It's hard to see how Mellin comes back without pleading Mental Health, and that's far more embarrassing than his trading credentials going up in smoke, which means he probably won't.

- England will not only win the Euros, but do so with consummate ease. Southgate will resign and be knighted before assuming permanent father-of-the-nation status. Eddie Howe will take over. Scotland will lose every game.
- President Milei of Argentina will get assassinated
- Golf will get back together and tennis will break apart
- Verstappen won't drop a race
- Sunak will get a job at Meta, maybe as Cleggers's number two
- The Swiss System will be universally derided, abolished or possibly not even happen in the first place
- Starmer will become PM and one of his first appointments will be Gary Neville as some kind of football regulation tsar
- Trump will win in November, by the barest of margins, and although he is a deeply corrupt and evil cunt it will nonetheless be a good thing overall
- A really famous person will die in some sort of fiery accident. Haven't had one of those since Kobe, it's due.
- TTH will somehow keep going at a similar strength to now.
