I'm rarely ever that angry so it's not a problem for me. But today (I heard this second hand) a friend threw a snowball at another friend's car, and the friend with the car (who's massive) proceeded to get out of the car, chase the first guy down, and then pick him up and throw him onto the ground. The poor fellow smacked his head on the road and got a concussion, and our Hulk immediately confessed that he has anger management problems. Well, no shit.
Do any of you have similar? Have you ever gone full Hulk mode on someone or something?

The closest I've ever been to angry was when I lost 3,000 words of university essay because the fucking SOAS hippy communist computers wiped it, and on that occasion I went outside, kicked a lamp post, kicked a bin and then composed myself and wrote it all out by hand on lined paper before I forgot it all.
Generally I'm cool as anything though. I get more sad than angry.

I fucking hate losing work like that. There are actually few things that make me angry like that does. I had the same thing happen with a short essay for university applications and did just about the same thing, with the exception that it was 300 words instead of 3,000.

The only thing which really winds me up is my older brother.
I've always thought I'd lose it if someone spat on me, but it's never happened.

I was a right stroppy little twat when I was younger, but that just turned into misery when I developed a bit of self-awareness, so I buried it in apathy and only really SEETHE these days when I'm driving or when somebody wastes my time by being useless.

I'm the same. I get disappointed and down, but I haven't actually gotten angry since being a teenager.
I've yet to "lose it". Might be because I'm an adult human with self control, I don't know.
I tend to anger before any other emotion I think. I rarely lose my temper now but in my late teens I would throw a strop about all sorts of petty shit. Ironically enough given RL's post, I did end up walloping a little bastard who spat on me once, which seemed totally justified at the time but on reflection was as petty as could be.
That's not petty. If anybody were ever to gob on me they'd be getting a smack.

I shout at family members if they anger me but I get quite annoyed at myself for doing so. Generally I just quietly seethe to myself and/or post on here to let some of it out.

Despite not having lost my temper since being a pointless teenager, I assume that this is something I'll rediscover if and when I procreate? I imagine that nobody can frustrate you quite like your own offspring. Plus they have years of buildup to get you there.
