Someone is doing something for me and I want to thank them by sending them alcohol, probably a case of beers. I don't really want to hand it over in person though as that would be a bit queer, so I just want it sent to their door.

How can I achieve this?

Tesco. Sign up, add them as a delivery destination, find out a two hour window they'll be in, and buy them beer.

There's loads of online beer shops you could do it from too, bit you might already have a Tesco account.

Your first suggestion was so ludicrous I never noticed.

Leave it on their doorstep and chuck a brick through the window.

Why? It's a piece of piss to do and normally you can get a delivery the same day for about two quid, which is guaranteed to arrive within a two hour window.

Mate I already told you, cash only. If I have to remind you no BFE or OWO I'll have to block you.

Need to know your relationship with said person before we can truly help.

During my younger years I once drove into the back of my neighbour's parked car. I apologised by personally dropping off some wine to them. With hindsight, paying for the repairs to their car might have been better. :sherlock:

Just hand it over to them, it’ll be fine.

"Hey mate, here's a case to say thanks."
"I never knew you felt this way!"

I need to stop running into this disabled lad in town. Wound up sharing a taxi with him (initially felt like a nice gesture from him) but the fare was entirely mine. :moop:

It's one of the Koreans, isn't it?
