I think Keegan's second stint was closer to a year.

I want to say Naill Quinn at Sunderland but I think they were a Championship club at that time.

Was Les Reed full-time manager at Charlton?
He was, and he's on the list with the 2nd shortest reign, at 6 games.

Terry Venables (co-manager Middlesbrough, and then on his own at Leeds; two for one shot).
Howard Wilkinson (Sunderland).
Peter Reid (Leeds).
Eddie Gray (Leeds).
Iain Dowie (Charlton and Hull; two for one).
Les Reed (Charlton).
Ricky Sbragia (Sunderland).
Paul Ince (Blackburn).
Steve Kean (Blackburn).
Roy McFarland (another co-manager, Bolton).
Kevin Keegan (Newcastle, second spell, assuming they count).
Colin Todd (either as above, or at Derby; another two for one shot).
Chris Hutchings (replaced Jewell for a bit I recall at Bradford, then did the same at Wigan; two for one again).
Dave Bassett (I'm sure he was Leicester manager for a few months before going back to DoF).
Sam Allardyce (Newcastle).
Luiz Felipe Scolari (Chelsea).
Good selection of guesses and you're right with Hutchings and Dowie - they both appear on the list twice.

I think Keegan's second stint was closer to a year.

I want to say Naill Quinn at Sunderland but I think they were a Championship club at that time.

As a footnote, Allardyce isn't correct.

However, he has had spells of 21 games (Newcastle), 21 games (Crystal Palace), 24 games (Everton), 25 games (West Brom) and 30 games (Sunderland). :D

Benitez DOES make the list, but not for his Chelsea stint. Jokanovic was let go before the start of the Prem season after he earned them promotion.

Iwobi's fee was £28m rising to £35m, easily enough to be on the list, but he had declared for Nigeria and played his first game in 2015.

Wijnhard is an interesting one. He didn't play for the Netherlands and was born in Suriname. But he was born in 1973 when Suriname was still part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and therefore doesn't qualify.

The Indonesian will be Jordi Amat, declared for them a few years back.
Jordi Amat's story is genuinely mental. He's got Indonesian ancestry through his grandmother, is a descendant of two Kings of Siau, and has now been awarded the title of a prince in Indonesia. He's also already scored an international goal for them.

Remaining list:

Central African Republic - Just 2 PL apps on loan for Burnley in 2009-10. A winger/striker who hasn't really had a career of note, played in Greece, Switzerland, Norway and Andorra. Just 4 international appearances for CAR.
Guinea-Bissau - Winger and ex-Chelsea youth player, made 1 PL app for Fulham in 2013-14. Scored a goal for Crewe on loan in the same season, and has spent most of his career in Crete. Never played for Guinea-Bissau.
Malta - Born in Malta but never played for them, a left-back who played in the inaugural PL season for Leeds. Played for Reading in the 90s and had spells in Scotland, notably with Kilmarnock. Went into coaching and has managed in Vietnam, Kenya and South Africa, with a fair amount of success.

He went to China (I think) but no idea if it was a big fee or not. I just remembered Alaba was a free transfer so there goes that guess. Baumgartner (no idea how to spell it ) went for a decent fee to Leipzig this summer

Vargas is indeed one of the Peruvians, moving to Fiorentina for £9.6m in 2008. The other Peruvian is a veteran striker, still playing and enjoying some success in Italy.

Nakamura

The Japanese player was based in Portugal. He's a winger, now back in Japan and still only 28. The Saudi lad is still playing but has never left Saudi Arabia (apart from a strange loan spell with Leganes where he didn't play a game). 75 caps for the national team but didn't feature in the latest World Cup. Honestly doubt anyone will get him.

Missed out E, I, J, M, N, T, U and X which I was sure was just me not spelling Xisco right.

E, Q, I, N and U for me.
