In terms of having to defend my self ex post facto I would say the following.

I voted for Mahow (a wolf) because it seemed like certain individuals were pretty sure about him. Whether that was based on a hunch, actual knowledge or just naked bias I had (and have) no idea, but it worked out. I voted for Taz (a wolf) because I thought he was more likely to be offed than me, particularly because at the time certain individuals seemed fairly keen on him. Again, hunch, insight or bias I don't know, I didn't particularly think he was a wolf but I thought with those factors taken into account he was more likely to be offed than me, which was my main goal. It would also have been a wasted night for the village, not that I particularly thought that at the time. I don't think not wanting to die is a particularly dodgy motive but maybe some people do. I was quite surprised that Jimmy got as many votes as he did, although I think I had somewhat misread the signals about him, perhaps. Still, seconding Taz and then voting for him is a pretty bullish move for a wolf. I can't speak for Jimmy but, when Taz was making his pleas for vote switches I didn't feel particularly threatened. I was keeping an eye on things for some late night vote change shenanigans but, in their absence I thought not saying anything was a better self-preservation strategy. I didn't nominate anyone because when I came on the only viable options (people who had been nominated once) were Igor (mad) and Baz (just a menace) and I didn't really think diluting the pool for the sake of it was going to help me personally.

Some people were quite keen for the vote to be kept close, and were then quite critical of Lofty when he put Taz clear. I know this is a common tactic, but it would also have been helpful for Taz to extract himself via a vote switch. A bit like with Jimmy's nomination and vote, I don't think Lofty the wolf would come in and do that. Had he gone for me then Taz would have been able to switch on self-preservation grounds and then we're looking at a different picture altogether. I don't really have any strong hunches, but Manc has been giving me grief and both him and Boydy didn't vote for Taz and wanted to 'apply some pressure'. Actually, looking back, that's not fair on Boydy, although he does have the honour of having voted for neither Mahow nor Taz.

So, anyway, I'll say Manc wanted to bring me back into the lynch race with his vote yesterday, with the hope that a subsequent vote would also go to me and allow Taz to escape the noose.

I didn't think Lofty would be a wolf, fair play to him to not save his own skin if he thought that was in the village's interest [fuck that as a gameplan though], and Igor's Gambit turned out not to be a thing, which isn't all that surprising. There's a lot I'm not getting here. Why was Mugbull saying he had three votes suspicious when he did have three votes. Why does connect the dots automatically lead Baz and Boydy to nominate Mugbull?

Did Thommo vote yesterday? Spreadsheet says no, but it has known to be wrong in the past. It also says quite a few players are keeping their noses very clean on the nominations front. Not a single sling or arrow of outrageous accusation thrown by Browning, Offy, Pepe or Thommo (of active players). Again, i reserve the right to be wrong about that.
