That Raspadori SBC looks actually quite fun and is super cheap. I picked him up for Objectives etc.
I'd pop them now on the off chance, there are loads of low hanging fruit objectives in milestones and foundation SBC's from which to buff out packs for FS.Quote:

Other thing to consider is Icon Swaps is still live so you might be able to get enough tokens to get one or two of the 8x+ x 25 packs before it expires.
Just finished off a draft to squeeze in a many packs as possible and got a tradeable blue.....David.

I used his ice card in the draft mentioned above. He felt very nice. Very slippery and came up seriously clutch with a hattrick in the final but I just dont think I would ever use him over FB Benz (or wildcard Morales) when I need La Liga.
Pulled the trigger on doing it this afternoon. Managed to get a few packs from the store that contained bonus packs and such. Got a tradeable Trent in my first pack, then a Kroos.
Along with the TOTW card I'd held since the web app, brings me to 80k or so.
Sent the rest into upgrades split between L1 and premier league. Managed to get a Sterling, Ramos and IF Di Maria. Not a bad little start for the club, but sadly that's all I could muster.
I've looked at the Icon swaps tokens and it seems I can get a max of 9(assuming this is the second set?) but with that I can get any two of the 25x packs. It's going to be tough to get them in as there's only 2 days left however.

I’ve been bang into driven passes for years and powering shots across goals so I’ve been enjoying that this year. Take away the narrow 6 at the back created by 4222, or worse, the 4312 and I think this is at its base, the most ‘me’ edition they’ve released in years.

That 4-2-2-2 came about as a direct result of the 5-3-2 epidemic that hit last year.
Set the CDMs to sit tight along with the full backs and have one set with the CAMs to stay forward and one not. The CAMs were wide enough to get into that gap the marauding wing back left and then you had a 3v4 or 4v4 on the counter.

In other news I had to sell Jorginho in order to free up a space where I can improve this team. First World problems and all.
First trip online with my very meh PL squad shows me I really need to work on the finishing. General play is holding up okay, although I feel I'm being a little safe with just passing it between the front line.
Not completely sold on Jorginho so far. He feels great on the ball and has popped up in some key moments I just feel like his MM workrates kill him.
Yeh M/M is the pits. Killed Icardi for me.
I can get Tchouaméni in the team and it would actually help chem (Ginola up to 10 and only Cancelo left on 7). Going to see how his price shapes up over the week.
Also considering HM Bruno, its a stat downgrade (-500k) but I know he will actually be involved in games. Outside of that its TOTY KDB (+800k) or Bellingham (+500k but doesnt help chem)

Up to 4 tokens. I think time will best me here. I can theoretically get 8 of the 9 available, however I only own about 5 bundesliga cards so it's realistically 7.
The only way to possibly get the top two 25x packs now would be to open the 82+ x 25 now and pray to the FIFA Gods it has some Bundesliga players in it, then crack on with that and squad battles.
However time is against me. I'm in work Sunday and Monday and I need to win 18 battles games on top of the German league stuff. I may well have to get to 5 tokens and stick with what I've got.

Should have 38 Kroos cards once the bids finish. He hit 40k the other day during that spike. Hopefully Ronaldo and Zidane can get close to that again
Horrendous run tonight. 0-4. Never had such a pasting in Champs.
Recovered from there, which left me 3-5, to get up to 10-7 and so one win from my usual target. Will grab that tomorrow I think.
Frustratingly, I’ve had 4 people RQ on me at 0-0 after being battered for 10-20 mins but without me scoring. So fucking annoying. On the plus side, I’ve had some great games with folks playing the 4-1-2-1-2 narrow or a 433 variant who’ve played aggressively.
ESR is now affordable. I’m considering who he might replace if I pull the trigger. 600k is a lot for an LM/RM in my team, whilst Mbappe has been supreme in this run. Ben Yedder is incredible at CAM…. So David? He’s one of the best strikers I’ve used...
Being able to field Gallagher and the Chelsea lad via the strong links as well though…
Finished up the 5 tokens needed for the 25 x 83+ and eagerly opened it.
I was hoping to see some kind of special card or maybe one of the meta monsters. Instead I got Toni pissing Kroos waving at me.
Only a few cards over 84 to make matters even worse. I did get a Goretzka who looks nice but I wanted something to build the team around.
Quite the momentum killer there. Don’t get me wrong I wasn’t expecting Bellingham but one of the lesser ones would have been nice.
Yeah thats a bit of a kicker. Goretzka will be nice to have in the club for a while.
I am into the final segment and that CDM Chalobah looks MUCH better than the CB version. Will be picking that card up.
For what its worth there are apparently 3 of these academy players coming. Chukwueze (Villareal RM) and Amine Gouiri (Nice LM)
