40/80. I don't know how it thinks I beat 100% of others though.

38. I reckon I could have got about 45 if I took my time.

I'll have a go when I get home, am I going to be disappointed by the lack of actual mammoths?

50/80, better than 100% of players apparently.
55.
Fountain of knowledge me.
Bastard phone decided to refresh the browser at question 56 when I went to check a message. I wasn't doing great though.
48/80. I guessed at least 10 of my correct answers.
Giggles

I'm surprised I got near 50% as I have zero interest in the hipster leagues.
43/80, missed a couple easy ones because I wasn't focusing. Got all the Italy/Serie A related ones correct, at least.

You got 55/80
How did you do?
You beat 100% of others.
WORLD FOOTBALL QUIZ
Four out of the first five questions are about the UK. :face:
Make it five out of six. :face:
37.
Pepe, it's an English newspaper to be fair.
34/80
Not too bad considering I didn't know about 70 of them.

43. Think I guessed about half of those as well.

43/80. Happy with that. Apparently I beat 100% of challengers so dino is clearly a fucking liar.

56. Pretty happy with that given that basically all my guesses were wrong.

52.
Fuck you Guam question.
50/80. Happy enough with it as a few were plain guesses, but somewhat annoyed that I jumped the gun on a few I would've known had I just taken a second to think about it.

I don't even know why I was honest if you're all gonna add inches to your scores.

Do you know what 100% is?
-james-
30-03-2016, 08:28 PM
I think so. Presumably it's just a rounding error in this case.
Shindig
30-03-2016, 09:18 PM
45/80. Reasonable.
The Merse
30-03-2016, 09:44 PM
How?
That was sarcasm... The idea being that if I beat 100% of all other players then you couldn't possibly have beaten my score before I'd taken it, of course it's because it's bollocks.
Do you know what 100% is?
Was that at me or Dino?
Spikey M
30-03-2016, 10:19 PM

Two days on, I'm still annoyed by them duping me into going Mario Yepes for the Colombian caps one.
Spikey M
31-03-2016, 10:37 AM
I'm still livid that they had a question about norn iron and George Best was fucking wrong. 90% sure the other names were made up.

I tried first name and last names on their own and gave up. Also couldn't figure out who MSI were.

It just reminded me of that annoying youtube man KSI, which distracted me for the rest of the quiz which is why I did so badly.
Got them all, but had to google what MSI was. The answer didn't come up, but I guess it shouldn't count, it was a big clue.

I'd have thought that was really obvious when it was a massive transfer and going to Man city!

I have been a team mate of Peter Schmeichel, Stefan Effenberg, Jean-Pierre Papin, Gabriel Batistuta, Duncan Ferguson, Marcel Desailly and Tijanji Babangida.
Who am I?
Disco

Is it a de Boer?
Disco
01-09-2016, 09:30 PM
No, Laudrup is a better fit, whichever one was at Chelsea. Brian? Fuck knows where he played with Papin though.
Adamski
01-09-2016, 09:40 PM
Nailed it.
Schmeichel - Denmark
Effenberg - Bayern
Papin - Milan
Batistuta - Fiorentina
Ferguson - Rangers
Desailly - Chelsea
Babangida - Ajax
It probably is Brian Laudrup. Papin played in Milan the same time as Laudrup.

I never mean to do anything. Serious suggestion was almost Jean-Pierre Papin but he's never been over here.
I was gonna say Van Nistelrooy but he never played in France.

Would expect Jimmy Floyd to get this.

I should also clarify the player in question scored 10 goals in one season in each of these countries.
