Reading Lewis' comments in the young person thread reminded me that I still have play.com bookmarked right next to Amazon, but I probably haven't used it for several years. Closer inspection reveals that I also have Wikipedia, various FM/gaming sites and some place called The Dugout.

Ironically, this had made me feel old.

The only actual bookmark I have is for this place (well, one for .co.uk and one for Mali) so I could remember at first. But now everything I visit regularly I can type one letter, maybe two, into my address bar and it zips to what I want.

I never really use bookmarks. Certainly not for general home page addresses - when I do use them it's for specific things I want to return to, like articles I can't be bothered to read at that time. There's nothing in there right now.

I have here, my email, Cricinfo, Soccerway, PGA Tour, European Tour and a load of links to club cricket pages. Sums up my life fairly well.

Mine are like that too. Although I rarely clear them out so it's probably full of crap I have little interest in now.

Who can't remember Amazon's url?

I've got an absolute shit ton of bookmarks so I won't bother listing them, but generally they fall under design sites/work, music sites, reading material, interesting internet finds and blogs with pictures.

I like the look of them on the bar. I just delete the text and leave the row of icons, used to annoy me that The Dugout never had one and would randomly change go a different one.
Though with Google Apps as my home page I don't really need most of those ones.
