Doesn't miss a trick. Even mind games the fuck out of innocuous FA officials.

Jose Mourinho ethical and moral adjudicator.
Insulting somebody for something they did 14 years ago.
He's always been a classy fella.
Ironically it was, led to the appointment of Terry Connor when it was too late. Relegation one followed. Majority of the players he signed were on ridiculous 4 year contracts (Jamie O'Hara on Ł50k a week :happycry:), despite most downing tools once random foreigner (Solbakken) arrived, albeit he had his hands tied because the wage bill was full with Mick's men. Relegation two followed. The rest is history.
Most of it pre-dates not giving Mick the boot after the 2nd season, or that he'd won 2 in 27 games before he got sacked, in the middle of fucking February. Quicker actions and we'd have stayed up. Woe be any team that gives him some money, fantastic guy, passionate, but his glass ceiling is 4th from bottom.
As such, I can whole-heartedly agree with Swansea potentially giving Monk the boot, kick on whilst they've got a chance to turn it around.
I'd suggest the bigger problem was replacing him with a guy who had no fucking clue what he was doing, rather than not doing it soon enough. Surely rule #1 of sacking a manager is to replace him with someone at least as capable. Terry Connor was a ridiculous replacement, and everyone on the planet could see it.

It's not mind games, it's just being a cunt.
He's also attracting more attention when things are just starting to settle down - it's a stupid thing to say.

That's class from Mourinho.
On Monk, I suppose the merit of sacking him depends on who they have in mind to replace him. Laudrup was a different kettle of fish. He was always a Di Matteo style chancer.

Racist. I'm emailing Paul Ince your details as we speak.

Do it earlier and we had choice, a manager had January for example. Do it when we did and it's between Joe Kinnear, Alan Curbishley and the useless assistant. If anything reaffirms that Swansea are better kicking Monk, if that's required, sooner rather then later.

Nonsense. The whole start to this season has been his most brilliant piece of mind games yet.
Regista's bitterness towards Mourinho is pretty special. :happycry:

Connor was fun but nothing beats the caught in the headlight ineptitude of Steve Kean at Blackburn. It was the perfect storm of terrible results, unfounded optimism, and chicken adverts.
Mourinho.

I'm not bitter towards him, he didn't steal my girlfriend.
He's just an arsehole, everyone can accept it but Chelsea fans.

If he had won Brighton three titles I think you'd be a bit partial yourself.

He's our arsehole.

I would, but I would still think he was an arsehole. I am thankful to Gus Poyet for his huge achievements with us, but I still think he's probably not all that great of a person.
What actually happened with Poyet at Brighton?

Big Sam sending Newcastle down would be incredible.

Big Sam looks a bit fatter than typically. Does Wearside, like Teeside, have its own triple heart bypass takeaway favourite?
What actually happened with Poyet at Brighton?
After our playoff defeat to Palace, he was thinking of himself and made it perfectly clear he was considering leaving, apparently wary of hitting a 'glass ceiling'. There was a meeting between him and our owner, Tony Bloom, in which he (according to some) demanded a higher transfer budget and threatened to leave. He was then sacked (actually sacked, not paid off like the vast majority of managers) for some breach of contract.
The details have been kept private, under contract, and Gus has said that someday he'll reveal all.
Still too much for Fat Sam to pull it off.

We've been in far worse predicaments and come out of it.
Fat Sam pulling you off has got to be one of the worst situations you can imagine.

There was a TV advert for Head and Shoulders just after the game finished last night with Joe Hart in - the 'crowd' were using the Yaya/Kolo Touré chant to sing 'There's no dandruff!' at him.
Quite strange really.
I've just seen this ad on youtube and remembered about this post. It makes much more sense when you remember that song isn't the Yaya/Kolo Toure chant and is actually a song called 'No Limit' which went 'no no, etc... there's no limit'.
Young'uns these days. :nono:

This has reminded me of this excellent flow chart I saw the other week.

Sorry GF, nothing personal. Don't think you're a cunt, but I hate those fucking flowcharts. Except the one I just posted.
One of the first times I was ever in a club at the age of 17 I was sort of half-dancing to shit R&B songs that all sounded the same. Out of nowhere, No Limit came on and I went a bit mental on the dancefloor - think Mark Corrigan at Rainbow Rhythms (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EUbB7NcwoR0). My mate pulled me aside halfway through and said "Jesus mate, calm the fuck down" and walked off shaking his head. Completely ruined my night.
