My body appears to have settled on a substantial daily shit in and around 11am. I have mostly in my life been a sporadic shitter so this is all new.

I have noticed gaining a free cubicle in work at this time is quite difficult. Do we all shit in the mid morning?

I've experienced a shift from 8am every day to mostly an evening shitter since I completely cut caffeine out. Not really a fan.

I used to go every morning about around 7 but other things becoming part of the morning routine (getting a child ready) has scuppered my plans somewhat.

I could do all my pooping at work and get paid for it but the toilet roll is like tracing paper, so instead I've been going at about 6:30PM in between having my tea and bathing the aforementioned child.

About 10:15 am, after my first coffee. Then between 1-2 pm, after lunch. Oftentimes around 5 pm, towards the end of the workday. And maybe a 4th time back at home, depends.

Nah, I've been like that for a good while now. Similar to mugbull's schedule.

I shit at 05:30 when I wake up and then again at about 07:45 when I get to work, because there's never enough time to get it all out first go so it usually gets lopped off halfway through. Those times, on the button, everyday. No idea how someone can get to 10am without shitting.
