As expected, Corbyn did slightly better than Johnson in the debate but Johnson did what he had to do - kept on referring to Brexit even in the last question and didn't make any major gaffes. All this means is that the Tories are still on course for a 30-40 seat majority which is my prediction for the election next month.
Did Corbyn do better? Everything I've seen from people who wanted him to do well is that it was a colossal missed opportunity and he made himself look a bit useless while Johnson did his mugging for the crown bit.
I thought he did well and I'm not a fan of the guy. He didn't do well enough to make huge gains in the polls and massively increase his popularity as his supporters might have hoped though.Quote:
