Video Editing Software

I know we have lots of graphic designers and similar in here so I come to you for help. What's a decent and free video editing software? I just need to speed up certain parts of a video, nothing fancy. Cheers.

I had forgot all about it myself until recently as it hadn't auto installed with Windows 10.

Yeah movie maker is the shit if your not needing anything special. Don't use any of their crap effects either.
