'Pervert' is the best all purpose insult. You can stick 'roasting hot' before just about any other insult and it adds a lovely flavour to it too.

I'm not sure if it's only in Glasgow/Scotland that it's entered common parlance, but if it is the prominence of 'reprobate' would feed into Floyd's smuggler point.
