I can barely get past my kneecaps. In fact to be exact I can touch the bottom of my kneecaps, no further.

No, I'm about three inches short of being able to reach. My hamstrings are pretty short/tight.
I can get into full lotus position though: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lotus_position (and subsequently lift myself off the floor with my hands whilst doing it) :cool:

I can almost put my hands flat on the ground, with my feet shoulder-width apart. :cool:
I can. I can go further and get my hands pretty much half way under my feet.
A useful skill indeed.

Not even close. I saw a sports physio recently about my fucked up calves and he said I was one of the least flexible people he's ever come across. Told me to take up rugby as "It'd be impossible for you to get injured, nothing moves".

I think mine is a result of my anterior pelvic tilt, it's fucking everything up.

I've never been able to do this or even get that close without bending my knees.
I can't imagine the day I'm not able to do this. It's surprised me so much that there are several here who can't that I almost feel I'm missing something.
