I'm biased but this is, quite possibly, the best rival matchup in the NFL right now. There are always blood, sweat and tears with the games always being tight.

Both teams have injuries although none more painful than Suggs for the Ravens and Ben Rofflesburger for the Steelers, which is a shame as we wont see a repeat of this:

Steelers are 2-1 with the Ravens having the worst start in their history at 0-3 after close losses against the Broncos, Raiders and the Bengals with all the games being decided by 6 points or less.

This is a must win game for the Ravens and playing the Steelers couldn't come at a better time, they will raise their game to grind out a win here.

All in on Pittsburgh.

This will be an unusually dull shitfest seeing as the best players that played in this match aren't there this time. Ravens to win by a FG in a low scoring game based purely on Vick being shitter than Flacco.

I got Tucker on my fantasy team so I'm hoping Baltimore go all out on offense here.

Gray Fox

Neutral but with fantasy in mind, I have to root for the Ravens here.

I'm telling you chumps now.

The Ravens will win with Forsett looking as smooth as last season.

Gray Fox
01-10-2015, 10:14 PM
I'm forced to start him, he better get smooth!

Sir Andy Mahowry

Just like silk.

Got a link to watch this? Might stay up for the 1st half.

I'm Sky Sportsing it up.

You could try a Kodi channel or Firstrowsp....

Game has already started.

Two 3-and-out already. Game needs to warm up.

That was fucking stunning.

Steeler's defense all over the shot there.

Sir Andy Mahowry

Campanaro

What a lovely rush from him.

That was a terrific drive, we were moving the ball really well and the Steelers couldn't cope.

Gray Fox

Lovely drive there and great play to finish it off.

Sir Andy Mahowry
02-10-2015, 12:57 AM
He had a rush for 8 years last week as well, so hopefully we incorporate a few more of those plays.

If/when Perriman comes back and we try it out with him a few times it will be carnage with his speed.

Sir Andy Mahowry

What a shitty throw/play.

Good from Wagner to keep them from it being a pick 6.

Gray Fox
02-10-2015, 01:10 AM
Seemed like he tried to force that. Take the 3 points!

Sir Andy Mahowry
02-10-2015, 01:14 AM
Indeed.

Daryl Smith taking them out of field goal range

Gray Fox
02-10-2015, 01:16 AM
Vick has only thrown 1 good ball so far. Expected Brown to take it in though.

Sir Andy Mahowry
02-10-2015, 01:29 AM
:face:

Should have had him down twice there.

Oh and arguably a flag after the first attempted tackle.

Gray Fox

Starting to realise how daft it was that Bell didn't go until round 6 in the work draft.

Sir Andy Mahowry
02-10-2015, 01:40 AM
Round 6? Surely you mean pick number 6, right?

He's a top 3 RB/pick, he'd have been a guaranteed number 1 in all leagues if he wasn't suspended for the first 2 games.

Gray Fox
02-10-2015, 01:47 AM
Round 6. Pick 48 to be exact. He was missing the first 3 games when we started our draft. But it ended up taking 4/5 weeks to complete it.

People were put off by his ban, but on reflection we're all stupid. Funny thing was in the round he went, 4 of us had him down as our pick, including me.

Sir Andy Mahowry
02-10-2015, 01:59 AM
FUCK.

That was the last thing that we needed :\

Sir Andy Mahowry
02-10-2015, 02:12 AM
HUGE hole for Forsett there, fucking lovely.

Sir Andy Mahowry
02-10-2015, 02:14 AM
Osemele is the fucking real stud of that drive, the holes he was opening up  What a fucking lineman he is.

Sir Andy Mahowry

Thank you Josh Scobee for being shit and giving us overtime.

This is what winning feels like, I was starting to forget.

Tucker

The Steelers going for it twice

Gray Fox

Went to bed at half time, what did I miss?

Sir Andy Mahowry
02-10-2015, 11:33 AM
Josh Scobee being inept, as such the Steelers not being able to trust him in OT so going for it on 4th down and then Justin Tucker showing the world what a real kicker looks like.

The Bruce
02-10-2015, 01:54 PM
That's easily the worst Steelers/Ravens game I've seen in my time watching NFL, two poor franchises that are not longer at the top of their division let alone the NFL. The HARD HITTING rivalry is gone too, just two pish teams playing out any other fixture. Shame really.

You're cutting the kicker after that performance too.

Gray Fox
02-10-2015, 10:08 PM
Just caught up on the highlights. Comes to something when you don't trust your kicker there. Steelers got exactly what they deserved.

Sir Andy Mahowry
02-10-2015, 10:49 PM
Hard to trust a guy who has had issues with missing in the season and, more importantly, in the game.

If you can't trust him though it's time to cut the guy as his confidence will now be shot.

Sir Andy Mahowry
02-10-2015, 10:54 PM
It appears that a cut might be coming.

http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000547691/article/steelers-to-try-out-chris-boswell-scobee-on-the-outs

Steelers are trying out a new kicker.

Gray Fox
02-10-2015, 11:11 PM
Didn't realise it was more than just that game he's struggled with. They traded to get him too :violin:

The fantasy punters must be seething.

Gray Fox
02-10-2015, 11:38 PM
He got 9 points this week. Which isn't horrific in the kicker scheme of things.

Sir Andy Mahowry
03-10-2015, 12:06 AM
Didn't realise it was more than just that game he's struggled with. They traded to get him too :violin:

Two in the first game (from close) and he's also missed a PAT.

Had some really close calls with the ones he's made too, like both that went in against the Ravens. They just about sneaked inside the posts.

Gray Fox
03-10-2015, 12:42 AM
Missing a PAT is criminal unless being played in the middle of Joaquin. That or a bad snap.

Sir Andy Mahowry
03-10-2015, 12:46 AM
It used to be criminal, now it's not so much seeing as they moved it back.

Although a 33 yarder really isn't that hard.

He almost missed one in his debut too.

Gray Fox
03-10-2015, 12:49 AM
It's still pretty much a gimme for an NFL grade kicker. Still, considering he'd have got about $4m I can't feel all too bad.
