Fairly banter Liverpool line-up again although at least the defence is decent.
Hopefully Southampton aren't too bothered as the quarter final looks potentially tasty [cue Forest v Southampton].
8 changes suggest they may be playing ball.

Pochettino is being kept in a job with all these easy draws in both domestic cups
Have been drawn at home every single round in both competitions so far and most have been against lower league sides.

Well, I don't like that draw one bit.

1-0 Leeds already. This could be a Bradford type scoreline.
Silver linings if things don’t change in this game will be that he’s gone tomorrow

Mudryk playing in the ‘10’ is a disgrace to the position. He’s genuinely too dumb to play at this level

Chelsea players are absolutely knackered. Leeds really should bring a few players off the bench and win this if they want to

That should absolutely be a penalty on Rashford, dunno what Shearer is blathering on about.

How come they never got the lines out there? Couldn't they tell exactly where he was?
Was Varane not blocking-while-offside in the exact same manner as Endo on Sunday?

Blocking an opponent makes absoutley zero sense. At best your not involved in the play, at worst you're costing your team a goal.

Only Leicester stand between us and more Wembley soccer. What a legendary season.

It’s the entire basis of Arsenal’s success at corners recently.

Liverpool are going to win another final against Chelsea. As if two years ago wasn’t bad enough.

Kelleher's overnight transition into Lev Yashin's regen has been a nice development. Until it stops.

Arsenal are fucked if VAR cottons on to this tactic en masse.

It's been a tactic Fulham have employed quite a bit under Silva, to great effect. We usually use it on corners though so no worry about being caught offside.

I think the part Endo got caught out on was he was directly staring a the lad he was supposed to block off. The art is in making it less obvious.
Anyway. Up the young fucking reds. That said, the 18 year old sons of Jason Koumas and Neil Danns scoring for us has made me feel a lot older. Born in 2006...
In other Liverpool news, they went back to Michael Edwards a little after he left enquiring about a return, he lolled them off. They then went back to him at the end of 2023 and got a much softer no. Word is they've gone back to him again and are in talks now. He supposedly wants full control of everything transfers. I suspect that with losing Klopp they'll give him whatever he wants.

That Danns looked a handful when he came on against us.
His dad was a bit of a midget so well played in pumping him with all manner of hormones in the name of Project Erling.
He's basically Calvert-Lewin.
Pogba banned for 4 years 🤣

I suspect he's the tip of a huge iceberg. They're all on gear of some description, so just let them get on with it

Is 4 years a normal ban or has he done it before? Seems a long time.
Although Juve being able to get rid of him for nothing will probably serve them better over the next 4 years.
Jimmy Floyd

2 years standard ban and 2 more because he's black.

This is such a weird stance for a club to take. We’re not happy about this and we can’t and won’t do anything about it. Also he got a serious injury in this incident which was so serious that he played again 4 days later.

Is he arsed about the Tik Toks showing Rashford pressing with all the urgency of Lee Anderson apologising to Sadiq Khan?

Has nobody considered Fernandes' mental health? :(
I for one think it's only right that he defend a player who has played upwards of 17 competent minutes this season so far. Puts him about third in the United ratings on that front after all. Look after your best assets and all that.

I know he’s speaking in a second language but he’s fucking useless with the press. No charisma but also he just talks absolute shit. Not Brenton levels but the delusion is amazing.

EtH might just be the worst appointment of the post Ferguson era. Brought in to play a certain style only to completely abandon it. Pushes for the club to sign his mates who then turn out to be complete shite.
Speaking of abominations:

Bro, who you trying to kid, the football pitch reveals all. "Show me how you play and I'll tell you who you are". And who you are is a despicable piece of trash that justifies the far right.

I'm still stunned a side with Kane, Sane and Musiala can't get the goals to put sides to bed.

Actually they don't want to, it's he who for some reason has the power to trigger the extra year and he's done it.
