I've just been to Asda in Shoebury to pick up our Click and Collect. Got there, pulled in, got out, opened the boot. There was one car already there.
After a short time the geezer comes out with my shopping and walks off. An old man then gets out of the other car and asks where his shopping is, Asda geezer apologises and goes into get it. The old man then just looks at me. Bit awkward, init? So I do the old "how annoying" shrug.
His response was to take a full can of coke and throw it at my head. Let me tell you guys, what a fucking shot it was. Right above the eyebrow. Textbook. He of course drove off straight away.
Magic, do you have some kind of victims group I can join?

Moving target as well. I can't even be mad.
It's my daughters 7th birthday party tomorrow too, I'll have to make up a story about leaving 3 men in a bloody heap or something.
That did not end how I expected it to. :D

Nah. I'm assuming the store has CCTV and my wife is on my case to phone the police, but I'm not sure I can be bothered. They'd probably only add a rape to what is already a bad day anyway.

You probably need 17 months off work with concussion. Start a GoFundMe as well
Unfathomable on two levels. To be that mad about shopping and that being how you vent it.
How old was this bloke do you reckon?

I am horrendous at estimating ages (like I told the police), but 60 odd I would say.

Sounds miserable
Fun fact: I actually worked at that ASDA for 2 years as a teenager.
Heads have gone.
In this case only one (tiny) head is gone.

So he didn't wait for his shopping? ASDA surely have his details.

Proper lolling out loud at this.
:D
It's probably for the best he drove off to be honest. Otherwise what do you do? Part of your brain is going to be telling you to chin him. But then you're just fighting an old man in an Asda car park, which is never a good look.
Especially if the old man put him on his arse a second time.

He probably would have nicked the shopping after too.

Might have been hard for him to hit the tiny target for a second time.

I have a mate who is a well-built chap, in the athletic sense - strong, tall, did boxing I think at university and plays multiple sports. Still in his 20s. One Sunday at about 5pm (in daylight) he was standing on a train platform, a man approached him, said: 'Sorry,' and then absolutely clumped him in the face. When he came to he assumed he would have nicked his phone and wallet, but no, nothing taken.
Some people just fucking love violence I think.

Probably had someone filming it and put it online as a """"prank"""".

He either took my shrug the wrong way or he's mentally ill. Probably both.

Kinda think this is your own fault for shopping at Asda. The place is a hell hole, always has potential for this.
Did you at least take the free can of Coke?
He used it for the swelling.
