Justin Tucker NAILS a 52 yarder right down the middle.
He's now made 31 straight and is the only kicker who has not missed a kick this year.
Dumervil finally back and making plays
Every game and Zachary Orr seems to get better, him and Mosley are a fucking brilliant MLB partnership.
Both came into our side in the 2014 draft. One went in the first round and the other (Orr) went undrafted.
Tucker with a 57 yard bomb now too.
Easily the best kicker in the game.
Tucker with his third successful 50yd+ kick of the game
He lolled in the faces of the Bengals when they attempted to ice him too.
Didn't even miss his freebie kick.
Oh and regarding the 57 yarder.
Marvin Lewis declined a holding penalty as he didn't think Tucker would make it and he had to yell at Harbaugh to let him take it.
https://cdn0.vox-cdn.com/thumbor/OjQ...0861/tck.0.gif
Just name him our season MVP already.
What's the Browns schedule to finish the season?
Away to bills and steelers. Home to bengals and chargers.
Their best shot is probably against the bengals on the hope that aj green doesn't turn up.
McCoy getting all his fantasy points for the week on one play
David Johnson is ridiculous.
Willie Snead
We're taking the piss out of LA now.
Doom
That play by Harbaugh to end the game on a punt despite there being 11 seconds on the clock was genius.
The bears receivers deciding they don't fancy catching anything is ridiculous.
Barkley put two or theee layups in the for them and all of them were dropped. Harsh on the kid.
Yep, he did it then too.
Also, Burfict might be the biggest cunt in the NFL.
Nice to see Aguayo going back to shit after making 7 in a row.
Khalil Mack is so awesome.
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap300...surgery-friday
For someone so fucking massive he's so pissing brittle.
He seems to always be injured, even if he's playing.
Former Jet kick returner Joe McKnight killed last night over some road rage in Louisiana.
http://bleacherreport.com/articles/2...shot-at-age-28
http://www.baltimoreravens.com/news/...b-f03478dbe16d
Make it happen, lads.
Jeff Fisher has got a new deal :harold:
No one tell the owner what the weather is really like here in September...
Am struggling to think of a game I'd care about less than that from a Fantasy perspective though. Other than garbage time Bortles and Justin Tucker there are no fantasy viable players at all there. Allen Robinson maybe, but he's burnt me too much this season to pick him next year.
Kenneth Dixon, mate.
And hopefully a WR we draft.
1. Bama
2. Clemson
3. Ohio State
4. Washington
Penn State beat Ohio State and go on to win that conference. Yet, don't get in. Losing vs Pitt proving to be a complete disaster.
Coughing it up on the goal line. Fuck sake.
Still though, snow
I'd hate to live in Green Bay (or with a similar climate), fuck all that snow.
Oh and the Ravens
That's a fucking play and a half by Ladarius Webb if it stands.
Cobb with the snow angel.
Christine Michael already looks so much better than Starks too.
Lol at the Bears/Niners game.
Looks and sounds like a real shitter, which is a surprise.
55 yarder for Tucker.
The geezer is a fucking machine.
Mike Nugent, however...
Matt Bryant
What a play by the Chiefs.
Bortles
Tyreek hill is absolutely rapid. :uhoh:
3rd and 12, let them run for 14. And not for the first time :face:
Ha. That just brings back memories of Darius hayward fucking bey being drafted in the top 10.
You want a top 10 receiver? Watch that Julio Jones catch
Perriman
Kaepernick going 1/5 for 4 yards today, lol.
Especially when there was talk today about him voiding his Niner contract and getting PAID in the offseason.
Kaepernick has been benched having completed one pass for 4 yards in more than three quarters :D
and we made him look like Steve Young.
LET KENNETH FUCKING DIXON RUN THE BALL YOU PRICKS.
He's had 3 carries and run for 44 yards, with all going for over 10 yards. He's mincing the Miami defence and we're up by 32 points. Fuck Terrence West.
lol at Matty Ice.
Takes the lead then throws a pick for the 2 point conversation and Eric Berry returns it back so KC take the lead with the 2 points.
Thanks for calling a pass to your tackle, Cincy :)
Shame Wentz has decided he only wants to throw to Vontaze Burfict today though.
I read that earlier and was like really?.this is the same kap who was being pointed as a terrible over paid qb, getting completely out played by 2
'Million dollar man blaine gabbert earlier in the season...
At some point you just have to accept that he's just not that good. See also jay cutler.
The Browns, 49ers and bears are all going to be fighting over college qb1 TBC. (Not a great sign of the qb class)
NFL analysts are absolute mongs who seem to only work on the basis of one/two games, especially if said player is a 'name'.
They've been salivating for Kaepernick to get back into the job and do something they could describe as decent and they generally don't even look at the actual play. His stat lines have been good but his actual play has been horrible and very typical of him.
10 rushes for West, 50 yards. 3 receptions, 18 yards.
6 rushes for Dixon, 56 yards. 4 receptions, 21 yards.
He's more effective and yet we keep West as our number 1, ugh.
*Also, I know West's stats look pretty good but he got most of those yards on his last 2 carries. Before those he was at 8 carries for 26 yards.
Miller is an absolute monster. Whoever that right tackle is for Jacksonville, Miller just make him look a proper weakling.
These end of game lateral plays need to stop.
Get outta here Danno. Those are glorious.
My college team pulled one off last year:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_YXwuaniPoc
Against Duke too.
Fuck you, Mert.
Tampa leading over the Chargers?
Someone hold me.
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap300...d-to-extension
That's a hefty chunk of money to a TE who has less than 400 yards this year (which is his best).
Over 4 seasons in the league he has yet to achieve 1000 yards, combined.
London games now extended to four for 2017 and probably onwards.
In unrelated news I've been given a Jets t-shirt as a present from my parents who just recently returned from New York. I feel like I have to be a Jets fan now :moop:
Fuck, thought the Packers were one of the 6pm games. Though missing it might be for the best, it's going to be ugly.
Good start, Forsett.
Talib is such a cock.
EDIT: Oh, I missed the thing with Harris. Yeah, Talib is a massive cock but the other guy needs a slap 'round the ear.
Lev Bell
Pretty much the only player doing anything good today.
Denver's offense is still utter garbage. Not that it helps having no o-line and injuring most of our RBs, but still. Needs sorted out in the off-season.
Whether they go on to win this or not, even half this performance so far would have beaten the Colts and Titans.
I've just got in. How the fuck are the Jets losing to the fucking Niners?
Because they are completely and utter garbage
Yes but the Niners are absolute dog shit.
Fucking hell.
http://lockerdome.com/happygilmore/6...48496918822418
Jeff Fisher fired. Didn't he just get an extension too?
Last week.
Although I'm sure I read that it was actually signed a few weeks ago but only announced last week.
Didn't realize that last night meant he tied the record for most losses in NFL history too. He may never get to break it.
Someone should hire him as a special teams coach.
Despite being a shit head coach he's been quite successful over the last few years with trick plays.
Fisher should retire to be honest. Guy has been coaching as long as I remember. He's got a ring, albeit as a backup on that '85 Bears team.
He's barely over .500 as it is. No good team is going to give him a shot. He'll basically go under .500 AND set the record for most losses by a head coach?
With no disrespect to the man I really don't see how he's survived this long. I just thank God he balked on the Dolphins and went with the Rams lol.
His idea of football is too outdated for the NFL now. He should take a year and find a decent school southern school.
It's odd in terms of the recent extension. If he signed weeks ago you could say it was around the Jets game. Up until then, bar the freak result in week 1, they were close in every game. Essentially all 1 score games.
Since then though they lost to the Dolphins but gone on to turn those losses into blowouts. It must have been him having faith in Fisher to turn the corner, but seeing those results prove he never will.
Giving your coach an extension then firing him weeks later? That's some 7-9 bullshit right there.
Or 4-9, in this case, I guess.
9/24/17 or 10/1/17: Baltimore v Jacksonville (Wembley)
9/24/17 or 10/1/17: New Orleans v Miami (Wembley)
10/22/17 or 10/29/17: Minnesota v Cleveland (Twickenham)
10/22/17 or 10/29/17: Arizona v Los Angeles (Twickenham)
Mahow can finally see the Cards Vs The Rams.
Games 2 and 4 interest me a lot.
I do feel we are being tested by game 3 though. If that sells well you could see franchise talk pick up some pace,
I'm tempted to get a season pass now.
When do general sale tickets go out?
I'm buying a fucking Ravens ticket as soon as I can.
I really ought to get over there for that Dolphins game and hopefully take in a United game finally.
I should try to get to the Saints game, at the least. I'd quite like to go to all four though. Vikings/Browns is lol, but I have family from Cleveland so I should probably go & cheer them on.
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap300...rt-for-vikings
Peterson is back and will start.
Due to be the coldest game in a while up at Chicago today. Rodgers has a 0-2 record in temps similar.
After keeping the season alive in the hardest game they had, it is only due that they'll lose to that shitshower.
Rodgers is only on 1.5 legs too. Should be interesting. Though he has played on 1 leg only before.
Christ it's 8 years since the Lions went 0-16. That's one to make you feel old.
:|
Fucking hell.
I'm having a look at Denver's team at the time, I was only a few years into properly watching NFL by then, Top draft pick was Ryan Clady, who was a fucking boss for those first years.Champ Bailey hero-ing it up in defense. Jay Cutler, Brandon Marshall led the offense and there was a proper "committee" of running backs too. Half of these I'd forgotten had even existed. I'll put their y/a in as well to highlight how even the carries were over the course of the season (presumably inconsistency and injury)
Michael Pittman 320 (4.2)
Peyton Hillis 343 (5.0)
Selvin Young 303 (5.0)
Jay Cutler 200 (3.5) :D
Tatum Bell 249 (5.7)
Andre Hall (???) 144 (4.1)
P.J. Pope (:D) 130 (7.6 :|)
Ryan Torain 69 (4.6)
Eddie Royal 109 (9.9)
What a fucking running game.
Even better than when Shanahan would just plug any old cunt in at running back and watch them get a thousand yards because the man knew how to get a running game going. Just checking now, Reuben Droughns had 1240 yards in '04, Tatum Bell and Mike Anderson both had about a thousand in '05, Bell just over a thousand in 2006,
The list of running backs in my time watching the Broncos is amazing. There are some of the above, Travis Henry and his love of pot and his 98 children, Knowshon Moreno (backed up by Correll Buckhalter, who got nearly 700 yards at 5.4 a pop), couple of years of Willis McGahee....
What a ride it's been.
Zach Orr
We're going to school Wentz.
That was a brilliant opening drive. Hopefully they can hold up in this one.
Tyreek Hill is the best of these 'offensive weapon' type players.
Hero.
Wentz :harold:
He's getting fisted.
Did anyone actually realise the jets Miami game was last night?
I found it in my planner this morning...
Think it was because the schedule had both NY teams at home this weekend.
No, it's a thing for weeks 15/16 now.
They did it last year.
Next week all games bar 4 will be on Saturday.
This calf looks like it's going to be really bad for Rodgers. He can't escape pressure at all. Really struggling.
10/10 from 50+, what a hero Tucker is.
Also great to see Campanaro back.
'Mon the Bengals.
Keep it up lads so we can get back into the lead.
They're wankers but we need the Steelers to lose.
lol at Osweiler being benched.
Osweiler :harold:
72 million was it?
Texans sign Osweiler & Lamar Miller in the offseason, and are now playing Tom Savage & Akeem Hunt :D
They've benched Miller too?
In any case. Some o-line help and actual WRs that can consistently catch a ball in the off season should see us go from meh to good.
Sadly not. He came in the play after & got stopped on the goal line. Must've just been being rested for a bit.
I've only just noticed the Vikings score. What happened to their early defensive form? :p
He's been conning people for a long, long time.
Anyone AWAKE?
WAKE played last night bub
Phins up !
The Bills running game is doing its part again today. Now start chucking it at Sammy Watkins.
Nah I'm busy gushing over Shady.
Christ, I didn't know about that.
Against his pregnant girlfriend, damn.Quote:
Hill eventually plead guilty to domestic assault and battery by strangulation and was sentenced to three years of probation, an anger-management course, a year-long batterer's program, and was required to undergo a domestic-abuse evaluation
Strangled her, punched her in the face and stomach. Hopefully he shatters his knee at some point.
Kenneth Dixon just scored. Where's Mahow?
Geezer is a hero.
Bengals need to hold the fuck on.
The Lions losing and you fuck it away vs Chicago :face:
:moop:
Powers
8-0 against rookie QB's.
Rodgers is so fucking good!
What a fucking man.
Falcons might be going for a record here.
21-0 in the first quarter, woof.
Gus Bradley is out. Can Jeff Fisher come in and take the record?
Mon big Jeff
Realistically though, they should take their time over this appointment now.
They've got a very young team with a high amount of potential and an early draft order. Get someone in who is competent and they could ruffle some feathers next year.
Need to punt Bortles too.
Three fucking points.
Rumour of the week is Romo to Denver for 2017.
If it's even possible he needs to grab that job. He'd have a defence that will keep him in almost any game, while Thomas and Sanders are great weapons going to waste. Sure there's not much of a run game going right now, but one step at a time.
Yeah, that's been rumoured basically since Prescott made the Dallas job his own. If Denver decide Siemian is part of the problem and Lynch isn't ready then we could do worse than Romo. I can't think of another vet who's likely to be available that's better.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xuvsoZLE3WE
South Park was right again.
Nah, he's too busy running into walls in Arizona.
http://www.gannett-cdn.com/-mm-/722e...O-85920254.JPG
I don't know what baseball stats mean but apparently people have been saying he's shit which is shocking.
I refuse to believe he's shit at anything.
I think I read somewhere that his first ever hit was a home run. Should have quit then.
63 passing attempts by Eli?
Fucking hell.
Apparently since 1999 there have been 29 games in which a QB has thrown 60+, only 3 of those QBs have won.
Just a reminder that the games are on tonight and about to start gents.
Dolphins v bills :(
The fuck are the Titans playing at, getting beat by the jags
Suspect Mariota has just broken his ankle. Woof.
Who's wide awake?
This season
Broken shin bone for Mariota.
Lockett scores a TD whilst getting his leg broken in a couple of places.
:\
Poor bastard, they took the TD away from him and said he was down at the 1.
Evil wanker refs.
To be fair, Arians is enough of a prick to have thrown a challenge there.
He didn't, it was a scoring play so automatically reviewed.
They should have given it to him.
Seahawks fucking up a passing play on the 1 yard line? I'm not buying it.
That's some stand by the Cardinals.
Carr done for the day it seems, possibly longer.
Horrible for him on a potential MVP year.
I feel sorry for anyone who bought tickets to the Rams/Niners game.
Shit QB's and inept RB's ahoy.
I guess at least with the Rams you get some decent defensive plays.
I still am in shock both they and the Browns passed up on Wentz.
That's a bitching catch by Cooper.
The injuries today
Carr broke his shin bone. Done for the play-offs, as are probably the Raiders.
Fucking hell.
Only sack they allowed too, what shit timing for them.
Hauschka :harold:
lol.
Last 2 minutes of that game was pure lol.
Mahow :harold:
I've only seen parts as family was still here.
Why the fuck has Flacco attempted to pass the ball 22 times thus far?
RUN THE FUCKING BALL, that's how we win.
Zach Orr is such a fucking monster.
Old man Smith
Antonio Brown having a shit game against us? Well I never :harold:
Dixon is brilliant.
His last two rushes have been stunning.
Mosely
This is Christmas, fuck the lot of you for making me talk to myself.
Juice
Fuck Christmas, fuck Ben, fuck Bell, fuck Brown.
Renewed my season ticket. £260 for the 4 or £190 if I let my mate but my ticket for the Browns Vs Vikings, which I am tempted to do.
17 completions off 40+ attempts for Siemian while both running backs averaged 5+ per carry. I haven't seen any of it so the running game stats might be misleading but still, I'm gonna chuck everything to do with the Denver offense a festive "Fuck off" and leave it at that.
That's the AFC set isn't it now?
The Ravens losing after all those mahow post was lol as fuck.
Have the Jets sacked off their entire squad yet?
So good.
Greatest all-round player in the league
How many players have registered a passing TD, a rushing TD & a sack?
The Dolphins won 10 games? :|
Completely missed that one.
Green Bay @ Detroit has been flexed into stupid o'clock on Sunday :moop:
It's because nothing they do tonight matters. The division rests on the winner of next weeks game.
Also poor Mahow. It's almost as if Brown knew you were talking him down when he stretched that ball out.
Ouch. Thought he'd get one last crack at it next season. But that's no post season in 6 straight seasons now.
Maybe it's because his fuck up cost them the game v Miami.
He'll be some DC hire for someone next season if he doesn't take a year off.

So New England v Dallas/Atlanta/Seattle for the Super Bowl then? No way do the Bucs and the Redskins sneak through.
Big Andy's Arrowhead Express for the Superbowl.
Could do with winning their fucking division for once though.
Love to see Kansas City vs Dallas but it's going to be New England vs Seattle.
Someone that isn't the Patriots and Seattle please.
In further Rex Ryan news, apparently a significant part of his dismissal was his insistence that Tyrod Taylor be his QB next year. Looks like Tyrod will be looking for a new team soon too.
Someone's going to stop Dallas, and nobody ever stops the Patriots, so New England/Seattle sounds about right.
lol at the Bills wanting to see more EJ Manuel though.
If we get Brady vs. Sherman then I'm afraid my preferred winner will have to be biblical plague of locusts.
So, Doug Martin has been suspended for four games for a drug policy violation & has gone to a treatment facility, while Steve Smith has said Sunday will probably be his last game.
No sympathy for the former, but the latter has clearly still got it. It'd be a shame to see him go.
Mouthpiece, and it'll make the Ravens worse so good riddance.
Eat shit.
He's a major don, we're in deep shit when he retires though.
Wallace has done fairly well but he's not a number 1, Aiken has looked disinterested this whole season, Perriman has been a bit like a shit Torrey Smith, Campanaro is more of a special teamer/gadget play guy and Chris Moore, whilst he has flashed some promise, hasn't been involved enough.
Keenan Reynolds on the 53 man roster for the last game
Smith to get 50+ targets and also rush 20 times in his last game?
Washington gave it a good crack but a pick 6 and failure to stuff bama on a third down at the bama 1 tipped it.
Think I'd like Clemson to do it now though. A chance for revenge.
So with Denver having fucked the season almost entirely brecause of the offense the speculation is ON.
Will Kubiak chuck it in case he dies in the job? Will Denver sign Romo?
My answers are "Erm, maybe?" and "Er, naw."
Romo would not necessarily be a downgrade if they were certain Trev wasn't the answer and Lynch isn't the answer yet but that the offense fell entirely to bits as soon as Anderson, who it turns out might be a megadon, went down suggest if we're going to spunk our load it should be on the line. I mean.... Donald Stephenson. Mate.
Chip Kelly might be about to lose his job for the 2nd time in just over a year. Trent Baalke too. Somewhere Jim Harbaugh is eating breakfast with a massive grin on his face.
Allen Robinson racking up the yards now nobody gives a fuck :moop:
Anything meaningful in these early games?
Tony Romo is playing. He's currently on the hottest no interception streak in his career.
They are nuts playing him.
Well he isn't yet. But he's getting snaps today.
Dallas seemed ridiculous value at 3.2 today. Not sure if anyone jumped on that.
Pittsburg on the other hand, granted resting a few starters, are struggling against the Browns :moop:
It makes some sense, as they're resting Zeke too. You'd rather be playing Romo than all his flaws than turning to Mr Buttfumble.
Romo TD throw. It's like being in 2015 all over again.
Sanchez is in :uhuh:
Steelers, 'mon LADS. The browns are wank. You're at home. Seriously.
What are the Ravens doing losing to the Bengals? :D
Never thought I'd see Landry Jones still on an NFL roster in 2017 after he was drafted, let alone 2nd string.
Mike Mitchell's protestation was the most polite outrage I've ever heard:
"PLEASE...PLEASE LOOK AT IT SIR! OH MY GOODNESS GRACIOUS!"
:D
4-6 to 10-6. That'll do.
Take that, Oakland.
Wonder who we get in as head coach. I suppose if they're going for one of the currently popular coordinators who are considered to be due a job that Kyle Shanahan would be the obvious one to pursue. I suspect/fear we'll promote Wade.
Outstanding.
Stunning.
No word from us yet but I hope we fire both of our main co-ordinators.
Our offensive co-ordinator is a fucking shambles, we do better when we're more of a 50/50 pass/run team, not one letting Flacco pass it around 45-50 times games.
We got a lot of credit earlier this season for our 'number 1 defense' but ultimately we were pretty lacklustre. We didn't dial up enough pass rush throughout the season and we gave up too many big plays at the end of games. The final drive by the Steelers last week was hopeless, they might as well have not been there.
It's time for the coaching merry-go-round. Not even bothering looking to see who is rumoured for where as there's so many.
I think the Vikings(our traded pick in the draft) finished either 14th or 15th in the order. They've tied with the Colts and Ravens on 8-8 but I'm sure the Ravens are at the back of those 3 with a harder schedule. With us finishing 12th we've not exactly missed out on a great deal. So in essence we got Wentz for not all that much in the end. Getting that 1st(and possible 3rd) round pick back for Bradford was a masterstroke.
Obviously we don't know who is what or where in the draft yet, but we can do almost everything from 15th. I just hope we don't take a WR, unless a seriously good one is there. O-line needs help, as does our secondary.
We're 16th.
14th and 15th will be decided by a coin flip as your schedule strength was the same.
Quote:
Due to a tie in both record and strength-of-schedule, Minnesota's and Indianapolis' draft order will be determined via a coin flip at the NFL scouting combine. The Vikings and Colts will then rotate picking the 14th, 15th, and 16th picks of each round with the Baltimore Ravens
We're picking at 11, and as always need to pile on the defence big time.
Were there any more sackings today or did they do it all yesterday?
Pagano & Payton are the main ones with their future in doubt at the minute, I think.
Also, here's the Mike Mitchell 'really polite outrage at facemask call' for anyone who missed it.
Payton is being talked about for LA isn't he? Haven't seen a trade for a coach since Tampa went for Gruden.
Apparently Bill O'Brien might be sacked if Oakland beat the Texans on Saturday.
Oakland must be so pissed off. They were heading for an AFC title game and a Superbowl with a bit of luck.
Pagano was on thin ice last season. I believe they went 8-8 then too.
Jags, Rams, 49ers and Bills are all looking to hire, with the Texans likely to join that hunt, maybe the Colts too. All of the hired will need replacing too, so we could see some NFL dominoes.
There probably hoping that whoever wins their wildcard game and the Dolphins beat the Steelers out of the Playoffs that they would face the Chiefs which would soften the blow and a championship exit wouldn't piss Oakland off if they make it.
The Dolphins-Patriots divisional round would be a fucking bloodbath for Miami so surely they would sack off their offseason?
Both are being kept on :moop:
I thought it was unlikely that Pees (DC) would go as he has a good relationship with Harbaugh but I didn't see Mornhinweg staying, his play calling was fucking abysmal.
We're averaging 10 yards a carry with our RB's, but I only want to run the ball 8 times and get Joe to lob it around 100 times.
Sounds a-okay to me
I have no idea how we lost that boss...
Flacco and Pitta said they wanted him to stay, obviously because Flacco likes to think he's a top 5 QB (try 15 at best, mate) and because Pitta was the only one thriving in the system.
Flacco averaged just .1 passes fewer than Brees this season and we averaged the 3rd lowest amount of rushes as a team. It's bonkers, especially as Flacco's best weapon is his deep ball on play action passes which can only work if we rush well (we did alright but we should have given Dixon a bigger percentage of the rushes in the second half of the season) and rush often but we didn't. Our play calling was the worst possible style for the team so it clearly makes sense to keep that going into next year.
Edit: I was hoping for McCoy as OC and anyone as DC as Pees is trash.
Also, Connor Cook vs Brock Osweiler is going to be amazing.
One is a fairly average rookie who was poor in his first start and the other could make a case as being the most overpaid player ever.
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap300...2017-finalists
Atwater not in the final again, so much disrespect.

I think no other kicker being mentioned is apt for this year.
I do think Johnson should be first team though.
Mosely and Orr our MLB pairing making the second team though
Yee haw!
An anthem rendition for Trump's America.
Better than a lot we've heard this season.
Osweiler will get buried tonight.
I have the following bets on:
£5 on Cooper to score a TD @ 3.3
£5 on Murray to score a TD @ 2.7
£5 on the Raiders to win @ 2.7
£5 on a special teams or defensive TD @ 3.25.
Brock will throw a pick 6.
The Raiders have started so conservatively (and shit), christ.
No huddling is the way to go.
The Texans defense are fucking shambolic despite that random pick Oakland gave them.
No solid Quarterback for the offense?
There fucked.
Can't be many who are as hot and cold as Crabtree is.
This game isn't going to be very good, is it? :D
Both offences look sloppy & unambitious, although Oakland to seem to be getting a bit more aggressive on the last few couple of drives.
Nothing to see here folks, Osweiler's here and halling ass.
The problem with supporting the Texans is that it doesn't matter if they're winning by 1 or 14, if osweiller is in the FEAR is always there.
Finally something good.
Your bet for Oakland is looking a little bit risky Sir How.
I put a lot more on them (+6.5, so as long as they get it tight...) after the first TD for the Texans :uhoh:
The Raiders need to pull Cook.
As shit as Cook has been, his tackles (especially Howard) really haven't helped him at all.
When he actually gets a decent pass out his receivers drop the ball.
Osweiler
Goodbye money.
Raiders have been trash across the board.
I can't remember seeing a limper performance by a team in the playoffs before.
See the Texans at this point last year.
Of course, I forgot about that wonder.
Even though the Raiders have technically done better than the Texans last year, the Chiefs were playing so well that day. The Texans aren't exactly having to do much today.
Mon the Raiders, get it to within 6 points and I'll be happy.
Andre Holmes coming in has done a lot.
He's got sticky fingers.
One TD lads, please.
Just one, that's all I ask.
Wankers.
Bouye deserved that though, he's been a top 10 cornerback this year after going undrafted in 2013.
Tough for Cook. Thrown in at the deep end there. You wonder how Carr would have done.
Better but he still would have struggled.
Menelik Waston, Kelechi Osemele and Austin Howard couldn't be fucked.
The Raiders have spent so much on their line this year (most going to KO) and it was a complete shambles today.
Run game was shut down too (I expect they would have done better if Carr was there as the Texans would be more scared of the pass game) and the receivers were a mess (probably didn't trust Cook).
Jimmy Graham dead on the sidelines it seems.
That was a massive hit he took.
That catch :|
It's up there near the best.
Edit: Not a bad second catch either, he's trying to Chris Matthews this today.
Jesus Christ, he's no right to be snagging that.
I love the catch but surely that's a facemask call?
Nice timing for Thomas Rawls to finally start the season. I don't know what the average amount of juggles and drops per game is but Detroit must have blitzed it.
It's been a fun Packers season but I think it could be time to switch it off by half time tonight.
Game over effectively already.
Miami could get shat on.
Poor @bruhnaldo
This is another pointless game because of injury.
Awful coverage.
Can we start the second game early?
Well this is over already :D
The Texans
The Dolphins at least need to start torching it downfield. Opportunity to see how mental Jarvis Landry can be.
Vance Joseph's audition tape for the Denver interview going really well so far.
Record number of points to be scored today?
Lev Bell is so fucking good.
Two minutes into the second quarter Bell has 95 yards & Brown has 119 & 2TDs.
That was such a satisfying sound when the ball hit the post there.
Goodbye Matt Moore.
That's a more satisfying sound.
Matt Moore is dead, I think.
Time for TJ Yates
Fair play to him for coming back in so quickly.
Juwan James saving him from getting molested again.
Brown looking like a Texan there.
Nelson out, game over.
What scenes
How do they always manage to do that?! :D
The Giants should of been out of sight by now :D
So... shall we keep pretending like Rodgers isn't the MVP?
Suddenly going for it on 4 and inches makes the Packers coach look like a right muppet.
Why the fuck did the Giants not go for two? :cab:
Well that's a play :D
Dunno what's worse.
That or running out of play on a return kick at the three yard line. Giants have royally fucked it which is  if I'm perfectly honest.
That last second TD in the second quarter was brilliant, they're so good at the hail mary plays (I wish I was that good at them on Madden :(), some of the passes Rodgers was flinging about were absolutely perfect.
Especially Cobb's last TD, perfect speed and a seriously tight spiral.
You know how to cut a man to the bone :(
I missed that idiot on the Giants fielding the kickoff last night.
lmfao fuck, sorry Mahow. Not intended at all bud.
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap300...d-coaching-job
Doug Marrone to be Jaguars head coach with Tom Coughlin appointed as executive vice president.
He went 9-7 with the Bills in 2014 and walked away in hopes of becoming the Jets head coach but flopped in his interview.
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap300...r-running-back
I really don't get this.
West and Dixon (who should be the starter next year) were really good when they were given the ball. The problem was that they were hardly ever actually given the ball. We have so many actual holes, we don't need a running back unless they're going to sack off West. Chuck a 5th/6th rounder at some kid who is a speed demon, fine.
That wasn't exactly Texas USC but it wasn't half bad at all. I'm fucking wrecked now though.
Maybe he should have caught some passes on the field.
Vance Joseph is the new Head Coach of the Broncos.
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap300...-broncos-coach
I'd decided I wanted Toub but I have faith in Elway at this point. The important thing is that work gets done on the offense in the off-season.
I know I should probably be upset by losing our DC but I don't know that I'm really bothered.
The Chargers owner has called an 8am meeting for staff on Thursday. He's expected to tell them they've run out of options and will be joining the Rams in LA.
They have until the 17th January before they lose their first option, but they're getting no help from the league to stay in San Diego currently. It'll be interesting to see if the Raiders look a lot more closely at their potential move to Vegas now.
Sean McDermott to Buffalo.
Chargers moving to LA officially.
Heard they might leave "Chargers" behind, though. Think that would be the best move especially seeing as apparently no one gives a fuck about the Rams being "back".
Los Angeles Anacondas ?
Los Angeles Leopards ?
I thought Los Angeles Bandits might be good as they could make a logo that plays off of LA's obsession with gangs:
http://www.crimsonredsports.com/inde...04;type=avatar
maybe just make the bandana black or something as to not lean toward the bloods or the crips lol
Their Twitter guy didn't waste any time
https://pbs.twimg.com/profile_images...8/mDZl_OpH.jpg
Latin Kings are black, no?
They should just go red, affiliate with the bloods and hire Aaron Hernandez to be an Executive VP of Prison Operations.
Edit: Latin Kings are black and gold, so they're in Steeler pockets.
Oh I'm not sure. I thought maybe yellow. I have no idea lol.
huge lol @ Aaron Hernandez, VP tho
Anthony Lynn (Bills OC) - Chargers Head Coach.
Sean McVay (Redskins OC) - Rams Head Coach.
Wade Phillips has also taken over as Rams defensive coordinator and Leslie Frazer has taken the same job in Buffalo.
Sean McVay isn't even 31 for another fortnight :|
.
Talk of Denver's DBs coach getting Wade's job. Which makes some sense, I suppose.
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap300...ue-to-forecast
Steelers Chiefs match pushed from 6pm to 1:20am on Sunday because of weather.
:(
Raiders are off to Vegas now.
That, on paper, is a horrendous move.
They're basically fobbing off Oakland for a reliance on tourists to fill the stadium. They must've done some market research to suggest it'll work, but if I was a Raiders fan I'd be pissed... if you want to keep watching them it's a 650km drive (or more likely, internal flight).
That's a bit :D if true.
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap300...gn=Twitter_atn
Bad times to be a Californian football fan. Still could be worse. At least they aren't the 49ers.
Three team moves in 12 months is bonkers.
That's 10% of the league, just deciding to fuck off elsewhere.
It'll be interesting for sure. Unlike the two moving to LA, who moved instantly, the Raiders will have to stay in Oakland while the stadium gets built in Vegas. Probably for 3 years or so. I'd like to see how the fans deal with it.
Hoping it's the falcons and Houston that win tonight.
Unfortunately, it'll probably be Brady vs Wilson.
Definitely want Seattle in this one. Not worth worrying about Houston, they're going to get walloped.
The fuck is going on?
We had Devin Hester most of the year and he was fucking horseshit, he's looking vintage today.
Fucking lol.
That was amazing :D
Fat man stands on your foot is a pretty bad day. Never mind a different fat man then jumping on you.
The flag on that Hester return is going to settle this avian shitfest. Ref's have clearly been told to spot everything against Seattle.
The NFC really has very little to commend it.
The Seahawks just can't function when one of their safeties are missing.
Unluckily for them it's the better of the two, Earl Thomas, that is out as well.
Sorry, his Dad, Grandad and fucking Brother are also called Thomas Rawls?
Jesus.
Getting fisted by Matty Choke, ouch.
Seahawks waterboy trying to make plays because the Seattle defence can't.
http://pixel.nymag.com/imgs/daily/vu....w529.h352.gif
That would have been better of course.
http://www.sbnation.com/2017/1/15/14...wks-vs-falcons
What a mong Bennett is, that's a bigger seethe (I'm hoping a full video comes out soon) than Cam.
I hope Wixey told him that.
And then shoved him down some stairs.
Whoops :D
Who do we fancy tonight then, lads? Steelers should win unless the weather is so bad KC can just grind out a 13-10, but Dallas & Green Bay could go either way. Rooting for Dallas though, I think.
Steelers will ride Bell to victory. Other game I genuinely don't know, but I'm thinking Green Bay's momentum might do the trick for them.
Fuck you Texans for giving me hope last night. Of course agent Brock was going to throw the game away, repeatedly.
$37 million dollar guaranteed bell end.
On the plus side, Clowney is looking really fucking good. If he and JJ Watt can be fit at the same time.
Steelers in a close one and Cowboys by at least 3 touchdowns.
I want KC to win and a bomb to drop in the other one.
Sadly, I think the Steelers will ride Bell hard and the Cowboys will manage to win.
Rodgers is so damn good at knowing when he has a free play.
Who's the guy who isn't Gayle, Reinebold or Reynolds in the Sky studio?
Well this is a bit of a mauling so far. Who would've had this after the Packers shaky start?
Punters.
Antonio Brown isn't so fond of them though.
http://usatthebiglead.files.wordpres...the-face-b.gif
The bastard.
Packers looking like they can score at will here.
Rodgers is dreamy
Fucking lol.
Romo to come in before the end of the game?
They're not that desperate.
How the fuck did that Rodgers-Montgomery handoff not result in either of them fumbling? :cab:
That's a quality pick by Heath.
Cracking pick indeed.
That's pretty mental that Witten hadn't scored a TD in the playoffs before now.
Clay Matthews got donned senseless there.
That was a filthy spin move
And gets run over by Dak for the 2 points, lol.
Balls, it was Ryan instead :(
Only Rodgers can save the Packers here.
That's one hell of a kick.
If the Packers defence has anything left now, it's time to make plays. I see nothing but a Cowboys TD here though.
35 seconds to go 50 yards with 2 timeouts. He could, but he wont.
That's a brilliant throw but a bonkers sideline catch.
Get fucked Cowboys.
Tough to see anyone stopping the NFC offenses left now.
Didn't think that would sneak in.
I wouldn't have minded OT.
That was depressingly inevitable :moop:
Also, I've just found out that Jerry Jones 'made a deal with God' and said if the win Superbowl 30 he'd never ask to win the Superbowl again.
They've never made it past the divisional playoffs since with their record standing at 3-9.
GOD HAS RAPED JERRY JONES ONCE AGAIN.
It's just so damn good.
He has plenty of time to watch it next week
I went to the 'NFL UK Live' show in Glasgow tonight. Reynolds, Reinebold, Gayle, Morstead, Christian Kersey off've the Browns and some guy from the Rams who was only in a couple of bits whose names I thought was either somebody Maddox or Maddox somebody but who I can't find.
Some Q&A and some silly stuff but it was free and quite enjoyable. None of that irritating present woman either.
Would have loved a surprise appearance from Kev, or to see him pitching a stall outside selling The Cadle Will Rock.
Christian Kirksey
Bit of a hero for Madden players, he was a glitch in 15 and was dubbed the Tiny Titan for being so small and for being on the wrong team:
https://usatftw.files.wordpress.com/...untitled-6.jpg
http://nesncom.files.wordpress.com/2...if?w=640&h=360
http://i.imgur.com/0bwMtEa.gif
He was fixed and brilliant on Madden 16 though.
Shit that Big Kev wasn't there though.
Yeah, they showed the clip of him in Madden.
Kirksey was in good form, actually. He ended up having a bit of a back-and-forth across the night with a Steelers fan who was there, Terrible Towel in hand.
Zach Orr is retiring due to a serious injury.
'how :console:
Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck.
He was playing brilliantly this year, his first year starting, and it looked like he and Mosley were going to be our MLB partnership for years.
9th in tackles this year (would have finished higher if he played the last game) with only Jordan Hicks and Mosley getting more interceptions at the position.
Glad he found out before anything serious happened to him (it all sounds pretty scary) and it's kind of good that at least he goes out on a high note after joining the league undrafted.
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap300...r-five-seasons
Grigson has been fired.
Colts will become relevant again.
#GoPackGo
Offensive duels.
This is going to get messy. Packers can't cover anyone.
I thought it was at 9, ugh.
It's going to be done by 9.
Atlanta's offence is too fast.
Why are they all sitting on a sofa around a coffee table?
Show some fucking professionalism.
Probably going to have Neil in a onesie laying down by the time the second game rolls around.
Stick a fork in this one.
Good night.
Defence couldn't be fucked there.
What the fuck was that?
This is lovely so far
This could get very ugly.
Dat sack :harold:
Bye Pack Bye.
It's probably a bit late, but Green Bay really ought to have been gong for it on every 4th down. Doesn't matter if they give Atlanta the ball on their 10 yard line, or their own 10 yard line, the outcome is going to be largely the same.
Atlanta have absolutely murdered them on 3rd down. Have they missed one yet?
This needs JR commentary already. Has anyone been shutout in a championship game before?

Few more pre-Superbowl formation too.
More common than I thought! Both of our NFL titles were shutouts too.
57 running plays for 382 yards.
Imagine being a fan of the 'slight favourite' Redskins turning up to see that.
Julio :alan:
What a beast. End this game already.
Julio...
Meh goad
Julio doing Julio tings.
What in the actual fuck is going on? :serious:
Decided to put £5 on either Julio or Freeman to score 2 TD's.
I went for Freeman :moop:
Although that should be 1 for him.
We could have a seriously good SuperBowl if the Steelers win later.
Mon little man, get a second.
:D
Karma...
Lang looks done.
In the 5, Freeman on the bench.
Wankers.
What odds did you get?
4.75.
Oh and they were lucky that they couldn't be arsed challenging that.
Ripkowski has the hand strength of a new born which is a bit stunning for someone who can grow a beard as good as his.
Alford :D
He should have gone to the ground to complete it.
You might be in with a shot at a Freeman TD here.
Outstanding.
Oh he actually did go to ground. Hero.
Lewis would be physically sick seeing Terry Bradshaw's 'hair'. Shave it mate.
Coates can't catch for shit.
Horrific defending there.
Patriots have got this.
The protection on that play was obscene.
Fuck knows how Hogan got that open though.
Hogan > Julio.
The run before Blount got the TD was brilliant.
This is fucking beautiful. I'm a full on casual fan, but shit me this is a destruction.
Christ, that's so damn good.
Tbh today was such a let down
Reports coming out that Bridgewater might miss next season too.
:harold:
I've found something good about the Pro Bowl.
Justin Tucker pissing about:
Through a basketball hoop from 60 yards.
Kicking one casually from 75.
The skills thing was fun enough watching. Better than the game will be tonight anyway.
Imagine actually watching the Pro Bowl.
There are 3 hoops, look at the posts. It went through.
Prater is a chump though, a real man ups it by at least 5. What the fuck is this bullshit by bettering it by 1?
Tucker probably nailed one in practice from 80 and will upload the proof soon.
It also took Prater 3 days after Tucker nailed it from 75 to do 76.
76>75.
97.4% (1 miss) > 86.1% (5 misses)
100% on PAT's > 93.9% (2 misses) on PAT's
100% of votes for All-Pro > No votes for All-Pro.
Tucker > Everyone else.
Triggered.
Dem moves
Beckham wasn't bad either.
He is a god.
John Lynch straight from player to TV to GM is an odd one.
Fairly sure that catch alone makes him the best receiver the Ravens have.
Thursday morning for pre-sale Ravens tickets.
I think I'm going to target a category 2 or 3 ticket.
Where are those? I'll have the same seats as the last 2 years.
http://i.imgur.com/ZYOKvIP.png
Sideline.
I wanted to go to one of the Wembley games, but the majority has ruled it would be 'proper lol' to go to the Browns game. Just...why?
Ah, mine are in the pink bit. Pretty decent view but obviously it's better when the action is down my end.
Bought my ticket.
Section BK 501 Row 5 Seat 25
Almost as bad as his Lego hair.
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap300...fame-inductees
Great to see Warner and TD finally make it.
Terrell Owens being kept out again is brilliant.
Worst thing is Jerry Jones making it, the cunt.
No Weapon X makes me a sad panda. No T.O. makes up for that slightly.
Terrell Davis.
I know we've had the conversation in here before but his playoffs record really is a bit daft.
Morten Anderson making it is brilliant too.
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap300...-of-fame-class
https://twitter.com/terrellowens?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw
The seethe is real :harold:
I love how he's retweeting and replying to almost every single tweet (christ I hate myself for that sentence) regarding him not making the HOF.
It's a joke that Owens isn't in.
And it's a great one, isn't it? :D
Finally shows up, even though we all knew, that it's not all about on-field performance. No matter how much the committee bleat on that it is.
There's a rookie that will apparently be drafted this year who will come in quite high on the most mental NFL name list.
Takkarist McKinley.
I honestly have no idea what that first name is meant to be.
I just pray that Kobe Buffalomeat makes it to the big leagues.
Victor Cruz & Rashad Jennings have been cut by the Giants.
Matt Elam won't be back with the ravens, and he's decided to make free agency as much of a challenge for himself as he can.
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap300...e-drug-charges
Top work.
There wasn't a hope in hell that he was going to stay. He was lucky to get last season at the club.
He's been fucking horrible since Day 1 after being labelled as 'The Next Ed Reed'.
Adrian Peterson is hitting free agency.
To the Texans please.
The cowboys don't need him any more and I think he fancies Texas.
Eric Berry 6 years, $78m which makes him the highest paid safety and gives a nice 'ending' after beating cancer.
Eddie Lacy thinks he might be staying in Green Bay, he clearly loves the cheese.
Antonio Brown has been given a 4 year extension worth $68m.
Browns have given Isiah Crowell a second round tender which should see him stay.
Giants have tagged JPP, he said in January that he wouldn't sign a 1 year deal so could expect some resistance there.
Steelers have tagged Bell.
Panthers have tagged Kawann Short.
Jamaal Charles AND Adrian Peterson? How lucky are the GM's right now that can choose from either from them?I just hope "my" Seahawks pick either one for veteran status.
https://overthecap.com/salary-cap-space/
Browns better not make a play for one.
Can see the Niners paying a crapton for one of them.
Jamaal Charles will be forever my number one fantasy pick that I didn't want to pick in the first place :D
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap300...n-kirk-cousins
Cousins has been tagged but with the exclusive one so no one else can negotiate with him unless they get permission from the 'Skins. So it looks likely that he'll be there for another season at least.
$23.94m for the season.
Can Cousins pull a Josh Norman and refuse to sign it in order to listen to offers?
Both Charles and oAP hitting the market could tempt some into biting. I'd love to see Jamaal with us for a season or two. Doug Martin and Alshon Jeffery are also tipped to be let go. The latter is already being linked to the Colts.
I don't think a player can refuse an exclusive one.
Franchise tag deadline is up.
Some good names have not been tagged. Stephon Gilmore, Alshon Jeffery, Brandon Williams, Terrelle Pryor, Donta Hightower and Dontari Poe are all going on the market unless a deal can be reached by the 9th.
From an offensive standpoint, Pryor is an interesting option. He can cover many positions and looked good, playing with shit, in Cleveland. He also wont really command a massive paycheck compared to say, Jeffery.
We were never going to tag Williams, we don't have the cap space to designate the tag and then negotiate.
We're either signing him or we're not.
I hope we keep him but I don't see it sadly.
They've just done the coin toss for 14th/15th pick. It landed in favour of Vikings so we get 14th pick in round 1.
Howie Roseman loves a good trade too, so we may well move about a bit before the draft actually starts.
I'd love it if Brandon Marshall comes to Baltimore.
You're favouites for him as it stands and we're looking into Brandin Cooks.
He's another player I think Brees makes look good, but he's fast as hell and would give that deep ball we need. Only sticking point is the Saints apparently want a 1st round pick for him.
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap300...ohnsons-record
Oakland/Las Vegas are wanking furiously.
A WR has taken 0.02 seconds of CJ2K's 40 yard dash time at 4.22.
6ft 3" Tight End, Evan Engram, who is 234lbs, ran 4.43.
Only 4 WRs and 2 RBs posted an equal or better time than that. By all accounts he's blown people away across the other disciplines too.
Him and DeShaun Watson have shot to the top of their position, at least until pro days. McCaffery also put himself towards to top of the RBs. Maybe ahead of Fournette now.
Christian macaffrey is absolute mental as a player. He's a nightmare hybrid between wr and rb.
Bellichick is probably creaming at the thought he drops to them. He was quality at Stanford.
Hopefully he doesn't end up at the browns. I loved joe Schobert at Wisconsin last year and he went 99 to the Browns which was all intensively career over.
Didn't realise Denver had so much cap room to play with. Glad Elway doesn't have a reputation so far for being held to ransom by guys he doesn't really rate.
I don't think he drops to the Patriots, especially after this combine, he's probably RB 1 off the board. If you look at everyone picking top 15, only the Jags, Saints(maybe) and Eagles you can say don't have a guy they can fully trust at RB, while the Panthers could well use this opportunity to add a quality RB like the Cowboys did last year.
The rumour is that the Patriots will trade Garoppalo for the Browns #12 pick. If that happens it probably means Brady has told Bill he intends on playing at least 2 years more. However if I was the Browns I'd be rubbing my hands together. They traded the chance at Wentz away last year to get the extra picks this year. They need defensive help and not another in the endless QB line. Myles Garrett is by all accounts the best player in the draft and they should take him first 100%. They then have another go only 11 picks later. For me they should jump at the chance at taking another top defensive talent, whether it be someone like Hooker or Peppers.
Their offense is okay. Not great, but not the worst. But they also have a massive $100m in cap space free. If they add the above players to rookie contracts, they'll still have all that cap space. They'll have added quality in depth that is also young and can go about turning that $100m into a serious return. First priority needs to be getting Pryor back or finding someone in free agency who can fill that gap.
They could go a long long way to fixing the team this off season or they could be the Browns and trade it all back for yet another QB.
When is the draft anyway? Years of following the Packers has made me completely switch off in the offseason and just see what they turn up with in September.
You're doing the right thing Giggles. The draft and all of the build up to it is utter shite. It takes them all night to do 32 picks of players you haven't heard of.
Everything between the Super Bowl and week 1 is utter bilge, outside any dealings that directly effect your team. And even those are mostly boring at the time (big name signings aside, I guess) unless you're an absolute snore.
I bloody love the draft process. If you spent any time reading NFL news in march then when April rocks up and its draft day you basically know the guys that are going and pretty much when. It just takes a tunsill, manziel or qb trade moment to make it.
I regularly rewatch the 2015 and 2016 draft I have recorded.
Jesus.
I'll watch a draft but re-watching it? Bloody hell.
You should watch the TTH fantasy draft, Foe. It's even more exciting & unpredictable than the real one.
Featuring such exciting selections as Pleb, taking Gostkowski in the 3rd round and using an "all the Chiefs" strategy. I can't see how he came last really.
Exactly. You'd never see that in the real one. Except maybe from the Browns...
Brandon Marshall has signed with the Giants. Garcon to the 49ers expected tomorrow.
The Giants have a pretty potent passing attack.
Just need to add AP now to give them some sort of semblance of balance.
Apparently the Bills want 3 of our players. Wagner, Juice Check and Aiken.
That passing attack just has one pretty big weakness in it.
I don't think they should add through free agency at RB. Although I thought they were drafting lower than #23 when I was typing that. If they could sneak themselves into the mid-teens with a trade they should absolutely take a RB. Whether that be McCaffery, Cook or Fournette if he's still there. Beyond that there's maybe Kamara and not much else you'd be risking a top pick on. They already have a great team everywhere else and it's a pretty young one too.
There was a report kicking around yesterday we were looking at giving the Saints our #14 pick for Brandin Cooks. I know Howie loves a trade, but there's no way in hell that should be entertained.
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap300...d-right-tackle
Lions will sign Wagner at an average of above $9m a season.
He was predicted to get around $8m a year. Bulaga is currently the highest paid RT at $6.7m a year so they're smashing the market to get him.
We've also cut Shareece Wright and Kendrick Lewis which is amazing as they were a shambles and counted a lot against our cap.
Webb, Dumervil, Pitta, Watson, Zuttah, Arrington and Wallace need to be dealt with next.
We need the cap and I imagine that we'll do deals with Pitta, Arrington, Wallace and maybe Webb or Dumervil.
I also don't like that Torrey Smith was cut by the Niners, there are rumours that he will come back but he's shit.
Roma's getting jettisoned.
Romo to the Jets or god forbid Bears.
The Texans should be interested. But yeah $72m.
Hoyer to the 49ers. The Bears are going to have to sign a back-up and resign Cutler or go QB at #3.
Dumervil has been cut.
Right decision although I thought they might keep him. He's been on the slide and injured a lot recently.
Patriots are trading for Dwayne Allen from the Colts.
Depending on what they pay, that's a good deal.
He's skilled but has underperformed which is a formula that works for the Pats.
Juszczyk has signed for the Niners
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap300...ltimore-ravens
Tony Jefferson has rejected more money from the Browns to sign for us
Webb will likely be cut now and we've got two brilliant safeties.
And Woodhead is expected to sign.
Gillmore to the Patriots for about $15m a year. The Browns are being the Browns and are getting Kenny Britt for $32m over 4 years. DeSean Jackson is going to the Bucaneers. Kenny Stills is staying in Miami and has managed to blag $32m over 4 years, despite one of the worth drops of the season.
Patriots are going to get Dwayne Allen for a 4th round pick. Seems a good deal.
The Seahawks and Jamaal Charles apparently have 'mutual interest' which is a scary thought. And lastly we've released Connor Barwin. Good player but didn't suit switching the defence. Frees us up $8m in cap room or so.
EDIT: Torrey Smith 3 year deal with the Eagles for $15m. I wanted Jeffery or Pryor :( There was hope once...
That Britt contract is mental.
Gilmore going to the Pats is insane too, him and Butler are a mean 1-2.
I'm looking back at some of the contracts that have been signed in the past day or two and so many teams seem to have gone full retard.
Britt, Terrel McCain, Mike fucking Glennon getting $15m a year, Robert Woods getting as much as he is from the Rams, Bills giving Hauschka (a shit kicker) a top-10 kicker contract, Marquise Goodwin getting $4m a year from the Niners, Stills, Gresham, Vernon Davis etc.
Teams are paying so much for average, at best, players and I'm missing loads more too.
The Browns are paying up big on trying to improve their o-line. Fair play they seem to be doing good things, if a little expensively. If they can take Myles Garrett and another quality defensive prospect, they'll have chances to win a few games.
They seem similar to the Raiders a few years back.
The Browns have just traded for Brock Osweiler and a 2nd round pick in 2018. It sounds like the Browns might not even intend to use him and were just after the draft pick.
Well, you can't say Cleveland aren't going for it.
What did they trade in return? Not seen any mention of it anywhere. Surely they can't just buy it off Houston? :cab:
Surely Romo to the Texans is now nailed on.
Elway.
Browns get Brock, 2nd rounder in 2018, 6th rounder in 2018.
Texans get 4th rounder in 2018, $72m off their wage bill.
Rumour is Alshon Jeffery to the Eagles, 1 year $14m. Please be true.
Cutler has been cut, lol.
$6m?
@Giggles
It's pretty crafty by them, it's one of the best moves they've done in some time.
Redskins have fired their GM just after free agency opened which has to be one of he worst timings ever.
We've retained Brandon Williams
What a day.
http://cdn.makeagif.com/media/2-23-2016/5cO4L9.gif
When I buy a new shirt before the Wembley game I'm getting his name and number on the back. HERO.
Looks as if the Jets want to upgrade Fitzmagic throwing endless interceptions to Cutler throwing endless interceptions. No wonder Marshall left!
Absolute madness.
Also, we've now cut Ladarius Webb which was always going to happen after signing Jefferson.
CB 1: Jimmy Smith
CB 2: ???
CB 3: Tavon Young
FS: Eric Weddle
SS: Tony Jefferson
Keep Jimmy healthy for a year and draft/sign a number 2 to start and that's one of the best secondaries in the league. No doubt everyone of those and their backups will get the plague or something though.
Packers picking up Martellus Bennett. Great option for Rodgers after they lost Cook.
Patriots have given away their 2nd round pick for Kony Ealy and the Panthers 3rd round which is a great singing despite a down year for Ealy in 2016.
Pryor is also going to the Redskins on a 1 year $8m deal which is great value for Washington based on other receiver contracts this year.
http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com...y-with-ravens/
Pitta is staying with the Ravens after restructuring his contract which is great news.
Patriots are now trading for Brandin Cooks.
Pissing hell, Brady with a guy who can stretch the field as well as Cooks is a scary prospect.
The Patriots giving away a first rounder on a guy with 1 year left is a little odd, particularly given they rarely pay top dollar.
That, or they're pretty confident they're getting a higher first rounder for Garoppolo away and figured that it's a freebie.
The Browns losing Pryor is a bit of a blow for them. Spend all that time turning him into a WR and see him walk away on a 1 year deal which isn't even that expensive. Pryor must've been demanding elite WR money.
It's quite odd from the Browns to let Pryor go. Even if he was demanding money(I don't think he was by the looks of the deal he signed), they had $100m of cap room to spare and have gone and spent $32m over 4 years on Kenny Britt. I'm not sure quite why they did this instead of retaining Pryor but that's football.
It turns out our deal on Torrey Smith only has $500k guaranteed. The rest of it is all in bonuses and incentives. Our deal on Jeffery is a lot less financially sound, but it gives us Jeffery on the outside, Smith going deep and we can bring Matthews into the slot. Watching him trying to play outside last year was painful. Pretty big upgrade on last season and we just need to sort that RB corps out.
The Patriots are going to be scary good, especially if they keep hold of Butler.
We've replaced Brandin Cooks with Ted Ginn :D He'll remember he's shit now, no doubt.
They've got themselves a player.
They've got about 3x better and they've just won the damn Superbowl.
Denver spending some money on the offensive line. Took long enough. Dunno much about Ron Leary but Menelik Watson wasn't anything special at Oakland, was he?
Menelik was a revolving door for most of last season.
Especially in their playoff loss.
Leary has been overpaid but he is a good lineman. Cowboys would have come in with a higher offer had they known that Doug Free was going to retire.
DeMarcus Ware's retired. Great player and even amongst the fitness issues he was tremendous for Denver.
He seems to have been a great influence to the younger players too. A big part in Shane Ray's development if the Post is to be believed.
Fat Boy has gone to Seattle.
The ghost of Al Davis has signed Cordarelle Patterson and all that speed too.
From MMQB:
:lol:Quote:
“We’re really excited to acquire a second-round draft choice in this trade.”
—Cleveland vice president of football operations Sashi Brown, with the first quote in the press release noting his reaction to the deal that sent Brock Osweiler and two draft choices from Houston to Cleveland for a fourth-round pick.
The name (“Brock”) was the 55th word in a 59-word paragraph, five words from the end of the Sashi Brown quote.
Malcolm Butler protentially heading to New Orleans.
This season's free agency is batshit mental.
Sounds like we'd have to give up our first round pick unless he signs his tender, in which case we could negotiate a trade.
Feast Mode.
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap300...for-one-series
Romo picked up a $64.11 bonus for the season because of the league's performance system.
http://www.baltimoreravens.com/news/...7-6353ddd8a74e
Orr made $407k, his base salary last year was $600k so fair play to him and the league for the bonus. Geezer deserved it.
Also, we've moved up 12 places in the sixth round by trading Zuttah to the Niners.
Latavius Murray to the Vikings, Dontari Poe to the Falcons (for 1 year $8m which is great value), Run DMC is staying in Dallas and we've signed Brandon Carr on a 4 year deal.
Edit: Jets are about to sign Morris Claiborne, we were in the mix but got priced out so went for Carr.
We've got Dalvin Cook coming for a visit. This looks like a signal of intent here. We've spent big on Jeffery and got a great deal on Smith. Add in Ertz and Matthews and the passing game is healthy. Hell we could even risk a throw or two to Agholor. Maybe.
We do have a lot of backfield bodies right now though. Sproles, Mathews and Smallwood already there means a cut or two would be needed. As it is I'd much rather us take a corner, but locking down a RB for years is always a tempting prospect. Though it rarely works out that way.
Rumours that Beast Mode is missing the game have gotten louder over the past week. The Raiders would be the only team he's interested in so it's them or nothing. It's a bit of a non-story as it is, as the Raiders need to obtain his rights from Seattle. If that contact gets made, he'll be most likely coming back.
We need him back for such poetry as below.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r8Rh6KuuH6w
Denver apparently "visited with" () this Joe Mixon cunt.
Do not want.
In a story that makes me want to basically copy/paste Ian's post, the Saints have apparently taken an interest in Johnny Football
I can see that being a good move actually. Brees is one of the best of his generation and a chance to learn from him whilst building it back up. Also Sean Payton spends all of his time on offence, so he'd be less under pressure.
It's not exactly going to be hard for him to find a drink/drug of choice no matter where he is. If he's going to relapse, he's going to relapse.
Las Vegas Raiders approved by the owners.
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap300...e-to-las-vegas
Presumably they'll have to lift the ban on officials entering Las Vegas now too.
The Davis family just needs to move on.
It's such an odd move. Feel for the raiders fans.
On the plus side, they can sign kaepernick in a few years and send him home to Nevada.
Only the second time this has happened in my time watching NFL. Feels really weird.
"LV Raiders"? "Vegas Raiders"? it all sounds shit.
I forgot that the Chargers had been made official. But who cares about the Chargers?
Vegas Raiders sounds like something off from Power Rangers.
Lol at the move. I didn't think Vegas wanted a major sporting team in their city?
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap300...-with-redskins
That's a bloody brilliant deal for Redskins, I was hoping that he'd sign for the Ravens after Orr had to retire.
Tony Romo has decided to retire.
I guess the Broncos and Texans didn't want to give him what he wanted.
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap300...roadcast-booth
Wish he was replacing Aikman instead.
Can't imagine he'll be any good and it's GREAT to see another Cowboy dick in a commentary position.
Be interesting to see whether he changes his mind and comes back. If the cowboys released him he's free to go wherever he wants pending waivers.
Can imagine bill o brien and rick smith on the phone trying to tell him how 99 and 90 can carry the offense to a Super Bowl.
Ravens have trade Timmy Jernigan to the Eagles along with their 99th pick (compensatory pick in the 3rd round) for the Eagles third round pick (74).
Jernigan can be a real force but he can also go missing at times, it's a bit shit that we've given up on him but he would have left after this season as we wouldn't be able to afford him. Plus we also have Carl Davis, Mike Pierce, Willie Henry, Bronson Kaufusi and Brent Urban who can play in the same position.
http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com...t-trade-chart/
THE DRAFT TRADE CHART has the 99th pick at 104 value and the 74th pick as 220 value so that means something, probably.
I'm hoping we use a third round pick to nab the injured Sidney Jones and then put him on IR for the next season.
Lynch has told the Raiders that he intends to come out of retirement to play for them, so now it's up to Oakland to decide if they want him, and then to agree with Seattle on a trade/release.
Pre Season schedule released tomorrow apparently which means we must be getting close to setting up our TTH fantasy league @Gray Fox unless you want me to sort something out (we're using Yahoo right?)?
Televised ones are out already.
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap300...eason-schedule
We'll be changing site. I can host a new one there, but in honesty we've still got 4 months before we even have to think about it. People don't want to draft until after that last pre-season game to avoid holding injured players.
But yes, Yahoo was one of the popular choices. I think the other was Fleaflicker. ESPN was also mentioned I think.
FleaFlicker is alright. ESPN is meant to be good. Anyone use FOX Sport (Mahow)?
I'm looking forward to drafting a team full of busts this year. I'm even more excited to see Pleb's draft though.
I've only used ESPN (hate), NFL (meh), Fleaflicker (hate) and Yahoo which is the best.
First pick may/could be a kicker :baz:
#1 overall - Justin Tucker :p
Which he'd then trade to me after 2 weeks for the Jaguars defence.
Yahoo is the best.
Yea lets do yahoo so all my leagues are in one place.

Eli Manning turned over potentially incriminating emails this week in connection with a suit that claims the New York Giants quarterback knowingly provided false game-worn memorabilia to collectors, according to documents filed in a New Jersey court.
This is amazing. What is most intriguing is the fact that Eli still uses AOL.
Now that Dan Rooney has died, I wonder could they ever bury that stupid rule along with him.
Fuck, that's rough.
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap300...truck-accident
Oh, Jesus. Can;t even imagine how you get over that.
Fucking hell.
Absolutely horrific.
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap300...mike-gillislee
Pats have taken Gillislee from the Bills for a 5th round pick.
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap300...ing-in-on-deal
AP looks like he's going to New Orleans for a lot less than the $8m a year he was apparently seeking.
Well if he's coming to us that means he'll be shit & injured all season
I forgot to mention in here. They did a few "NFL Live" events a couple of weeks back. Essentially it was like an evening with a few players. They did one in London, Liverpool, Nottingham and Edinburgh.
The one I went to had Kurt Warner, Steve Smith Sr, Danny Shelton and they brought journalist Peter King along. I'll be honest and say I didn't exactly know what it was we were going to before. But it was quite good to be fair. It might have been dull without Steve Smith there, but then anything would.
The one I went to in Glasgow was entertaining.
Reinebold was there at mine and was probably the highlight, though the young Browns linebacker whose name I've already forgotten was surprisingly good.
After looking at the released regular season schedule one night due to sheer boredom I was wondering how the fuck Amazon managed to snatch at least 10-15 Thursday Night Football games with the Network.
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap300...-lynchs-rights
Beast Mode's rights have been traded to the Raiders.
He just has to file papers to un-retire and complete a medical.
I hope he's as good as he was now he's had the year to heal up. He is a joy to watch when he's on it.
Lads.
The 2017 fantasy league registration is open
Draft starts tonight, right? Anybody going to bother with it?
Was all set to, but I've just confirmed a job in the morning where I need to be there for 9 and it's 4.5 hours away.
I will, I never know why but I always watch most of the whole thing.
I reckon I've got the Ravens pick down to like 4.
Mike Williams/Corey Davis
Cam Robinson
Derek Barnett
Rueben Foster.
Somewhat shockingly they all play in positions that need to be targetted. If OJ Howard falls to us though, despite having no real need for him I think Ozzie would bite.
Edit: If all are there I think we take Foster first, we have a big hole at MLB after Orr had to retire and Ozzie loves Alabama guys. If not then Mike Williams if he's there.
Most mock drafts are suggesting that we (the Jets lol) take OJ Howard and more than likely trade him so you have him Mahow.
I'm hoping for a QB and a new team.
We wont get him.
I imagine that they will trade with the Browns.
That would enable the Jets to pick Howard up at 12th (plus getting an extra pick) and the Browns ensuring that they get Trubisky ahead of the Bills.
