Twice now this season drivers have been bowling about at race pace (ok one was a Ferrari) with no seatbelt on, I can't believe there's been no reprimands on either occasion.
12 noon qualifying - slippery track (even in the dry), rain expected, should be a good one. Mercedes strangely off the pace in Friday practice.

The Merc clearly not working very well, which I don't quite understand. Unless it rains again someone will do a Button and make a ton of time up on slicks before the end.
