Apparently all the craze. Was faffing about with one at work today and it was a bit shit but I've ordered one from Amazon. I usually fuck about with a stress ball so this will work as a temporary replacement.

I don't get it. There was one kicking about at my Dad's the other day, I had a quick go with it and lost interest after about 20 seconds. Is there more to it than just giving it a spin?

Yeah 5:2. Basically don't eat 2 days a week. Can be hard to concentrate on the low calorie days.

Why dont you eat a balanced diet, exercise more and get to bed earlier? These fad diets are all the same and long term it does more damage than good.
I could knock you up a proper schedule if you wanted to really change your life and lose some of that excess baggage you carry about with you.

I can tell it has a profound effect on your confidence. What you post here cant hide it.

Dieting is easy but only when you dont think of it as such, instant results arent as satisfying as long term goals as you not only rebuild your confidence you will also instil self discipline into your daily life as well as some pride.
