Nope. The £70m is going on Naby Keita who I only know this about. If Liverpool sign him for £70m, he'll be shit, but if anyone better signs him next summer (when he has a release clause apparently), he'll be amazing.
Also, I would take England/Spain/Germany/etc for £250k a week over a fucking £gazillion per week in China. Either way I'd be richer than I ever thought possible but only one of the options has the bonus of not having to live in fucking China.
