Literally all that happens is Hill drives round one lap on his own at about 80% effort, but the commentary elevates it into something amazing, the rising and falling voice, the mix of fact and history and pure emotion, the way his voice breaks a bit when he sees Hill's wife on the pit wall, the admission that '...not the least of whom is myself', the poetry and rising inflection of 'He took the lead... he stayed there!' and ultimately the 'lump in my throat' line which has become iconic but was delivered in complete honesty and humility.

Are you back in the UK yet? I don't know what circles you're moving in, but it sounds like you need to get out of them and into rehab / support groups. I'm not being a prick here, I've just noticed a few comments where you've said you need to stop, but clearly you haven't.
