I genuinely think someone told him that the process for the wall has to be transparent and he's taken to thinking the wall itself needs to be see through. I cannot believe that someone has proposed making the wall see through because of 'drug dealers throwing big bags of drugs' over it so it has to be the former.
I genuinely can't think of anything less likely to happen than his silly wall. He'd only have 8 years to start it even if he wins a second term.

Playing Devils advocate for a moment - surely the method of the murder is irrelevant? Other countries have lower ‘death by gun’ figures than a country that has widespread ownership. It’s a bit fucking obvious really. Surely what matters is the murder rates? I bet you could do the same in reverse with knife crime.
