Currently typing this at 12:30 AM, when I've got to wake up tomorrow at 8:00 to set up soccer goals; and here's Sama grinding it out at WTF-o-clock to repost our WDYTOEs. So: how shit are you at going to bed at a reasonable time? What even is a reasonable time? How much sleep do you usually get?

I'm really shit, usually, and I get it from my parents who are both night owls as well. I just never really want the day to end, so I stay up till all hours on the internet*, often without a good reason. On the other hand, last night I was up till 1:00 chatting with my friend who lives in Rhode Island, where it was 3:00, so I'm clearly not as bad as it gets.

*There's probably a decent thread in reasons why the internet sucks.

I go to bed at ten and wake up at six. Still spend most my life tired. I do have the odd 12 hour sleep session which is glorious.

I dont understand how some people manage on a few hours sleep. I'd be a zombie.

Go to bed a lot earlier than I used to, but have to wake up a hell of a lot earlier too.

These days I fall asleep around 1am and wake up about 5:30/6am. Annoyingly I only feel exhausted when I wake up that early on a weekday. On the weekends I'm flying.

When I wasn't working it'd be up all night then sleep all day.

Now it gets to 11pm to midnight and I'm struggling to stay awake. I have two alarms set to wake me, the first normally does the trick. I'm up for 6 most days, 7 if I'm lucky.

Student days were glorious. Up until 3, wake up at 13 sessions were quite frequent.

I have to wake up at 6 now in order to be at work by 7.30, so I look to get to bed by 22. Usually asleep around 23. Impossible to function and be productive at work with less sleep, and going to the gym after work is out of the question.

Say the time like a human and not an alarm clock, Multi.

Im pretty much set on a 10-11 bedtime waking up at 6.30 for work.

Up at 6-6.30, bedtimes vary from 10.30-2.30.

Usually sleep about half twelveish

Any earlier and I feel like the days wasted on just being at work

Time confuses me, alarm clock method is the simplest. I still don't understand AM/PM.

On weeknights I'm asleep anytime between 10 and 12 and I get up between 7 and 7:30. Sundays are a bastard as I stay awake late and end up shattered for Monday, which is a depressing enough experience without being tired.

If I slept from 10 to 7 each weeknight day I reckon I'd feel so much better.
