I believe so, yeah.
Wasteland 3 is so fucking good. I bounced off Divinity as I hate fantasy settings, this is more like it. Having a blast, put 5 hours in this affie.
Not liking Divinity. :nono:
I loved the mechanics, combat, gameplay. Plot and locations just aren't my thing, to the point I didn't enjoy being in that world.
Only really Dark Souls and its ilk that has drawn me in despite being (relatively) high fantasy. Skyrim is similar, although it has the worst combat known to man so that kinda helps.
Anyway my main dude is pure sniper, along with having a heavy weapon mental woman who adores fucking around with explosives, a sneaky assault rifle dude and an animal charming melee hammercunt as my party. Last two spots of the party have to be filled with NPCs you meet, and Ive only met two so far I could recruit so theyve teamed up.
One is a jack of all trades and the other is a pistol woman.
Writing is amazing and plays lovely at maxed 4k on my PC.
I didn't get on with 2 but I may give that a bash on Gamepass.
Is it slicker to control than the second one was?
Never played the others, but it handles like a classic RPG/RTS with m&k. Im on the Gamepass version, never would have bought it otherwise.

Having not booted up System Shock since the shareware days, this tune took me by surprise.

I have never been able to get into Cursader Kings, but I am glad it exists just so I can read other people's stories.
I was just coming in here to link that. :D I love Nate Crowley.
I'm probably not getting CK3 just now as I have more than enough shit to be play but I'll be on it at some point.
I'm still enjoying AssCreed Odyssey. The world is very pretty on the upgraded PC.
Tried to give it a go yesterday.
The third step of the tutorial is how to look at a tooltip that's inside another tooltip.
Tooltipception.
The one where the guy ruled the world as a Horse Emperor was amazing
I really wish WRC 9's co-driver mode was available on release. I want to see how that works. I suspect it's just giving a co-op partner symbols on the screen to call. I've found the difficulty to be all over the shop, though. 50%'s the lowest you can go and I'm either winning stages by a mile or lagging behind. I've got no consistency from it beyond, "Hey, mistakes are really punished."

Another one, this time playing as an angry Spanish king trying to just fight everybody until one of them offs him.
I love his way with words.Quote:
The young Threat keeps an eye on Sancho the whole time: he lives as a sort of rage-fuelled vagrant for a number of years, waking up roaring in haystacks, and spending the day having shouting matches with imaginary Popes.
I'm all over that Super Mario collection that's coming out in a fortnight. 64, Sunshine and Galaxy. Yes, please.
Limited digital run is about the most retarded Nintendo thing (since the last)
I'm pre-ordering on Shopto.
Mario 64 is one of my favourites. Never played Sunshine though and didn't finish Galaxy.
I finished Sunshine earlier in the year. It's good but probably bottom of the 3D Marios. I have never properly played 64 or Galaxy.
Shopto is crashing like a motherfucker.
Got my order in. Can’t wait for Galaxy
50th win in warzone. Great game.
I'm going to give resident evil a go.
Which one?
7 - biohazard.
Gave it ten minutes. Visually beautiful and immediately making me hate every second. As you can imagine, creeping around a massive house looking for your formerly dead wife isn't going to be many laughs.
Yeah I decided early doors that 7 was going to be a "watch a let's play rather than play it myself" effort.
I'm going to save my underpants for a bit and try wasteland.
Well I think I'm coming toward the end of AssCreed Odyssey and I have to say that while I'll probably be ready for it to end I've really like it. Kassandra is a fun protagonist (no idea how it is if you play as Alexios), the world is absolutely gorgeous, it has a really strong hat game as discussed previously and I'm still sort of engaged with the main plot.
I'll need to decide if I'm finishing DOOM or not and then decide what's coming next.
Played CK3, within a minute of the tutorial ending by Wife won't stop having sex with her brother and I'm drowning in illegitimate children.
Luckily I still had my heir. Oh what's that? My heir is going round the country, getting drunk and duelling local mayors? Don't worry, I'll put him in his place. Oh, it seems my son has chopped off my arm and is refusing to stop dueling. At least he'll make a great ruler when I pass on.
Ah shit, he died in a duel.
Ah shit, I died and have no heir due to my wife pumping out endless incestuous daughters.
New game tomorrow.
I don't want to do Ireland again. Might go 1066.
When I get it I might start in China first just because it's new. I'm sure I read China's an option from the start in this.
I've done Ireland enough in CK2.
:D
I might finish RE4 at the same rate, to be fair.
Gamepass is doubling in price next week. You can't buy annually anymore but you can buy as many months as you want.
Yeah I guessed that was coming. I assume it's coming out of Beta?
Is that gamepass thing worth it? Do you get to keep the games or what is the deal?
EDIT: For PC, I don't have an xbox.
Depends. If you want to play a lot of the games that are on it then yes.
Once you have it, you download any of the games in their "vault" for free and can play them as much as you want. Once membership runs out, you still have the game installed but it wont let you launch it.
But as long as I pay for it, the games are available forever? Or will they be gone within a month?
I keep thinking they're missing a trick by not offering a year but Gamepass definitely seems geared towards drumming up interest around the big releases. Pop in for the month for a thing you're interested in rather than what I do with PS Plus: add it to my library and not touch it for ages.
Some new games get added and some will be removed at some point, but it's better to go month-to-month so as you only really pay if there's something there you want to play.
I think I paid £1 (introduction offer) to play Gears Tactics.
Should have played some other stuff too but dipping in and out seems to be the way to go.
I don't know if it works the same on PC, but if you buy gamepass ultimate on Xbox, it adds on to what you already have.
So say you have 11 months of gold left and buy 1 month of gamepass ultimate, you now have 12 months of gamepass ultimate instead.
When are we playing Among Us?
