Basically I've got a photo of a document and I want to select part of it and put it into another document but the photo is a bit lop-sided. Paint doesn't seem to let me rotate only a little bit so it looks straight (it only seems to do 90 degrees). Is there anything I can use that will? It'd have to be online too, as I don't really have any other software.

I've just tried Giggles' suggestion and it does seem to work.

Never mind, managed to do it in pixlr. It's so good.
