Snacks are great. Use this thread to post about your favourite snacks, healthy or not.

Just polished off a caramel aero, and I have to say it was out of this world.

- Preventing intermittent fasting;
- Promoting sugar consumption;
- Promoting an eat-on-the-go culture; and
- Massive amounts of plastic packaging and litter.

This shit is one of the biggest stains on humanity but no, let's all ban Russians from Wimbledon, that's where our efforts should really be focussed.

You could have just said shrews and other small rodents.

I absolutely never eat between meals. Everyone else in the office, with their endless supply of stupid cereal bars, crisps, cans of coke etc, thinks I'm a weirdo for not doing so.

Are crisps included in this? I'm not sure if snacks mean the same thing over there.

Also, Maxi Kings :nodd:

A snack is just anything you eat that isn't part of a meal, I suppose.

And snacks are of course great.

Taz is like one of those counterproductive vegans that are so smug they make me want to go full Shindig and start two footing small animals.

Wind your neck in before I start a tyre fire, you cunt.

I rarely snack, but if I do it's either crisps or fruit.

I used to be in your exact same position when I still worked in the office. People thought it was weird when I excluded myself from anything to do with the biscuit tin (which they would take turns filling and then quickly demolishing the contents of), and don't even get me started on the state of play when a "fuddle" occurred. Christ. The phrase "like a swarm of locusts" was genuinely applicable.

Don't get me wrong, very occasionally I will feel the need to eat between meals. But it's very rare. I basically just think a lot of people confuse being bored with being hungry. Or just equate one with the other.

I think that's right. See also, the people who eat their lunch at 10am.

I'm with Taz, I think. If you eat before 2pm you're beyond help.

Intermittent fasting is such bullshit most of the time. It has its place with certain athletes but it's been popularised as a fad amongst people who can't regulate their portions.

The first person who was right into it here was Multi, and he was bald in his twenties.

I:

- snack frequently
- often conflate hunger and boredom
- just really fucking enjoy eating stuff
- do actually get really hungry between breakfast at 6.30 and 11am
- think some of you need to build a bridge and get over yourselves. 2pm ffs.

Oh also, - biscoff spread straight out of the jar is my new found favourite. No one else eats it, so the uppity among you can rest easy.
