The reactions of Fury and Wilder are so telling. The latter is such a colossal pleb. Big Tyson's going to beat them all.

LMAO at “AJ.” :roflol:
I need to start respecting male slobs more. Especially since they technically have a tyre around their gut.
As Dylan Whyte says, the drugs don't work.
Love a fat Mexican being the heavyweight champ.
His conditioning is awful. AJ that is.
What an absolute legend. He actually beat him properly as well, rather than just Hasim Rahman him and get lucky. Amazing.
That said, he wasn't as big a bum as the build-up suggested was he? An underdog yes, but he seems to have a reasonable pedigree.
Yeah, it seems like anybody who actually knew what they were talking about knew Ruiz could do some damage.
Watched it an hour a go and Joshua didn't seem to have much of a game plan. The knock down in 3 seemed to just stop him throwing anything significant. 6 and 7 were embarrassing from a champion point of view.
Hopefully we can see the division unified now.
Warrington Galahad looking forward to that.
Not really sure about Joshua's 'minor setback' comments. It's a bit more than that lad.
Rematch is surely made for a Las Vegas headline event now, or have a trilogy with fights in London and, if Joshua wins in London, a decider in Mexico City.
I think the thing I saw said the rematch clause stipulates it'll be a UK fight.
The rematch clause Joshua never even asked about because he was so confident.
Yeah, I assumed it would be in the UK, I was just thinking, if you want to make your name in America, then this is the chance to do it (or, do it better maybe).
Given he's, as you say, trying to pretend like this result isn't a big deal he's presumably hoping to obliterate Ruiz on home turf so he can say that he's BACK and then have another go at the States.
It would be ballsier to do the rematch in Murica though.
Its a massaive setback. A minor setuback would be if he got sparked with one-punch and it was lights out and he was winning. He was throughly beaten during the course of the whole fight. That hurts way more than a KO in a competative fight. Its an embarassment.
Having watched the highlights, I have to say that I am SHOCKED to see that the heavyweight division is still a shitfest.
I like how people are fixating on Ruiz's weight. George Foreman clubbed his way to titles in that shape.
About 50 years ago. The Vietnam war is younger than your reference.
That was still going on in 1994? He lost the title in 1996.
You're saying that the most promotable man was set-up with a bunch of fights that could keep the money rolling in?
Nah, I'm saying their shape is comparable at the time of their title reigns.
I just reckon he hit Joshua really, really hard. He should do that again next time.
Fury vs Schwartz was over in two. It was a pure comedy bout.
The upper body swerves by Fury just before he knocked him down genuinely had me lolling.
For a man of that size, his upper body movement is crazy.
He's great.
That's a man loving life.
'And you know your gay lover Tony Bellew?'
He's such a don.
Fud Galabad is a fucking shithouse. Never seen such a boring twat.
Man, I loved this fight.

From what I can remember. Wasnt there about 15 knockdowns before Nas won?
Yeah, 2 or 3 each. Commentators and ref very US-centric. Turns into a proper brawl. Love it.
Just caught up on the Fury fight in full, what an absolute legend.
That's how you do a US debut.
He's going to lol everyone else in the division out of town.
Prince Naseem was one of the best boxers to watch, such a nutter. The fact that he's the size of a small planet now makes it even better somehow.
I know he's good and all, but how does Usyk become a mandatory challenger without ever fighting at heavyweight?
Its the politics of boxing. If your a champion at a lower weight, when you move up. You usually dive straight into the top 10. No idea about becoming mandatory though. Thats the ultimate line skip.
Loma looks set to fight in the UK against Luke Cambell for the vacant WBC at 140.
Just been watching Hughie Fury vs Samuel Peter. What an absolute fucking shambles. Peter was down right cheating, repeated punches to the back of the head, multiple deliberate low blows, and a fake injury to end it. Even the ref ended up with a nose bleed. Dirty cunt.
Hughie isn't deserving of his surname, mind. Absolutely average.
lol at Amir Khan battering some shit Aussie called Billy Dib in Saudi Arabia to show HE'S BACK.
Aye, out of retirement from a lower weight division. MASSIVE.
Then calls out Pacquiao? :wtf:
The whole of the build up has been about Khan looking for "One more big pay day". I mean, this was meant to be some bullshit MMA fight, then changed at the last minute to a boxing match against a bloke 3 weights below. Mate. Mate? Atleast change to another MMA fighter if you're going to jump the shark.
He got Ł5-7m for it. Fair play.
He was given half for the fight and the other half for saying the Saudi government are glorious and that women are shit.
He would have said that for free, so lol at them.
Pernell Whittaker died in a car crash over the weekend.
Sucks. He was so good.
