Then, in a separate communication, "...symptoms don't mean you have the virus, so keep a cool head and have a think before you send anyone home..."

I could probably do that, but we need the discussion in one thread, I'm buggered if I'm jumping between two.

I’m planning on buying some shares of a company or two and just holding them for a few months or year. Not really planning on trading, ISAs or trading. Just owning and holding a couple of big companies shares whilst this virus plays out.

In fairness to my lot, if everyone got it, a 3% hit rate would only result in thirty-ish dead staff, country-wide. Small sacrifice to ensure the shareholders are looked after.

The most at risk at our place have mostly all retired. All except the oldest member of staff. Celebrating 50 years with a Caribbean Cruise. :uhoh:

Rationale being I'm aiming to hit it when the 16 year olds earning their fun tokens on the twilight shift have either restocked or are in the process of doing so.

It'll be a bit later, but I will report my findings.

You're probably more likely to find some in a petrol station or corner shop. People seem to have mostly gone straight to the big stores to stockpile.

There's about a week's wait for a delivery from all the Tescos near me now.

I made a click and collect order earlier but the earliest I can get it is Tuesday. Who knows if I'll even get the stuff I've ordered.

I have to say I am grateful for two things at the moment which are that I live: a) alone, and b) in an area with an abundance of supply points. I wouldn't fancy being in Boydy's gaff, or Dundee, or any other relative outpost.
