My colleague told me about someone she knows who got blind drunk and fell onto the tube track. It was closed for maintenance but instead of trying to get back onto the platform walked down the track. He fell asleep on the side in a manhole type thing with his leg hanging out onto the track. First train of the morning and his leg got ripped off.
