Unless it's meant to be for lols I don't understand why Mahow insists on being so unbearable both in terms of playstyle and teamspeak behaviour in RL given he's not like that in other games we've co-op'd/ voice-chatted with him on. Will do anything to try and score regardless of what the rest of the team are doing, would cost us a chance given have a chance to steal one, seems to think he understands the position and situation everybody else is in better than they do ["Why did you..."] and absolves himself of any responsibility for mistakes.

It's mind boggling given he's good value in other teamspeak efforts and was nothing like this in haxball, the most comparable in terms of the games themselves.

Me and Benny ran riot over some poor mugs in 2v2. My least favourite variant of the Rocket League but we played really well. In ranked so it was people about our level. Mostly Benny defending and me attacking.

The OCD part of me wants to unlock everything and do all the bits and pieces, thankfully so far I've found you can just sprint through the Shangri-La levels while everything ganks the tiger so hopefully they won't be too annoying. I'm quite enjoying the weapon challenges in the arena, it's bullshit that you get no rating unless you win all five rounds but you still get xp so it's all counting.

You're soon going to have more xp than you'll ever need. Though I suppose in my case having done a lot of stuff twice because I've been in Mahow's save perhaps doesn't give me the best idea of how much XP the game normally gives you.

3 Shangri La missions down, can confirm they can be brute forced simply by sprinting straight through to the wheel/bell/whatever and ignoring 95% of the enemies. Basically anything that takes my weapons away or forces me to use a bow can fuck off, just done a hunting mission (which ended ridiculously with me putting the meat I had collected into a freezer sat in the middle of nowhere) by sitting in a boat and sniping boar from the water. The game does such a great job of creating a world in which you can use whatever tools you like to solve problems that when it takes some of them away and imposes arbitrary limits it turns into the worst kind of crap.

Basically anything that takes my weapons away or forces me to use a bow can fuck off, just done a hunting mission (which ended ridiculously with me putting the meat I had collected into a freezer sat in the middle of nowhere) by sitting in a boat and sniping boar from the water. The game does such a great job of creating a world in which you can use whatever tools you like to solve problems that when it takes some of them away and imposes arbitrary limits it turns into the worst kind of crap.
