Having just caught up on the Rollings twitter business, my favourite part is when he calls Ospreay "little guy" despite the fact that he's taller and bigger than Rollings is.
That didn't work so he played the "I'm here every week" card. Ospreay then points out he's done more matches this year. So onto the final one and he starts bragging about the bank balance.
Someone has been spending too much time around Vince.

WWE scheduling it against an anti-gun crime charity show is a bit ugly but this Evolve event coming has Cole vs. Tozawa and Riddle vs. Gulak and I like the sound of both of those.
Moxley v Janela in an unsanctioned match could get very messy. Im not a fan of death matches though so I hope it doesnt get too CZW.

I’ve only watched him live, so probably about 18 months to two years ago. Zero interest in watching more after seeing him twice.

The quality is just a bit lower than NXT but they treat it like shit so the viewing figures are always down.
Viewing figures is the entire point of the show, if nobody is watching then why bother? Put that good wrestling on a show with some viewers.
That's still an issue for WWE and not an issue of whether the people making and involved in the show have 'smashed it' on producing a good product, which was the original point.
If we're using viewing figures as the only measure of success then the most recent Wrestlemania is still probably better than a the majority of non-WWE wrestling that has ever happened and I don't think any of us want to live in a world where that is the case.
They should just promote it better. Stop putting their matches on the pre-show (opener to the main card to get the crowd going). And no more adverts which mute the match halfway through.
Would also be better if it wasn't filmed right after 2 hours of turd from Smackdown. But that would cost them too much so won't happen.
Fyter fest purchased, but I'll watch in the morning. I know it's a smaller show than double or nothing so i'm managing my expectations but I hope it's decent.

"Better" is a fairly low bar. And it sounds like after that initial well-done Boatman / Lashley bit it was just back to the same shit we've had for the last few weeks with the contrived means of stopping matches for ads, etc. Still, heel AJ has probably been timed about right and I'm well up for him and O'Shea getting to put some proper matches together.
They are going to do a cucking storyline with Mike and Maria though so there's that...

They both dragged on contract negotiations to the point where WWE offered them 500k a year, for 5 years. Almost as soon as they signed she then told them she was pregnant and they can't do anything about it. They can't touch her but he's in for some heavy burial.
I don't know why they were so desperate to keep them.
Maria has always been a shit wrestler with semi decent mic skills and Mike is about as vanilla as you can get.
