Edit: yay.
Heintze is the one with 9. Until checking, I had no idea he had 2 stints with PSV. I always thought he retired in the 90s.

I can safely say I wouldn't have got any of those.
Yeah, those final names are rough.
If you include all top leagues in the europle (possible the world). Roar Strand of norway has 16 titles with Rosenborg
I've never even heard of those last guys smh
Augenthaler and Bettega I recognise, never heard of any of the others.
Belkevich rings a bell from CMs long past. I'm going to say he's from Belarus. *googles*
He is. Boom. He's also dead. What a shame.
Can you name each foreign player from the listed nations who have the most appearances in each of the listed leagues?
Some leagues may have never had a player from a specific country play in the particular league so you need to state this if you think it applies
Premier league league starts from 92/93
All other leagues start from the beginning of that leagues current structure

German in France - Contento

Oliver Burke for the Scottish in Germany?
Dehu for the Spaniard in France and van der Wiel for the Dutch.
I know that Spaniand it's someone shit like Dehu.
Does Altafini count for the Brazilian in Italy? He was one of those who switched national teams
Googled the Spaniard and I didn't even remember him. Also Dehu is French.

Swedish defender at Real Madrid is really drawing a blank, bang on my era as well.
Oh Ivorian in France is that budget left sided bloke who used to be backup to Arthur Boka. Struggling for a name here.
Hellstrom must be the GK in Germany.
Paul Lambert for Scotland in Germany.
I'll test the waters for the Madrid Swede with Erik Edman.
Kanga Akalé, thank you and goodnight.
Spanish in Italy, I'm sure there was an old Spanish guy called Luiz Suarez.
Arteta is the only one I can think of who played for PSG in the early 00's.
Doubt the rest of the clue fits him though.

Wouldn't have got any of those, so glad I stopped when I did.
Does that mean there's never been a Welsh player in France?!
Christian Manfredini. Golly gosh.
Anyway, that was another beauty Sincere. Let's have the next one.
I remember watching Manfredini for Chievo when they had that crazy season, I should have got that.
I might have remembered the player 1 time in 40, but even then I thought he was Italian from the name.
Most premier league appearances WITHOUT being capped at international level. Ive got 20 names here. This is for the premier league era only but if you mention someone who played before 1992 and after, ill count them as correct.
Steve Bruce must be up there
Nigel Reo-Coker was the one who was "most expensive not international" for years, so him.
Ian Taylor (he of Aston Villa midfields of yore)?
Think Nigel Reo has played for Jamaica. EDIT: He hasn't, just invented that out of nowhere.
Kevin Nolan
Gary Flitcroft
Nicky Summerbee
Leon Osman
Dean Holdsworth
Dave Beassant
Jason Dodd
Neil Shipperley
Sylvain Distin
If Steve Ogrizovic isn't there, the world has gone mad.
Mikel Arteta
Carlo Cudicini
Steed Malbranque
Coquelin
Flamini
Olivier Dacourt
Carl Cort
Robbie Earle
Warren Barton
Made most apperarces before prem league era in 1992, but ill give you this
Does not have enough appearances to make the top 20
Osman has been capped twice.
191 appearances in prem era. Not enough to qualify but ill add him as he does pre 1992
Lots of players here, either have secret caps or not enough games to qualify. Sylvain Distin has most appearances with 469 while arteta is towards the bottom of the pile with 284

Gavin McCann too, believe it or not. That 3-0 against Spain when Sven gave half the country a cap.
Gary Flitcroft
Matty Taylor
George Boateng.
George Boateng had many a cap for the orangemen I think.
We're looking at the 90s here, when johnny foreigner wasn't taking up all the spots in teams.
How many left Sincere?
James Beattie? I'd say he can't have been capped, but then Kevin Davies and Jay Bothroyd have both graced the international stage.
David Wetherall
Wayne Routledge
Di Canio
Mark Bright
Julian Joachim
Dean Holdsworth.
Darren Huckerby?
Van Der Gouw
Aliadiere
Pascal Cygan
Grimandi
Chadwick
Doubt all of them have enough league matches though.
Did Benito Carbone spend enough time in the Premiership?
Ive actually included any player who has made over 200 prem appearances.
Alan Wright.
There's got to be a load of English goalkeepers who didn't get a sniff, but all I can think of is Ian Walker and his ultimate 90s hairdo.
He got capped by Sven didn't he? Back when all you needed was some kind of appendage on the end of your left leg and a passing familiarity with fush and chips.
Alan Wright that is.
Right, let's go 90s Villa. We're probably perfect for this sort of shite. Everton and Spurs too.
Shaun Teale
Earl Barrett
Nigel Spink
Mark Draper
Dalian Atkinson
Gary Charles

English goalkeepers might be another decent one. Only so many caps about.

wullie is the hero there getting Peter Atherton. I've genuinely never heard of him.
Actually, of course I have.
https://www.laststicker.com/i/cards/472/388.jpg
Totally forgot he existed, though.
I was struggling to place him too.
*prepares to aim at the low-hanging fruit of the next question*
I love 90s questions. I was so into football at that age. I used to read 3 weekly magazines (Match, Shoot & 90 minutes) and collect the stickers every year.
Match and Shoot were brilliant.
The closest thing I have to an heirloom is my completed Italia 90 sticker album. It'll be in the tomb with me.
I once got Letter of the Week in Shoot for saying David Beckham should move abroad. I can't have been more than 11, so it must have been 1999. Such vision.
Here's one for you:
There are eight groups of three players, each has a clue for one of the group. There is a unifying theme that will allow you to work out the rest.

Retired from playing in 2011 and then again in 2013. - Scholes
Denilson for the Brazil man with 61 caps and last goal in Vietnam. Ronaldo (both to be safe), Messi and Owen for the FIFA wpoty. If we're going before our times might be Pele too.
Crespo for the six Italian teams and 154 goals.

Totti with the 25 year career.
Zero idea on the theme except that they all seem to be from a similar turn-of-the-century, 2002 World Cup sort of era.
Totti correct.

Zidane the player and manager winning Liga titles.
The groupings are part of the theme and because of the nature of the theme they're all going to be from a roughly similar era.
Oh shit, hang on.
Let me guess, is one of them Seol Ki-Hyeon?
:D
I think you might have it.

Blinding.

Superb question 👍
What am I missing? I don't get the Seol Ki-Hyeon link...
It's a groovy night and I can show you how to use it, now come along with me and put your mind at ease.
:) My brain had (thankfully) completely removed that advert from my memory bank.
Very nice.
I did post the theme, but im not sure if this trivia is actually finished.
That's a cracker.
I think it's also the only Nike marketing to involve a former Barnet manager but not 100% on that. Not really about to update this until later, feel free to move onto another question if someone has one, or you can keep going and I'll be back this evening.
A crying shame that 'Mad Dog' Martin Allen hasn't yet doubled their number.
An easier one while Sincere is warming up for his next one.
Since football began in 1992-93, 23 clubs have qualified for the group stages of the Champions League on at least five occasions without ever going on to make a semi-final. Can you name the 23 (occasions qualified for the group stage below):

Ferencvaros?
How many left?
Ferencvaros only once in 95/96. I'm updating the 'OP' so you can see how many left.
Basel
Genk

Maccabi Haifa
Basel?
G. Zurich?
Sparta Prague and Basel.
Brondby?
Brondby?
EDit: guessed already.
Sevilla
Deportivo La Coruña
Villarreal and Hans Jörg Butt's mighty HSV.
Villareal made it to the semis once iirc.
Bordeaux.
Club Brugge
Schalke.
Club Brugge correct (5). Three left.
EDIT: Two left, I missed John Arne getting Besiktas earlier.
6 and 5 appearances for the remaining two. I don't think either has even been out of the group stage.
Auxerre.
BATE.
Schalke made the semis a few years ago, and Auxerre have only been three times.
Marseille?
Marseille won the first one.
Dinamo Zagreb
Lokomotiv Moscow
Legia Warsaw
were PSG incorrect Jimmy?
BATE and Dinamo Zagreb the last two.
PSG made a semi in 1995.
The 90s were a weird time in football.

Who used to keep goal for Deportivo back in the glory days?
Did Celtic or Rangers have any long serving keepers for the 15-20 years they weren't tragic?
Boruc? Rab Douglas?
Is Keylor Navas there yet, or did Casillas keep goal for a bit?
Barthez
Who was that stupid Russian.
Sergey Ovchinnikov.

Some names are correct, but have already been mentioned.
Italian from 66/67
Dutch from 73/74
Portuguese from 75/76
Spanish from 95/96
Belgium from 01/02
Spanish from 04/05
Brazilian from 10/11
Is the Brazilian Gomes, who used to play for Spurs and PSV?
Is the Belgian goalkeeper Gillet?
I cant quote for whatever reason but Gomes is correct. Gillet is wrong.
Molina is the Depor bloke I was thinking of.
Canizares?
Edit: Just saw he's already included.
There's a crap keeper who played for Real in the 90s before Casillas. I can't remember his name, but he was there for years. He might be the Spanish keeper.
Surely Molina is the one from 95/96?
The Spaniard from 04/05: Diego Lopez?
Italian from 66/67 played for Inter Milan
Dutch from 73/74 played for Ajax
Portuguese from 75/76 played for Benfica
Spanish from 95/96 played for Real Madrid
Belgium from 01/02 played for Anderlecht
Oh. SvN is probably on the money with Cesar then.
Filip de Wilde the Anderlecht one.
It wasn't Cesar. I'm going to just wiki it because it's driving me mental, but someone else needs to get it.
Before Casillas they had Bodo Illgner and before that... I know who you mean. Was there for donkey's.

Here's a quicker one:
Name the most recent ten players to have scored a hat-trick in the World Cup.
Batistuta in 94.
Batistuta
Is Salenko recent enough?
Klose and Muller.
Pauleta got one against Poland in 2002.
Davor Suker? He's always the answer to these things.
Muller got one vs portugal in the last world cup. There were three in that tournament.
I reckon this might actually go back to 1986, in which case Lineker.
Some swiss player got one in the group stage of the 2014 world cup. I cant even name one single swiss player through besides senderos
Higuain got one, which was what gave me the edge in our fantasy league that year.
Xhaka brothers
Shakiri
Frei
Barnetta
Ronaldo
Rivaldo
Romario
Nuno Gomes
Oliver Bierhoff
Alberto Gilardino
Batistuta the only player to score a hat-trick at two World Cups (94, 98).
Salenko correct, 94.
2002 and 2014.
None for Suker, but he did wear a magnificent Croatia kit.
Linekar not in the most recent 10 but did indeed score a hat-trick then.
2010.
2014.
None of these greats have scored a World Cup hat-trick. Not so great after all, suckers.
None of these.
As above Batistuta has two, but I'll count him as one player which means there are 3 players left.
Two came in 1990, Italy and the other came in 1986, Mexico. (There were actually four hat-tricks scorers in the latter; Gary Linekar being one of them.)
Hugo Sanchez in 86?
None for Sanchez.
Butragueno got four once, was that 86?
Correct! In a 5-1 win v Denmark.
The two 1990 scorers remaining.
Butragueno?
I'm sure he was top scorer in 86.
Edit: Fuck you, Disco.
Lineker was the top scorer.
1990 is probably some Soviet of whom I've never heard. Actually didn't the Yugos have a big win at that one? Mijatovic?
None for Mijatovic.
These are tricky, clues may help:
- 6"4 striker who played for Czechoslovakia.
- Spanish right winger who has managed in Spain (where he is currently), Greece and France.
Oh that'll be Michel or whatever he's called, guy who played for Real Madrid. Would never have guessed him.
Ye Michel for sure.
That Czechoslovakian clue probably works for about 80 people.
Correct! Decent scoring record for club and country apparently.
I'll wait a couple hours, in case somebody gets it, then post the name of the Czechoslovakian striker. (Obviously feel free anyone else to start another question.)
I think I know the guy, used to play for Genoa at some point no? I remember a Czech guy being their top scorer or something. No clue on the name though.
Jan Koller
Milan Baros
Carol Poborsky
Patrick Berger
Those are probably 10 years late
None of those I'm afraid.
Yep! Tomá Skuhravŭ is apparently the name. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tomá_Skuhravŭ
And that's a wrap. Here are the World Cup hat-tricks for anyone interested. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_o...Cup_hat-tricks
He had one of football's best mullets too, we're talking world class here.
42 goalkeepers in the premier league have saved 3 or more penalties. Name them?
Tim Howard
Brad Friedel
David De Gea
Petr Cech
David Seaman
Barthez
Lehmann
Schmeichel
The Gomes guy from Tottenham
Lloris
David James
Schmeichel looks right. https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/pete...k/spieler/3465 What a myth he was then. He did save the one from Bergkamp in the Cup which some say was the turning point of the treble season, so nobody tweet Kasper that he's better than his dad yet.
Seaman also crap. https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/davi...k/spieler/3141
Schmeichel saved one from Sheringham at some point, I recall it vividly.
After doing some search, it appears I might be making that up. I can only find reference to the penalty he missed AGAINST Spurs for United.

Nigel Martyn
Jussi Jaskelainen (spelling is crap)
Tim Flowers
Brad Friedel
Shay Given
Shay Given
Thomas Sorensen
David James
Shaka Hislop
Mark Bosnich
Edwin Van Der Sar
As Gomes has already been named, I will point out that there's articles out there about how his penalty saving record in the Premier League was almost as good as Seaman (who had the best record in the league) so it can't be true that he never saved one.
Edit- The one that springs to mind is the Fowler/McAteer one.
Around 20 remaining with at least 10 goalkeepers who have saved 3 penalties.
Mark Forrest
Ian Walker
Dave Beasant
Michael Oakes
Paul Jones
The Fowler one was in 1997 and the records seem to indicate he had saved 7 penalties in the premier league to set the record for best save percentage. It's strange that I can't find any actual statistics (outside of these random articles) but him never saving one in the PL can't be true.
Well, it's not. Everyone remembers the Fowler one and it was mid to late nineties like you say. Unless McAteer sticking in the rebound makes it void.
Do I remember Thomas Myhre saving one against Yorkie?
Also Seaman saved one against Gaz Baz years ago when he was about ten. Sorry to pick holes, sincere.
Can we get the actual game seamen saved these penalties. So far you have referenced two seaman penalty saved. Find more evidence of these saves. Date, opponent, etc
update
18/3/02 - Barry, Villa.
http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/foot...em/1878972.stm
24/3/97 - Fowler, Liverpool
https://www.google.co.uk/amp/www.ind...119.html%3famp
24th march 1997 was when he saved the Fowler one when Fowler deliberately hit it straight at him because he wasn't fouled. Even in those circumstances it's a penalty save.
It doesn't particularly matter but I seem to recall during his career Seaman was known to be good st saving penalties so I'm more inclined to believe the articles that say he saved more than anyone else (percentage wise).
To take us up to three:
25/8/02 - Kanoute, West Ham
https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/amp.t...5/match.sport3
Ive found a few articles which state he saved 7 of 22 penalties in the league.

There was also the Bulgarian Chelsea keeper who played for Celtic.
I don't know any more 90s keepers.
Dmitri Kharin (Russian), although I doubt he saved three.
Fun fact: I've never seen Ed de Goey written down and had always thought his name was Edgar Hoy.
Tim Krul?
Friedel
Howard
Edit: both done. Fuck sake
Alright lads has anyone said Peter Schmeichel!?!?!
Neville Southall for the Welshie
I was just taking the piss out of Spikey.
Cudicini the Italian?
Is Brian Jensen the Dane?
I can't think of any other Danish keepers but he barely played any games.
Has anyone actually said Kasper Schmeichel?
Wait, Lindegaard and Kasper Schmeichel?
Didn't he only play in one season?
3 penalty saves in 38 or so games is damn good.
Christ, I've just checked his stats.
He faced eight penalties in 38 games and saved 3.
Fuck this, I'm off to kick @bruhnaldo around for a bit.
Remaining 8 goalkeepers have saved penalties while playing for the teams below and the season of their last penalty save

12/13 - Southampton

He has one of the best percentages as well.
Him saving a Gerrard penalty is brilliant.
I'm sure Gerrard ballooned that penalty over the bar. Hodgson's last match, I think.
There's articles about whether he did it on purpose even lol
http://worldsoccertalk.com/2011/01/0...ck-on-purpose/
I've been making a Newcastle themed quiz for my mates bachelor party so I'll let you try one of the questions.
Who are the top five scorers for Newcastle in the Premier league?
Shearer, Cole, Ferdinand, Ameobi. The fifth one might be Bellamy?
Maybe it's too easy for you guys. All but Bellamy are correct. I was hoping it would have taken longer to get Shola.
Ameobi may be shit but spending 75 years at a club makes it easy enough.
I'd go with 'Most Assists' or 'Headed Goals' something like that.
Goalscoring questions will usually be easy, because scoring loads of goals usually means you've been around for a while and been prominent for most if not all of that time.
Not with that attitude
The last one was Peter Beardsley btw. The stag do starts today so we'll soon see how well the groom knows his favourite club.
Can you name the trio of players and their teams since 99/00 who have contributed 50 or more goals in the league between them over a season?
Top leagues that qualify are from
England
Spain
Portugal
France
Germany
Holland
Turkey
There are a few sleeper players and teams here but it shouldn't be that difficult if you think of the teams who had one-off super seasons.
For example, during the last season, Lionel Messi, Luis Suárez, Neymar score 79 goals between them. Ive for 60 trio's on my list.
Ronaldo, Bale, Benzema
Ronaldo, Higuain, Benzema
Messi, Sanchez, Fabregas
Messi, Eto'o, Henry
Drogba, Lampard, and whoever else you want to add in that mad Ancelotti season. Fairly sure those two got fifty plus between them, so we'll stick Terry in for a lol.
Well, he is, because that trio scored over fifty goals between them. But I take it we're looking for the specific trio you've chosen, so I'll stick Anelka in instead so they're all forwards.
Mertens, Insigne, and Callejon in the season just past. Higuain, Insigne, and Callejon in the season prior.
Drogba/Lampard/Malouda in 2009/10.
Cronaldo, Rooney and Tevez in 2007/08.
Aguero, Toure, Dzeko for City a few seasons ago
Sturridge, Suarez, Gerrard for Liverpool
Henry, Bergkamp, Pires or Ljungberg
Kane, Alli, Eriksen last season?
Kane, Alli, Son Heung Min then?
Robben, Ribery, Gomez
Robben, Ribery, Muller
Gotze, Reus, Lewandowski
Mkhittaryan, Reus, Aubameyang
Lewandowski, Robben, Muller
Lewandowski, Robben, Ribery.
Ibrahimovic, Cavani, di Maria or Lucas Moura or Lavezzi or Pastore
Robben, Ribery, Gomez (Bayern)
Rooney, Ronaldo, Tevez
Rooney, Hernandez, Welbeck (United)
Henry, Bergkamp, Pires (Arsenal)
van Nistelrooy, Raul, Owen (RM)
Sociedad 2002-03: Kovacevic, Nihat and whoever the hell was next highest, which, this being Sociedad in the 2000s, I will have a guess at being Xabi Alonso.
Higuain, Mertens, Hamsik (Napoli)
Higuain, Dybala, Mandzukic (Juventus)
Totti, Cassano, Batistuta (Roma)
More attempts then:
van Nistelrooy, Raul, Robinho
Rooney, van Persie, Welbeck
Dzeko, Salah, Nainggolan
Jardel +2 from the season (2001ish) when he scored 40+ for Sporting.
Still combinations of players from barcelona, and real madrid. They make up about half the list.
Messi, Sanchez, Pedro
Messi, Suarez, Neymar
Ronaldo (Brazil), Raul, Zidane
Yorke, Cole, Solskjaer
van Nistelrooy, Solskjaer, Yorke
edit: stick Morientes in for Zidane?
Muller, Lewa and Ribery/Costa/Gotze/Coman/Vidal/Thiago for 15/16.
Can't think of any other combination.
Karpin the other Sociedad player in 02/03.
Real Madrid: Zidane, Figo, Ronaldo in whatever year that was.
Cole, Yorke and Solskjaer?
Maybe Scholes instead of Ole.
Or possibly three of the quartet Sheringham, Cole, Yorke, Solskjaer for one year.
Raul is on the list, but surprisingly, nothing to do with real madrid.
Three real madrid combinations left. Nothing to do with the zidane days.
update
Raul, Huntelaar and Farfan in 2012? I donned a Schalke FM game that year.

Grafite. No idea who the other one might be. Barzagli.
Jonas, Mitroglue, someone for the Benfica one.
The Vitesse one would have been Wilfred Bony's team, but who played alongside him, I haven't the foggiest. Likewise for Bas Dost and the Herenveen entry.
Monaco 99/00: Henry, Trezeguet, Gallardo?
Inter 06/07: Zlatan, Adriano and (please God let it be) Recoba?
That's probably too late for Henry. Giuly.
Ricky van Wolfswinkel at Vitesse around then? And Theo Janssens or have I just made that name up.
Mike 'Honestly he's Japanese' Havenaar was knocking about the Eredivisie (and Vitesse I think) around then.
Crespo in that Inter season? Struggling from there for another. Shot in the dark...Cambiasso.
van Nistelrooy, Hesselink, and ? - 99/00 PSV
Crespo, Kaka, Rui Costa - 05/06 Milan
Ibrahimovic, Messi, Sanchez - 11/12 or 10/11 Barcelona
Remaining player in that Inter trio must be the Argentinian bloke. Big, strong. Name escapes me.
Milito?
Maybe Kezman to join Ruud.
Villa and Pedro for 10/11
Fabregas/Xavi/Pedro/Villa/Iniesta for 11/12.
In search of a goal scoring trio you named 2 players and 5 players.
50 - 11/12 - Man City
Aguero, Dzeko, Bony
50 - 05/06 - AC Milan
Inzaghi, Shevchenko, Crespo
My timeline for Milan is foggy.
51 - 01/02 - Man Utd
van Nistelrooy, Solskjaer and..... I'll say Becks cause he probably had a few FK goals at least.
Fuck unless it was Scholes. Nah I'll stay with Becks.
02/03 Kezman, Bruggink and Robben
Alright, a quick one to add to Sincere's.
According to the thread on reddit I read, three players have scored in all minutes 1-90. Who are they?
Ronaldo.
That's a cracker of a question.
Totti? Messi?
John Barnes.
Shearer?
I would imagine Ronaldo did.
Thierry Henry? Ruud van Nistelrooy? Raul? Zlatan Ibrahimovic? Didier Drogba? Mario Jardel? Henrik Larsson?
How far back are we talking? Pele has probably claimed he's done it.
Mario Jardel? Romario.
Hristo Stoichkov.
There must be someone in a joke league that's done it. There's been loads that scored for fun in Holland but I can't think of names.
Van Basten? Ruud Geels? Cruijff?
Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink.
Ibrahimovic? Lewendowski?
Platini
Di natalie
Kuyt
Gerd Müller?
Di Stefano?

Thierry Henry for missing Monaco player?
Tevez for Man City?
Stankovic, Cruz, Balotelli, Adriano, Samuel are guesses for the Inter one.
I'll guess Oba Martins for Wolfsburg 2008/2008, although I think it was the end of 2009 season when he left Newcastle for them. Only other player I can think of around that time period was Ashkan Dejagah.
Man City 11/12 - David Silva, Tevez, Balotelli, Nasri, Adam Johnson scored a few that season, Milner.
Milan 05/06 - Inzaghi, Crespo, Pirlo, Maldini, Serginho, Seedorf
Milan 05/06
Gillardino, Rui Costa
The missing Wolfsburg man has to be Misimovic. That Wolfsburg side was chock full of one season wonders.
Okubo, Hasebe, Misimovic for Wolfsburg?
Gaitan for Benfica?
Park Ji Sung for the 03/04 PSV side? I can't think of anyone else there at the time
Gilardino for Milan 05/06?
Madrid 12/13 has to be Ronaldo, 'Benz' and Higuain or Ozil
Barcelona 12/13 Messi, Villa and Sanchez or Pedro?
Gaitan the missing man for Benfica? Van Bommel for the 03/04 PSV lot?
That Mexican chap that almost joined West Ham instead?
Can't remember his name though.

Benfica
Renato Sanches, Pizzi, Lopez, Talisca
Fabregas for Barcelona 12/13

This isn't so much a Trivia question as a 'The Knowledge' question as I don't know the answer.
I was watching the Arsenal match the other day and realised with an XI of Cech, Mertesacker, Holding, Monreal, Kolasinic, Bellerin, Xhaka, Ramsey, Ozil, Sanchez and Giroud. You would have a team with 5 left footers. Who has played the most left footers in one match?
Simao Sambrosa for the Atletico one, and Klasnic for the Werder Bremen one.

That was a good one, Sincere.
Romeo Castelen and John de Jong were my next two guesses, as well.
Not really trivia but aside from Gary Cahill, which current premier league players have played for Bolton?
(I don't know the answer, I genuinely would like to know. Thanks.)
I remember Sincere being grouped with Diljeet in the fuckwit category. When did he become Stephen Fry?
I'm not sure if they're still signed to Liverpool and Palace, but Adam Bogdan and Chung Yong Lee would be two. I haven't kept tabs on Bolton over the last few years to know about recent ones.
EDIT: Marcos Alonso, Jack Wilshere and Daniel Sturridge were all on loan there at one point or another as well.
Rob Holding
Benik Afobe was on loan at bolton before he made it to wolves

Las Palmas is a big centre back bloke but no way I'd remember his name without cheating.
Not a prayer on the others though I should know Sociedad really.
Literally the only Schalke player off the top of my head other than Max Meyer is the CB Howedes(spl) so I'll throw that in there cause I feel as if he's been there for years.
Who's the right-back that has been at Sociedad forever? Martinez is it? No idea about his first name.
Schalke player was a typo. You have already guessed it correct. It was Benedikt Höwedes

Kris Boyd and Henrik Larsson are the only two for the SPL.
I think I've misunderstood that. Do you mean players who've scored 100 goals in one of those leagues, or players who've scored a total of 100 goals in any combination of those leagues?
