Really pleased I started Derrick Henry over Abdullah in dynasty today :mood:
At least Dalton is making amends for his first two weeks. Should've played Kupp too, but I did FLEX him in dynasty so it's evened out.

Cam Newton suddenly playing has caused me to twitch slightly...
I'm so glad I didn't listen to Dan and start Cutler. Signal was shit at Wembley but I had just enough to drop that cunt.
The Mariota injury hurts me so bad in my main league though. :( It was a close game but I think I'll lose now off of that. The silver lining is I'm against him in Dynasty.
I'm glad I didn't listen to me too! What happened to Mariota?
Hamstring.
He pulled it to ensure that I, once again, made the wrong QB decision.
He's been injured every season of his career, hasn't he?
12 games first year, 15 in his second.
Curse of the rushing QB.
I had Dalvin Cook, David Johnson & Greg Olsen on the same team. That team also has Michael Crabtree, Corey Davis & Doug Martin. Loving that one right now.
Also playing someone in dynasty that has Hopkins, Cam & Miller, so that's going well too.
And Mert is bitching about losing just one player.
He should probably stop picking up backups hoping that starters will get injured though.
Anyone with Bell, feel free to thank me.
I benched him in the one league I have for Howard.
You are very welcome.
Picked up the wrong Tampa Bay tight end :moop:
I bloody knew that would happen - I was really sceptical when I added him, as he doesn't really get much volume, but my other option is Jack Doyle, who will now go score two TDs.
Oh, and 'how, you need to play Alvin Kamara every time the Saints have an even remotely okay matchup. Payton fucking loves him, and Brees loves throwing to whichever RB is on the field (except AP, of course).
I wouldn't be at all surprised if he ends up with 10+pts in 8-10 of our last 12 games.
I know, I'm just always worried about how many touches he'll get but he seems to be getting more and more each week.
Fuck you Tyrell Willams :moop:
I've just seen DeShaun Watson's performance :cab:
I did consider picking him up over Dalton actually, since the Titans appear to be even worse than we are on defence, but I didn't expect him to do anything like that.
Cooper's on the board! He has 1 receiving yard
Smallwood helping me in one league & hurting me in another. Just like everyone who's played well today, it seems.
Why hello there Wendell Smallwood.
Oh fuck right off.
Looks for Evans, double pass interference so goes to Brate.
:)
I needed that. Once again I should've started Jameis over Wentz in dynasty though.
I was starting Winston over Mariota up until yesterday :(
So it's been an up and down Fantasy day but the main thing for me is that I've absolutely stormed to victory in my dynasty league. Despite starting Amari Cooper and Sammy Watkins who combined for less than 6 points and ignoring my own "he's dead to me" rule and starting Palmer.... none of that mattered once Gurley, Bell, Hopkins, Howard, Clay and Allen were done scoring big points. For him, Michael Thomas and Tevin Coleman did well and Mariota will likely still outscore that cunt Palmer (I won't ever touch him again even if all my QBs have a meet up and contract bubonic plague) but but my lead is about 85 points with Kansas City and TY Hilton to play for him. This should lift me to 2-2 and into the Play Off places.
My main league has been up and down all day and this shitty OT has swung it towards my opponent again, but not by much. I currently lead by just under 70 points but annoying he has so many players still to come, those being Wilson, Baldwin, Hilton, Hunt, Hopkins (I had to do a double take... but it's the kicker) and Wagner. Meanwhile I have Jordan Reed (or Vernon Davis if he can't go) and the KC defense left to play.
My autodraft league is still no competition and I've cruised to 4-0 but I have definitely lost in TTH and probably, somehow, lost in my 4th league despite being a ridiculously heavy favorite on projections. Only Cam Newton REALLY went off for him so it's a bit confusing how that happened, but his kickers also put up stupid points which didn't help. I really don't care for that league though so oh well.
Guess I should have traded Carson last week :D
Need a TD from Kareem tonight, I think.
Looks like I'm on for a loss in my other league unless Alex Smith torches the Redskins.
In ours I've got so many opposition players still to play. :uhoh:
Not much change in the late game, but I'm now expected to win in my main league by 2 points. It's been back and forth all week and the expected winner must have changed 50 times, so not putting any stock in it. I lead by 6 points with Jordan Reed and the KC DST to play Vs his Hunt and Hopkins. I need Hunt to come back down to Earth to have a hope. If I lose it'll be mainly on the QB battle (Siemian was bitterly disappointing after a good start, and Mariota died Vs his Brees and Wilson...) and the Montgomery injury, but Wagner's TD didn't help either (never should have cut him.... but he wasn't doing much and IDP is such a crap shoot). No idea whats going on with JJ Watt but he got half a fucking point. I wouldn't be totally shocked if I won this, but I'd make him favourite thanks to Hunt. Still can't complain at 3-1 if that's how it goes.
In my 4th league (the only other one that could still go either way) I'm ahead by about 14 points with Cousins and Hopkins to come Vs his Smith, Pryor, Thompson and a LB. Yahoo makes him the easy favourite and it's hard to argue with him having 2 of Cousins's main targets which will help him out every time Cousins goes to them. My best hope is basically a FG fest (which would kill me in my main league) so I hope that doesn't happen. Guess if I want to win both I will need Cousins to go to Reed (preferably) and Crowder all night.
TTH: Came from behind to win and go 2-2  Cam Newton suddenly turning up for no reason gave me a slight fantasy migraine, it was probably the threat of me cutting him from my team that did it. Funchess is a fucking boss () thanks to Cam and Locklett should of started instead of Baldwin in hindsight. It would of been a lot worse if Julio Jones didn't get himself injured and Nelson would of got more targets on Thursday night.
All About The Angles (Yahoo): Bell, Brees and Thomas completely decimated my team for me to go 1-3. This team is horseshit despite the fact that Howard and Zuerlien were the only players this week to give me decent points. Mariota was benched thank fuck but Palmer who did start ahead of Mariota did fuck all despite the Cardinals beating the Niners.
The Pleb Train (Yahoo): Apparently I didn't start Cobb in this league which is :cab: however I did decimate my opponent who had Tom Brady as his starting QB :baz:
Holy Matt Ryan/Kareem Hunt (ESPN): Won it with my opponent practically giving up on his fantasy team for the year. I still have the Kareem to play though despite winning this matchup 85-0 :roflol: ESPN has Carlos Santos down as questionable apparently?
Suck It Gravity (ESPN): I didn't expect to lose this one. As with "All About The Angles (Yahoo)" league this team needs sorting out badly and my bench is full of gaff players. The injury to Chris Carson hasn't helped and Sanu and Snead are now pretty much non starters in fantasy terms now which is frustrating. I may salvage something in the waivers this week but who knows. This league maybe a null and void soon.
Santos is out for the year so yea I would say Questionable.
Russell Wilson pulling his finger out has secured my work league matchup. I lead 112.8 - 89.2, with me still having Kelce to play.
As for TTH, a shoddy defence and QB showing has made this a close matchup with @Baz. Going into tonights game I require 4.12 points from Chris Thompson to take the win. If not, we lose our last winless team.
I have Chris Carson in this team as well, and I'd drafted Corey Coleman, Thomas Rawls & John Brown :D Get rid of Stefon Diggs now before he gets injured next week.
Shockingly, I lost that one this week, falling to 2-2. Got one that's still undefeated, and the other two are looking good, assuming Kareem Hunt plays well. Dynasty, however, is a shambles & we're 1-3.
Managed to lose in both my main and 4th leagues narrowly. The main league loss was by 6 points which is especially annoying as we lost Mariota and Montgomery early in games and either of them would have got that with ease. That said, we were the 7th highest scorer out of 8 teams, so we can't complain too much, but given my opponent didn't do enough to put us away easily, it's still a bit annoying that injuries dictated it.
We fall to 3-1 there and 2-2 in the 4th league, but we now officially occupy a play off spot in every league.
I'd have rather Hunt went off on one so my wrong choice of QB didn't matter.
Eat a dick, Dan.
Which of these players is the most droppable, I need to add a LB:
Corey Davis (He's my WR6 and I can start 5 including the flex, so normally I'd keep him as a rotation option, but he's still injured and no signs of life)
Trevor Siemian (He's my QB3 until Luck comes back in a 2 QB league, but my QB1 is Mariota who may not go this week (not that Siemian helps that as he's on bye, but I may need to add another QB if Mariota sits)
Wayne Gallman (Took a punt here, but he's probably the least needed position wise).
Baltimore DST (Don't really want to drop them, but I added the Eagles for this week and also have KC)
Leaning to Gallman/Davis, but don't want to regret it. Normally Gallman would be a slam dunk but Yahoo describing him as "Must add" while describing Davis as "Not a must hold at this point" is throwing me off.
Davis is great if it’s a keeper, but none of them are that desirable in standard redraft leagues if you have good depth. See if you can trade him and/or Gallman for something.
‘how
Yea, it's a one keeper league, and Davis was under consideration given how late I took him, but he'll need to do something for me to make that happen as I have some other nice options too.
I've cut Gallman but I may need to cut another if Mariota can't play on Sunday.
Guess who Mahow is facing next :baz:
My unbeaten streak begins.
My WR group looks absolutely shocking again this week :D
Need some big performances to knock off the only remaining unbeaten team in the league, but I'm not feeling particularly confident on first look.
I thought 5 points wasn't too much to ask. Turns out I was wrong.
I forgot about the little chimp out I had when my team was doing so badly on Sunday that I moved EVERYONE to the bench.
3 BIG players on a bye for me this week :(
Probably for the best that I'm playing Pleb.
Trade offer. Ezekiel Elliott for Todd Gurley.
Which side of that would you rather be on?
That's as bad as Kareem Hunt being a free agent.
I'll still take Zeke, assuming he's not about to be suspended.
I'd want Gurley, purely because Zeke could get slapped with that ban at any time.
But I could understand either argument really.
It's an interesting one.
Lots of waiver wire action this week!
