Has anyone watched Catch-22?
Taskmaster. Daisy in the final task (3, 4, 5 letter words) was amazing.
Her 4 word list was also my list.
Daisy has grown on me a lot this season, previously only saw her on Gogglebox and wasn't particularly fussed.
The Crown season 4 is excellent, I can see what the criticisms of Stupid Sexy Thatcher are but still enjoying it. The strength of the series is how it plays off historical events and weaves them into the family narrative.
The Andrew bit was just :D

Festive Taskmaster special coming.
I'm hoping for a Losers special but I'd imagine it will be another Champion of Champions.
About halfway through season 2 of Mrs. Maisel:

Gina Carano got large.
Super Chunky
Regardless of the furore around her political views her acting is piss poor and they need to Poochy her character ASAP.
I still would.
We know, Mahow.
Couldn't get into Mandalorian when it was first out, but bingeing with a month free via Xbox, it's hooked me in this time around, definitely a grower.

I'm still enjoying it a lot.

I've watched about a season and a half of the Clone Wars, 'How. It's not amazing (though I've been told it improves as it goes along) but it's moderately entertaining Star Wars fluff to stick on and the episodes are pretty short.

Discovery had such a clean slate it could have been great this series, but it’s absolute dog shit. Any more teary whispering and it can get to fuck.
I haven't watched the last couple (yet) but it looks like they've run out of ideas. They seem to just be content on treading water.
The Taskmaster festive one off special will be with John Hannah, Krishnan Guru-Murthy, Nicola Coughlan, Rylan Clark-Neal and Shirley Ballas.
Shirley Ballas :moop:
I only know two of them (news man and Rylan) pre Googling.
That's a prime cut of meat, completely wasted on virgin Taskmaster fanboys.
John Hannah has been in everything, Nicola is in Derry Girls (absolutely brilliant comedy), Rylan is a bit of a twat who found fame by singing badly in X Factor and now he's a presenter and Shirley Ballas is a judge on Strictly who is a predator trying to lure young men, she also appears a lot on Loose Women to say how much she loves her 20 year old man or something.
Having become reacquainted with daytime TV this year, Rylan's a real natural as a presenter. Also Alison Hammond off This Morning, whereas Holly Willoughby seems dead behind the eyes
"Rake" on Netflix. Australian comedy-drama about a dickhead barrister with basically no redeeming features. Most fun I've had for ages watching an overtly at least semi-serious show.

*Mandalorian Spoiler*
I should really have wondered what was coming out today before just mindlessly clicking on the spoiler but at least it's a vague / minor spoiler given I'm only today's episode behind.
Giggles is referring to the Mandalorian in case anybody's scrolled past it more cautiously than I did.

Taskmaster:
Katherine getting any points in the acting task is beyond a joke, nevermind two. Especially when Mawaan and his epic accents only got 2, and Daisy got 3.
Obviously it doesn’t really matter.
Very funny episode and a good series.
Yeah I think Greg just pities Katherine because she's so shit.
Mawaan has had a rough deal the entire series. He should be winning.
Mawaan grassing up on Daisy (especially as she almost ripped Richard to shreds a week or two ago) was brilliant.
Mawaan's great. I'd never heard of him before this but I love him.
Does Greg Davies hate Richard Herring? Feels like he's pushing the 'Herring is a sex pest' (which he apparently is a bit) line quite a lot.
I'm closing in on the end of season seven of the X-Files and it's definitely been the weirdest season so far. It's like they've totally run out of stuff to do with the mythology arc (I feel like it's almost been non-existent this season) and instead filled it out with a series of increasingly bizarre, standalone episodes. Which isn't to say I'm not still enjoying it.
Get ready for the big Dog[gett].
At first you’ll probably hate him and

But you’ll quickly realise he’s the best thing since Henry Weems.
:D
Henry Weems was great! That episode was a belter.
I've no idea whether this is the actual case or not, but it feels a bit like they planned to end it in season seven then just carried on? The season seven finale just felt like they were wrapping it up. They even went full circle and it tied back in to the very first episode.

The James May cooking thing is innocuous, vaguely entertaining rubbish.
:D
Jesus christ.
I like Alice a lot but I'm not sure I like her that much.
Giggles, ffs. :D
Did he have that custom title before that post or after?
Moving on from Scat, it's a shame he doesn't make the BBC programs where he makes giant versions of kids toys anymore. They were great. But, on balance, having Richard Hammond nowhere near my TV has been worth it.

For anyone who is a Taskmaster fan I'd highly recommend No More Jockeys on Youtube.
