Think I read that the McRib thing is basically because we have stricter hygiene regulations and you need to clear off an extra grill or whatever to cook them in our McDonaldseses and that's why we only ever get it as a limited run. Either way it's a glorious / awful thing.

I've only had a McRib once and I didn't see the fuss. It was in Germany though so maybe the pork they used wasn't shit enough?
