Because DNA has become more prevalent and has found too many innocent people executed for it to be a legitimate option. In the perfect world, where there is 100% certainty, I wouldn't be against it on a moral level. But that won't happen.

I laughed at him throwing in specific fictional characters at the end, as if they were relevant. The original video definitely looked to be over-stating the case but I think generic cultural stereotypes are dodgy ground for costumes. Although the biggest issue with them is that Hallowe'en costumes are supposed to be scary and those obviously are not.
