I could have done about twenty mock drafts this week. Tried to shake this one up with a couple of trades.

I like the mock on... one of MMQB or SI where the guy referred to it as an "anti-mock." Basically saying he couldn't pretend to know how one individual GM might foul the whole thing up and just saying what he thought they should do instead.
What time is this at? I used to be all over it until they moved it from the weekennd and I realised it's mostly blind luck.

Sometime during tonight one of the QBless teams will get desperate I think and make a mental offer.
We know pick #1 and #2 will be QBs. I have it as Wentz first then Goff. Just because the Browns were all set to take Wentz at #2, then when the Rams traded up they suddenly didn't want their #2 pick any more.
The picks that should shape this draft are #4 Cowboys and #6 Ravens. What these two pick will impact everyone below them except maybe the 49ers, who have to decide if #7 is too pricey for Paxton Lynch.
EDIT: Apparently Myles Jack is freefalling down the draft board. Teams are looking elsewhere, being worried about his surgically repaired knee.
I had him taking a slide (5th to 13th based on my first and final) but I can't see him going further than that. The guy seems like he could be a damn good player and has a good head on his shoulders. AP has also shown that knee injuries aren't the killers they once were.
I've heard a rumour that if Tunsil/Ramsay isn't at 6 and we can't trade down we could take Ezekiel Elliot which just seems mental. Forsett isn't exactly on his last legs, Allen and Taliaferro have run well when given a chance, West did well after he was signed last year and we still have the Richardson experiment.
If we can't trade down and Tunsil/Ramsay/Buckner isn't there I'd much rather Jack, he and Mosley could make a mean tandem.
I'm happy with either Goff or Wentz, but I really hope it's Wentz. I just like what I've seen from him.
I don't think the Ravens will trade back. You aren't likely to be in the top 6 again soon so why not take a top player.
It's all trying to play the percentages though, in the hope that the player they want wont be drafted by a run of teams based on their needs and Newsome and De Costa are two of the best at it.

If Tunsil(best player in the draft for me) is still free at #6 I think you take him. Bosa, Buckner, Ramsey and Tunsil are guaranteed takes. Beyond that it's down to what you get offered. If the price is enough then you move back.
San Diego, Dallas, San Francisco & Cleveland are the four big picks early on. Lots of different possible selections & it's not impossible that at least one of them trades down, which could really shake things up depending on who moves up.
I'm looking forward to this now. Just listening to a few PFF Shorts then I'll be booting up GamePass & trying not to fall asleep until at least after the Saints make their pick.

I read that Mayock had us trading picks with the Titans (and them giving us the 33rd pick only) with Tunsil still there. The guys an absolute mong.
Word is the Browns and the Jags are willing to move back if the price is right. The Browns want to move up their 2nd round pick as well as backing up in the 1st.
