You and him have probably just been passing the same tankard back and forth on Christmas and birthdays for a decade (since you reached the same age), so why not throw this in and freshen the sequence up?

He's on holiday, its his birthday on the Monday as well. I'm just taking the old cunt out for a meal and some beers.

It's also my first one as a father. I'm going to another childs christening, which will be booooring but at least I can see lots of my friends.
