Why don't they realise that we're so much better as a run first team and it helps Flacco so much more. This is because it sets up some potential play action plays which Flacco shines in and the defence loads the box which means more one on one opportunities for Flacco to air it out.

You are right, it felt like a Giants home game to me. A few Giants chants kind of got going at some points. I do wish the atmosphere was better at all NFL UK games to be honest. You get the same thing with wrestling and anything imported from the US.... the UK fans seem to limit themselves to the bollocks atmosphere of the US crowds they've seen on TV, rather than making it feel more like a proper football game.

Flacco and Pitta said they wanted him to stay, obviously because Flacco likes to think he's a top 5 QB (try 15 at best, mate) and because Pitta was the only one thriving in the system.
Flacco averaged just .1 passes fewer than Brees this season and we averaged the 3rd lowest amount of rushes as a team. It's bonkers, especially as Flacco's best weapon is his deep ball on play action passes which can only work if we rush well (we did alright but we should have given Dixon a bigger percentage of the rushes in the second half of the season) and rush often but we didn't. Our play calling was the worst possible style for the team so it clearly makes sense to keep that going into next year.
Edit: I was hoping for McCoy as OC and anyone as DC as Pees is trash.
Also, Connor Cook vs Brock Osweiler is going to be amazing.
One is a fairly average rookie who was poor in his first start and the other could make a case as being the most overpaid player ever.

West and Dixon (who should be the starter next year) were really good when they were given the ball. The problem was that they were hardly ever actually given the ball. 6ft 3" Tight End, Evan Engram, who is 234lbs, ran 4.43.
Only 4 WRs and 2 RBs posted an equal or better time than that. By all accounts he's blown people away across the other disciplines too.
Him and DeShaun Watson have shot to the top of their position, at least until pro days. McCaffery also put himself towards to top of the RBs. Maybe ahead of Fournette now.
Christian macaffrey is absolute mental as a player. He's a nightmare hybrid between wr and rb.
Bellichick is probably creaming at the thought he drops to them. He was quality at Stanford.
Hopefully he doesn't end up at the browns. I loved joe Schobert at Wisconsin last year and he went 99 to the Browns which was all intensively career over.
Didn't realise Denver had so much cap room to play with. Glad Elway doesn't have a reputation so far for being held to ransom by guys he doesn't really rate.
I don't think he drops to the Patriots, especially after this combine, he's probably RB 1 off the board. I don't think they should add through free agency at RB. Although I thought they were drafting lower than #23 when I was typing that. If they could sneak themselves into the mid-teens with a trade they should absolutely take a RB. Whether that be McCaffery, Cook or Fournette if he's still there. Beyond that there's maybe Kamara and not much else you'd be risking a top pick on. They already have a great team everywhere else and it's a pretty young one too.
There was a report kicking around yesterday we were looking at giving the Saints our #14 pick for Brandin Cooks. I know Howie loves a trade, but there's no way in hell that should be entertained.

Lions will sign Wagner at an average of above $9m a season.
He was predicted to get around $8m a year. Bulaga is currently the highest paid RT at $6.7m a year so they're smashing the market to get him.
We've also cut Shareece Wright and Kendrick Lewis which is amazing as they were a shambles and counted a lot against our cap.
Webb, Dumervil, Pitta, Watson, Zuttah, Arrington and Wallace need to be dealt with next.
We need the cap and I imagine that we'll do deals with Pitta, Arrington, Wallace and maybe Webb or Dumervil.
I also don't like that Torrey Smith was cut by the Niners, there are rumours that he will come back but he's shit.

The Browns losing Pryor is a bit of a blow for them. Spend all that time turning him into a WR and see him walk away on a 1 year deal which isn't even that expensive. Pryor must've been demanding elite WR money.
It's quite odd from the Browns to let Pryor go. Even if he was demanding money(I don't think he was by the looks of the deal he signed), they had $100m of cap room to spare and have gone and spent $32m over 4 years on Kenny Britt. I'm not sure quite why they did this instead of retaining Pryor but that's football.
It turns out our deal on Torrey Smith only has $500k guaranteed. The rest of it is all in bonuses and incentives. Our deal on Jeffery is a lot less financially sound, but it gives us Jeffery on the outside, Smith going deep and we can bring Matthews into the slot. Watching him trying to play outside last year was painful. Pretty big upgrade on last season and we just need to sort that RB corps out.

I forgot to mention in here. They did a few "NFL Live" events a couple of weeks back. Essentially it was like an evening with a few players. They did one in London, Liverpool, Nottingham and Edinburgh.
The one I went to had Kurt Warner, Steve Smith Sr, Danny Shelton and they brought journalist Peter King along. I'll be honest and say I didn't exactly know what it was we were going to before. But it was quite good to be fair. It might have been dull without Steve Smith there, but then anything would.
The one I went to in Glasgow was entertaining.
Reinebold was there at mine and was probably the highlight, though the young Browns linebacker whose name I've already forgotten was surprisingly good.
After looking at the released regular season schedule one night due to sheer boredom I was wondering how the fuck Amazon managed to snatch at least 10-15 Thursday Night Football games with the Network.
