We're already in the second half of the calendar year (sob) which means that qualifying and things for next season is already under way as well as the various international things across gender and age groups going on because THE FOOTBALL MUST NEVER STOP.

I have quite enjoyed the Women's World Cup now the group stage mismatches are done and dusted and was quite disappointed yesterday to realise a) that there wasn't any on and b) that I'm going to miss the England / USA game.

I don't know what the implications are of such an arrangement but I couldn't give any less of a shit. He dramatically improved our performances whilst bringing in one transfer and a few loans and he was loved by the fans. The soccer team is officially called 'The Republic of Ireland' even though the country isn't because both states on the island used 'Ireland' for a time so FIFA banned both from using it to avoid confusion. Legitimately we should be allowed use it if they had any backbone though.
