View Full Version : I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here: 2015 Edition

I'm A Celebrity returns to ITV1 on Sunday 15th of November at 9pm, with Ant and Dec hosting again. The 'after show' on ITV2 will be Laura Whitmore, Joe Swash and David Morgan, who is replacing Rob Beckett.

No contestants are officially confirmed yet, but three of the likely ones are Kieron Dyer (ex-footballer), Jorgie Porter (ex-Hollyoaks) and Yvette Fielding (ex-no idea). Also rumored are Paul Gascoigne, Brian Friedman, Vicky Pattinson and Gemma Collins.

I'll post some odds nearer the time.

Gazza being involved would be pretty good, but how likely is he to last two weeks without a drink?

Kieron Dyer has the potential to bore half the audience to death. Not that I've met him of course, just seems to have as much personality as a tea spoon.

Still, it's usually worth a watch until the retarded British public vote off the best contestant at the first time of asking.

Hollyoaks filth is always watchable.

Had to Google her to remind myself who she was. Wasn't disappointed.

Kieron Dyer was on that Fantasy Football thing on Sky a few months back (which I always find surprisingly watchable) and when asked about his future plans said 'dunno really'. Looks like those chickens are coming home to roost.

Karl Pilkington is currently favourite to win. :D

I'm amazed he's doing it. I'd have thought this sort of thing was his idea of living hell.

Unless a genuine national treasure is announced I can't see how Pilkington won't absolutely walk this.

Baz

I'd probably watch if it Karl Pilkington's on it.

Sir Andy Mahowry
09-11-2015, 05:25 PM
If Karl is on I'm definitely in, he'll absolutely fucking hate it.

Lewis

I wouldn't have thought Karl Pilkington would have needed the money.

phonics
09-11-2015, 05:46 PM
You'd say the same of Gervais and he's on his fifth incarnation of Brent.

Lewis
09-11-2015, 06:00 PM
It's surely more about staying relevant than money for Ricky Gervais (although I suppose getting new audiences into David Brent makes money). Pilkington doesn't seem the sort to care.

Toby

Unless a genuine national treasure is announced I can't see how Pilkington won't absolutely walk this.

I'd be a little surprised if the majority of the target audience for this know who he is, and further surprised if having never seen him before, they take to his style in this sort of context.

Karl's "people" have said ignore the rumours, he is down for a book signing in Manchester on that date.

Gazza having some kind of national redemption would be great but I suspect some no-mark will win it. Yvette Fielding to get the most trials. She spent all of Most Haunted crying over Derek Akorah's imagination.

Lewis
09-11-2015, 10:26 PM
Let him go, Shindig. There must be another Geordie folk hero who isn't a shithouse. Jimmy Nail perhaps.

Browning

The full lineup is out and there's no Karl unless he comes in late. It's a genuinely terrible line up of reality TV shite and Duncan Bannatyne.

Toby
10-11-2015, 06:26 PM
So reality TV shite then.

Weaver

And here it is, in order of odds:

George Shelley (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_Shelley_(singer)) - 7/2fav
Jorgie Porter (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jorgie_Porter) - 4/1
Chris Eubank (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chris_Eubank) - 13/2
Tony Hadley (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tony_Hadley) - 7/1
Kieron Dyer (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kieron_Dyer) - 9/1
Yvette Fielding (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yvette_Fielding), Susannah Constantine (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Susannah_Constantine) and Brian Friedman (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brian_Friedman) - 12/1
Duncan Bannatyne (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Duncan_Bannatyne) - 14/1
Lady Colin Campbell (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lady_Colin_Campbell) - 16/1

So reality TV shite then.

Yea, I thought that as soon as I posted it. :D

I guess Chris Eubank should have been the one exception.

Jorgie Porter will hopefully undress a lot. I only know her from Celebrity Juice.

Eubanks is always quality.

I've just googled Jorgie (what kind of fucked up spelling of Georgie is this?) Porter.

She looks scarily like this person.

Duncan Bannatyne. :D

Porter alluded to taking it up the arse on Celebrity Juice. Looked a bit awkward, but still.

This is starting in two minutes on ITV1. Unfortunately, it's on for nearly 2 hours.

Duncan Bannatyne is probably gonna win this.

That or that bloke from Spandau Ballet will win it.

Nowt like watching Jorgie Porter eating a bit of kangaroo cock whilst I'm eating some pastries.

It makes you wonder if these type of celebrities actually watch the fucking program.

Twats.

Lol at the apology.

That must be the first time in the show's history that a celeb didn't start a trail surely?

Browning
18-11-2015, 09:25 PM
I'm fairly sure that's happened before. I'm sure Helen Flanagan eventually refused to do one, or if not her, one of the others who got them every day.

So early in the series though...

They're doing the drinking/dunking live trial at the minute - Vicky Pattinson beat Jorgie Porter in one, but the controller accidentally pressed the wrong button and dropped Vicky in anyway.

Spencer Matthews has left I'm a Celebrity all together. Ant & Dec said he'd left and didn't give a reason, some of the papers reckon it's on medical grounds. Who knows/cares?

Current odds:
Jorgie Porter 5/2
Vicky Pattinson 11/4
George Shelley 11/2
Lady Colin Campbell 7/1
Tony Hadley 10/1
Chris Eubank, Ferne McCann 22/1
Duncan Bannatyne 25/1
Kieron Dyer 28/1
Brian Friedman, Yvette Fielding 33/1
Susannah 66/1

Eubank's in this? That changes everything.
