Been ages since I've had eggs with soldiers.

Scrambled.

Fried or poached, depending on whether I'm feeling like a fat bastard that day. Eggs are awesome no matter how they're cooked, though.

Poached.

I tend to scramble due to a lack of patience.

I would go scrambled, but I prefer fried eggs. Unfortunately I always manage to fuck them up.

Also, eggy bread or French toast?

scrambled, and as close to under-cooked as i have the nerve to do, followed by omelette (really cheesy and runny, fuck spanish omelettes), then poached (ideally eggs benedict/supreme/florentine etc), followed by egg mayo sandwich, followed by fried. soft boiled eggs are rubz comparatively, but still ace. eggs are amazing.

I love all types of eggs, but fried is easiest and quickest, although I frequently mess the process up somehow. I've never poached an egg myself. Is it as difficult as it looks?

how the fuck are you all fucking up fried eggs?

Lewis

By putting a beard on them and telling them they're amusing.

I love poached eggs but I can never be arsed to make them. Too much faffing about. So scrambled are probably my favourite.

Fried and soft boiled are great too though. And omelettes.

trick is to do em with butter rather than oil, and heat it so hot you're a bit scared the house is going to blow up, and once you empty the egg into the pan keep it on full blast for the firs 30 seconds to get the base all crispy and shit, ladle hot butter onto the top for another 30 seconds or so then serve. i like to ladle some of it onto the yolk so it is still runny but with a sealed surface, you're welcome.

Fried or scrambled or anything really. All very tasty with enough salt/toppings.

Has science finally stopped flip-flopping and agreed that eggs are healthy?

It's the cracking of the egg that I mess up. How do you stop it losing it's shape? Sometimes I do it perfectly, sometimes it floods half the pan.

I trust you're not letting it drop from a height?

I love the intros to those types of videos where people are doing something in full Diljeet mode.

I like mine as an omelette. Sausage, onions and mushrooms with oregano and chilli flakes, amazing.

Isn't that just a fleshlight with a heating mechanism?

I don't eat eggs for breakfast. I don't care much for eggs, tbh. Fried are probably my favorite, poached second best. Scrambled are meh.

Eggs in Mexico taste better than eggs over here btw. Even if you buy the poncey organic, grass fed, cuddled chicken ones, they are still bland as fuck.

Everything in Mexico is tainted by cocaine, of course they taste better.

Can't beat a good poached egg. Scrambled eggs done right are the bollocks as well but that involves a fuck ton of butter.

I make a mean omelette as well actually. Low heat and patience are key.

You might be right there. Especially the type of shit Mahow was talking about.

Scrambled cooked in butter with cheese mixed through is the best for me.

What? It's standard breakfast food. Having at any other team is perverted.

Not really difficult but a bit faffy.

Fill pan with cold water and put on heat until bubbling. Turn down to simmer.
Add a couple of splashes of vinegar to the pan
Swirl water with a wooden spoon
Crack egg into a small bowl or a ladle
Drop it into the water from as low as a height as possible
Set timer for 3 mins
Done

Poached are probably my favourite (although more so when I don't have to cook them myself), but I'll eat pretty much any kind.

Big shout out to Scotch Eggs as well, since no-one's brought them up yet

Fried, runny yolk. The white must, I repeat MUST be fully cooked though. None of that mucus shit.

The correct preference order is: Fried > Soft boiled > Poached > Hard boiled > Scrambled.

My sister in law made something called 'fluffy eggs' the other day. It's basically an oven baked egg. It looked absolutely shit.

I microwave my scrambled eggs and nobody can tell the difference. 1 full minute and then 15 second intervals is the key.

Scrambled for me, as long as it's home made and not those rubbery, watery ones you get in hotel breakfasts.

My wife cooks amazing poached eggs, always gets them just right. My fave is runny boiled eggs with toast soldiers though. Divine.
